"Tent," Nikkei said slowly. "Hmmmm....where the heck did i placed that thing. Anyway it's nice to meet you guys-Draco,Aquos and Aeria. I think that we will make i excellent team." Nikkei had a large smirk on her face, "Man now i'm itching for a fight."

 

Nikkei slept inside the tent with voices in her head.
"Why do you choose this light. Darkness is how you can atone what you've done. You killed them-."
"No i didn't-it was on accident i couldn't control my powers back then-."
"Your mother would have totally agree....remember."
"Leave me alone-I...did on accident..i mean...i'm worthless now..."
"So Darkness is where you need to be....."
Then Nikkei thought she felt dark shadows choke her and bring her down to her knees..She felt them engulfing her until.....she woke up.
"Wow.." Nikkei said breathless. She wiped the awful sweat from her forehead embrassed. "Geez what a night mare."

 

"Nikkei, are you alright? When you've closed your eyes, you started to sweat alot," said Aeria.
Then she took a look at Draco,
"Hey Draco, you're sleepy now, I'll take the next look out." said Aeria.
"Don't forget, don't push yourself too hard. You need some rest."

 

Nikkei did a embrassed smile at her. Stupid Sweat, now i look like a fool"I'm fine," She assured aeria then she touched her own forehead. "Wow i'm hot..I'll go out to get more water...some odd reason i need water more than people-i'll be right back." Nikkei crawled out the tent and ran to to the spring further down. She sat down at the spring and splashed water in her face. "I'm sorry...mom...dad...Leon...i never meant to kill you." Nikkei wiped away the small tears forming in her eyes. "Now i'm just a crybaby," She mumbled angerily. "But...that was a strange dream i had.The darkness....can get in your mind too"

 

"Are you sure, Nikkei?" Aeria assured, "If so, then that's great."
Then Aeria walked out of the Tent. "What is that noise?" Aeria asked herself.
Suddenly, dark shadows appeared.
"Hey guys!!! The shadows are here!!!" exclaimed Aeria.
Then Aeria started to fight the shadows while the others were gathering.

 

"It can do a lot of things." Aquos walked up from where he was resting. He sat down next to her. "I've seen things about it. For some reason, it targets a few select people and tries to curropt them. It tries to make anything bad seem like the person's fault. I think I'm right in believing that it's happening to you. This means the darkness finds you to be powerful and it wants you to obey it. Just remember the good things and try to forget the bad. Soon the voice will go away." Aquos stood up. He bagan walking back to the tree he was by. As he got there he sat down and layed up against it. He muttered under his breath so no one could here, "I know. It's happened to me."

 

Nikkei did the patrol with a confused mine. She wanted to believe it wasn't her fault and listen to Aquos words but something just kept telling her thats her fault.."No i won't be tricked-it's not my fault." She smiled. "Yea...i hope so." She squeezed the water into her mouth-She had this thing for water maybe to calm down the fire that stir inside her. She closed her eyes for a second then the thought of the shadows choking her and bringing her down to her knees crossed her thought. She opened her eyes again. Nikkei ran her hand through her hair, "I'm...not going to pull in like Leon always says "Never give in to the dark even if it means your life being taken away." He was such a smart boy and a great warrior."Nikkei did a sad smiled. "I really do miss him..my little brother. i would do anything to see him smile again."

 

As Aeria was fighting, she fell down in an instant.
"What is happening to me?" Aeria asked herself.
Then she tried to get up but she couldn't move. "Nikkei? Aquos? Draco....... Where are-" then Aeria's voice started to fade away, "What is happening to me?"
Then she could do nothing but to stare at the sky.

 

"Draco..... I don't know what happened to me in a sudden like this," said Aeria, "When I was fighting, I just fell down on the ground and couldn't move."
Then she looked up at Draco.
"Thank you for helping me Draco." said Aeria, "Now, I'm felling better than before."

 

"I think I can." said Aeria.
When Aeria was trying to stand up, she fell down in an instant.
"Well Draco, I guess I can't." said Aeria, "Also, Aquos is with Nikkei."
Aeria wondered why are they gone for so long.

 

"Yes, just try to find the others, I'll be fine." said Aeria.
Then she though to herself, "Will I make it? Did I say the right thing? Will I be alright?"
"I can make it see?"
When she was walking halfway to the tent she fell down again.
"I'm starting to be weak! I must try to regain my skills and my power." said Aeria in her mind.

 

"Is Draco going to be okay?" Aeria thought in her mind.
Then she since great danger.
"No, this can't be."
Suddenly, she heard fighting noises.
"Should that be Draco?" wondered Aeria in fear, "Will the others be okay?"

 

Suddenly, Aeria heard Draco's scream.
"What has happened to Draco? I can't stay like this any longer. I have to think more of how to get my powers to work again. I can't just let my new friends be in danger like my parents had. I must protect them. They are what I have hope on and I can't let them be in danger." said Aeria in anger, "Draco, Nikkei, Aquos, I can't let you guys down."
Then, her powers started to react again and she became stronger than before.
