OOC: Naw, I'm okay with it. It helps make the story look more fluid. And I try not to post until everybody else has posted in this one. Sometimes, the slower RPs are the better ones, yanno?

Kura'to raised an eyebrow (Or well, he would've if he HAD an eyebrow) to Tom's entry.

"I see why this priest is here. . . But why are you? I believe that is a Miner's Guild suit. . . If I am not mistaken." Kura'to remarked as he surveyed the newcomer.

"You are somewhat right. I use this suit for mining. But I created it myself. And it is highly adaptable. I can add any modifications I want." Tom explained. "And why I'm here? Curiosity mainly."

OOC: I apologize for the absence guys...I'm feeling a bit better and I'd like to revive this. :) Again, sorry about the power playing, but I think it's more interesting this way.

It wasn't long before the fight inside the bar became more violent and began to spill out into the outdoors. An unknown man flew through the window causing shards of glass to fly about, most likely as the result of another man throwing him out the window. Cheers were heard from within. This man must be the one causing all the ruckus.

The now-bloody man stood up, shards of glass lined his arms and left shoulder, and his scalp ran with blood from the impact. He looked menacingly at Tom, and almost instantly Xen pointed his blade squarely at the man's throat.

"I would take your head clean off should the thought of harming anyone cross your mind..." Xen said, calm and collected. Kura'to spoke next.

"You humans and your violence...what could possibly drive you to be so destructive and reckless? What if someone got hurt, or if something were to be damaged?"

The man whispered something inaudible. D'amiens moved to put his ear by the man's mouth to make out the words. D'amiens stated the words for all to hear: "'Help...me.' Help me? Help you with what?" Xen lowered his blade. The man immediately bolted for the tavern door, presumably to increase the level of violence in the tavern. It was at this point that Tom fired his gun arm, knocking the man to the floor once more. As soon as D'amiens had thought to say the words Are you mad?? a small scorpion-like creature, now plain as day, scurried away from the body of the fallen man. The back of the man's neck was slightly burned from the radiation of Tom's gun. Everyone looked at Tom, as he explained himself.

"I noticed that thing on his neck and figured it wasn't supposed to be there...so I took action."

"I've never seen one of those before...it looked much like a miniature Junas." Kura'to added.

Xen searched the fallen man's pockets and found what resembled a map of Beth, with a location circled and the words "Demon Warehouse" on it. On the reverse side, an alleged map of the warehouse's insides.

"Demon warehouse...whatever could that mean? Should we check it out?" The fighting in the bar intensified.

"I guess he wasn't the source...we really should take a look, shouldn't we?" D'amiens looked at the 3 other men, waiting to hear any advice.

    (A Graceful Powerplay, nonetheless.)

"Whatever this place may be, we should tread the grounds with caution. . . " Kura'to advised, looking at Xen and Tom. "I know not about what you two say, but I feel that I have an obligation to go with D'amiens."

With that, he pulled his bag out and assembled his railgun, and then held it on his shoulder via a sling.

"I don't see what harm could possible come of it" Xan said as he looked into the tavern that was now somehow set ablaze.

This is insane, such destruction, I must put an end to it Xan thought to himself.

Xan didn't care much for these people or there cause, but he thought that maybe if he himself went travailing it would be a good way to find out more about himself and possible about his destiny.

Xan saw this as more of a lucky break, he could travel, and have a few extra hands to help out.

"I'm all game for going." Tom said. "I don't have anyplace or anyone to go to. And I wouldn't mind a little adventure. But first things first. Should we stop the bar fight? Or just let it eventually die down?"
