    No. Being an admin is just making sure things run smoothly. Such as reporting godmodding to me and approving sign ups. Along with keeping track of everyone's levels so they don't...cheat.

    Because this is Riku's RP he will decide one who gets first pick. There are eight avatars that can be chosen from. When the time comes Riku will notify who ever about their characters ability for an avatar. If they decline someone else will have their place instead.

    Also it should be noted (for you who are not familiar with .hack//) that avatar users (or Epitaph Users as they will be referred to I.G.) can only be seen by AIDA PCs or other Epitaph Users. Anyone else will not understand what's going on. Likewise AIDA PC users have a form only visible to their like.

    To add on to that, any regular PC that is looking at an Epitaph PC fight will only see a flash of light. And to them, nothing happened at all.
