Nero opened a portal from Twilight Town mansion to where Dante is. he then looked at Knight and said "Its time for your first mission." "To kill Dante." Knight looked at him and said "Yes sir." As Knight said that, a tear appeared on his left cheek. They then went into the portal and now they're with Dante.

Dante looked at Nero and said "Well well, isn't this a surprise, I was going to find you." "Whats with you finding me?" Nero looked at him and said "I must exterminate you for Lord Xehanort." He then turned to Knight and said "THis is it." "Kill him." Dante was now surprised by what he saw. He saw Knight and said "No." "NOt you."

 

"You foolish little boy... do you think that I want to bring harm to either of you. All you have to do is to give yourself up to me, fully. Besides, if you don't, I bet Riku would be a nice collection in this." Ultimecia then unwrapped her arms around him. "If you don't want to cooperate, I bet Kairi would love to give herself fully to be a pawn in my plans." She then started to smile as she shows Kairi all locked up in a cage...

 

Dant looked at Knight and said "I can't believe it." "Knight, what are you doing with those guys." But all Kinght did was stood there with tears in his eyes. He then said "Dante, son of Sparda." He then brought out his dark keyblade and said "It is my mission to kill you." "For lord Xehanort!" He then charged at Dante with his dark keyblade. "Die Dante!"

 

Wolf backed up and looked at Ultimecia "Where the heck did you come from? What do you want?" Wolf asked putting his hand on his gun. He was confused about what was happening. He thought to himself that this might be a dream. "This doesn't even seem real..." He thought

 

Cold. Desolate. Lifeless. The Darkness was always like this. Every time he stepped through it, and even now as he floated endlessly in its vast abyss. Time was nothing here. A thought could last a second or years. Even if it were only two short words.

In this darkness one thought reverberated within the skull of a son of a great demon. A son of Sparda. His silvery white hair, ruffled and misshapen and styled backwards, seemed to only add to his human complexion. His fair skin was a contrast to the blue trench coat he wore that was embroidered with gold lace. Blood stained his outfit.

One name. Vergil's brother. Dante...

The Darkness flickered as if it had a mind of its own. Colors swirled and painted a scene of two twins running around. Joyful laughter filling the air. A woman, his mother, sat with her legs folded under her body. She watched with a content smile on her beautiful face.

Vergil tackled Dante. The two crashed and tumbled, laughing in the most gleeful manner.

The world flickered.

Blood painted the walls of their home. His mother huddled over the two twins and whispered. Her lips moved but now sound came. Vergil strained his ears to hear, but to no avail. Next a man walked up and scooped her up in his arms. He was miraculous. Tall and heroic with an air of command and power. His neck length hair matched the boy's own. Father...

Where his mothers voice had failed, his fathers had not. It was like a peal of thunder, so loud it shook his soul. "Vergil, become stronger and guide your brother."

The world flickered.

Two men stood atop of an archaic tower. The moon's luminescent light drifted down over head while dark foreboding clouds began to swirl. The two exchanged words and the next moment, they waged a personal war. In the end, a tall white haired man in a blue trench coat seemed to win. He turned to walk away from the skewered body of his brother.

The world flickered.

Yamato... His sword. His companion. Where was it? His hand, it should be in his hand, but it wasn't. His soul screamed and raged. Throwing itself against the confines of his body. His sword, his companion! No one else should have it, no one else should wield its merciless blood lust that consumes all. Only he could wield its full potential, only he knew its limits and unless Dante knew how to throw his heart to the Darkness and still hold onto himself, he could die wielding that sword in battle.

Dante... Yamato... His fathers words echoed again: "guide your brother."

His eyes ripped open and the world of swirling color shattered, letting the darkness reclaim it.

Cold. Desolate. Unforgiving.

Just like his next stop. The Arctic.

Suddenly the Darkness was ripped open and gave way to the icy tundra of the Arctic. It was here that he would find the next minor Tower and guide his brother. Here he would sell another piece of his soul.

 

Dante used Ebony to block the keyblade and Ivory to push Knight away. He then said "Why are you like this?" Knight looked at him and said "I chose darkness because of the power I felt." "That is why I chosed it." He then jumped up and dashed towards him. He swung his keyblade towards Dante and said "Take this." Dante then summond Yamato to block it. He then said "I guess I have to knock you out of this."

 

Ultimecia started to smile as she stared down at Sora. "Good. Good! Now, you shall take the time to see that darkness shall soothe your very soul. Don't worry darling. This will not even hurt you in the least!" Ultimecia clapped her hands as she made the ropes around Sora go into darkness. "As for you you smelly animal of a terrible stench, you shall kome with moi." Ultimecia started to smile as she raised her arms up in the air, ready to teleport the two of them to her castle...

Momo saw them running towards the boy & she didn't hesitate to use her bows to get rid of the shadow heartless. She then looked up & saw another one of the strange heartless beasts tried to jump on her from above, but she jumped out of the way before she gets squashed. "Jamie! What shall we do?!" Momo shot another arrow at them & it died quickly. "Ok. THAT'S IT! GUILTY RAIN!" Momo started to point her bow at the sky & surging electricity was coming forth. "NOW TINGLE WITH A SHOCK IN YOUR TAINTED HEART!!" She then unleashed it & it started to rain on the enemy's surrounding them, getting rid of them very easily. "Whew. That was a close one. Oh?! Hi there. Are you alright?

Ulquiorra sighed as nobody and heartless alike continued to report back with no news regarding the whereabouts of the two. "Then it seems I'm left with no choice. However that weak woman should be able to locate them." Ulquiorra opened a portal and passed through, appearing at the throne room. Not here? Then I must wait.

 

Dante kept dodging Knight's attacks. He used his Royal Guard ability alot. "Knight has gotten strong." Knight looked at him and said "Stop defending and start attacking." He then charged a fireball on his keyblade and said "FIGHT ME DANTE!" He then shot the fireball. Dante was caught in the exposion. Knight sighed and said "It is done." "I wouldn't count me out yet." Knight looked back and said "What the?" He saw Dante standing between the fire. "No way." "Why can't you die?" Knight then charged at with all his might. Dante sighed and used Yamato to block the attack. He then said "Knight." "Stop this." "you can't defeat me." Knight backed off from the attack and said "Yes I can!" Dante sighed then shot Knight's keyblade arm. Knight cried outloud. "AHHHHHH."

 

Wolf looked at Sora "Your not going anywhere untill i get the info i want. Now talk, boy!" Wolf said.

Ratchet was tracking Wolf's ship when 5 ships jumped out of nowhere and started firing missiles at Ratchet's ship "We're taking heavy fire, Clank, identify the persuers! How many are there? What do the ships look like, can we take them?" He asked

 

"The mouse's world, where is it.." Wolf said looking at Sora with souless eyes.

Ratchet looked at the radar and saw 6 ships coming for him "Evasive actions! We can't take somthing that's behind us!" He said pressing a bunch of colorful and confusing buttons. "Clank, can we shake them?" Ratchet asked.

 

Knight was in so much pain. He stood there holding his shoulder that was hit. "Ah damn it!" He looked at Dante with angry and sad eyes. "I hate you Dante." "I hate you!" He then started screaming again. "Somebody help me please." "Xehanort." "Nero." "Please." "Help me!"

 

Nero appeared and grabbed Knight. He then turned to Dante and said "You will take him back yet without a fight." "I will get Lord Xehanort to train him and give him more power then ever before!" he then dissapeared in darkness."

 

Momo started to look up at the sky, seeing as how it was starting to bring back memories. "This place... it reminds me back on Second Miltia." Momo started to smile as she started to walk out of the house, getting ready to see as to what she'll has to do next.

Albedo was starting to get bored in his E.S. "My my. WHat in the world is taking them so long? Where are we to have another base? It's so boring to see the characters not playing their role." All of a sudden, he had a message coming straight to his E.S. & he answered back. "Let's see. ... ... Heheheh. Ultimecia darling. You is such a sly devil in the garden..."
