The Way To Dusk

Will smiled. "Well 15 years of this let's you get good, I guess. I'm trying to teach Adam how to spin on flag bars but he hasn't gotten the hang of that one yet." He said, grinning. He saw Adam. "Well I guess we keep going, little miss." He said, jumping to the next rooftop and sliding down to it's second level. He kicked off the building and slid down the wall of the candy shop.

 

Serenity jumped off and smiled, "That was wondefull. We must do that again sometime." Serenity loved the candy shop, it was so colorful. Adam landed next to them about 2 minutes later, "You could'nt wait could you?" He complained.

 

Will shrugged. "You know I love their cherry cola Adam. You should remember that, since I was the one that bought you your first one!" He said, grinning. He nodded at Serenity. "How about when we're going back Adam and I show you the advanced moves that take two people?" He said. He was talking about how Will spun on the bar and grabbed Adam and could vault him onto the castle walls.

 

Adam bought his rock candy and then walked over to them, "Well I suppose. I'm better than Will at advanced moves." Serenity knew he was lying, "Yes Will, I would love to watch you do your moves." She blushed and smile. Adam was trying to keep her from loving Will more.

 

Will smiled and strode in, buying himself three containers of the cherry cola. He strode out. "Adam, want to do an advanced move for our little guest?" He asked, swigging one of the bottles.

 

Adam nodded, "Fine." He said. Adam got in his position and waited for Will to swing him. Serenity smiled and whispered, "Good luck Will." She smiled. Adam looked kinda sad, why did'nt she wish him good luck, he thought to himself.

 

Will jumped and swung his knees onto the bar, flying around it. He reached down and grabbed Adam, swinging him along with himself. "One... two... three...!!!" He called, releasing Adam towards the castle wall. He dropped off the bar and looked to Serenity. "Why didn't you wish Adam luck?" He asked.

 

Adam cling to the wall and jumped from it into a tree. Serenity looked sad, "Well I guess...I uh forget." She was obviously nervous. Adam had tears in his eyes, "Stupid Will, why does he have to come in and try to take her from me?" He whispered.

 

Will shook his head. "I'll be back." He said, going to the wall and running up it, pulling himself over it. He dropped down and went to Adam in the tree. "I'm not trying to take her. Trust me, I know how it feels. I would never do that to you, your my best friend here besides your parents."

 

Adam looked confused, "Whatever. Are you going to go after my sister next or something?" Serenity felt bad, she did'nt mean to hurt Adam. She was just trying to make Will feel welcomed and happy.

 

Will shook his head, shoulders sagging. "No Adam, I know how you feel, maybe worse. Imagine losing a loved one and you were told it was by your hands." He said, dropping onto the grass, back against the tree's trunk. He had only told the story to Jasmine.

 

"What do you mean?" Adam asked in a confused tone. He wanted to hear this story. Serenity was sitting on a bench, "I messed up big time. I did'nt want to hurt Adam but I wanted to be friendly to Will." She was crying now.

 

Will swallowed, painful memories coming back. "Sara, no!!!!!" "Face it boy, she's dead and it was by your hands. Her blood is on your consience." A tear ran down his face. "I was in love once but failed to protect her and she was killed... I blame myself..."

 

Adam was crying, 'What was her name?" He asked. Suddenly Serenity screamed. Adam looked and saw one of the men from ealier stabbed her. She was on the cold ground bleeding to death. Adam ran to her and held her, "Hold on, I'll save you."

 

Will was already over the wall, after the man. He jumped on him, knocing him to the ground near Adam. Will's keyblade appeared and struck through the man's body with ferocity. He turned to Serenity. "Healing light." She was instantly healed. Will turned and kicked the man's body aside, memories flooding back.

 

She hugged Adam, "Thank you....both of you." She kissed Adam. The man dissapeared with a smile.

Semnax kissed his queen as they were about to enter the restuarant. But another one of the men came down and almost hit Jasmine. Semnax pulled her out of the way and summoned his keyblade, "O'k your ass is mine bitch."

 

Four of the men surrounded Will. Their leader appeared and laughed coldly. "So William, how have you been? Still mourning over Sara?" He mocked. Will's power flared. "How dare you speak her name after you killed her." Will grunted, transforming into his full potential form. The wings grew with loud snaps and cracks. "Oooh, little William is angry it seems." The leader cackled. The whole group laughed.

 

Adam was confused. He looked at Will and asked, "You know these guys. They are keyblade's that have taken on a human appearence. Their after my and my dad's keyblades."

Three men surrounded Semnax. Semnax grunted and said, "So your here for my keyblade?" One of the men nodded, "Yes we are. The way to dusk. Such a fine blade." Semnax luaghed and said, "Your so stupid. Me and my keyblade are close. We're a team and it would never leave me."

 

The man smiled. "Didn't he tell you, young boy? He killed his lover and now we are here to relieve that pain from him." He cackled. The other group members laughed and closed around Will and the leader, making a combat arena. "You killed her, not me. Your a heartless bastard!" Will roared, swinging outwards at the leader. He smiled, catching the blade. "Come now William, you couldn't beat me then, you won't now." Will grinned and thrusted, fenrir sinking into the man's chest.

 

The leader jumped backwards and laughed, "Dear Will, that was pathetic." Adam was getting pissed so he summoned his keyblade.

Semnax looked pissed, he fired dusk firaga's at the men. They all dodged and one of them laughed, "Too bad about you sweet little girl." Semnax suddenly looked worried, he had left her unprotected. "No....my baby." Semnax picked up Jasmine and ran into a dark portal.
