Yugioh Arc-V

The sequel after Yugioh Zexal. I just find out about it the other day.

It centers around the protagonist Yuya Sakaki, who wants to be an entertainment duelist. It introduces this new game mechanics type summon called Pendulum Monsters

The gist of it is. Your allowed to normal summon pendulum monsters or activate them like spell cards in the pendulum zones. Initially, they're half spells / half monsters. Pendulum monsters, when destroyed, are sent face up to the Extra deck instead of the graveyard. While in the Pendulum Zone, they are treated like spell cards. Pendulum monsters have pendulum scales. Monsters' levels between those scales can be pendulum summoned from hand as many times as possible as long as their levels are between the scales and pendulum monsters that were sent to the Extra deck can also be pendulum summoned.

Crazy mechanics but it'll be interesting to say the least!
