The New Organization

Kat pretended not to notice Hunter staring at her. 'So Nazomi's potion didn't work so well after all... he knows me from somewhere.' she thought to herself irritably. She noted to herself to kill Nazomi for it later. For now, she would have to be extra careful not to let any Katsumi-like traits slip or it was game over. Hunter wasn't stupid, she knew that much for sure. She looked at Voltiar, "I promise, I won't get hurt." she said with a nod. "I wouldn't scare you like that... I'll leave if things get too rough if it makes you feel any better."

Jaxx answered Raguna's question without actually talking to him. "Crimson." she in a partly greeting but partly warning tone.

 

Kat laughed a little, "Ok I'll keep that in mind." she could tell by the looks on both Crimson's and Jaxx's faces that whatever came next probably wouldn't be pretty. Not to mention Hunter's though he looked a little torn between multiple problems at once. She watched as Jaxx took Hunter's hand and knew she found at least one weakness of his. But Katsumi had already thrown that idea far away. She would not use his friends or loved ones against him. She considered that cowardice and lazyness.

Kat looked at Voltiar, "So... that is Crimson?" she asked in a whisper, pointing at Crimson.

 

Kat nodded. In truth, she had already located three weaknesses of Crimson's that would make her an easy target if she were ever in a fight against her: She relied too much on magic, her emotions were disorganized, and her heart was still mending from a break. That was only a few flaws she could see on this girl that everyone seemed so threatened by. Maybe Hunter wasn't that much of a challenge after all if he felt so threatened by her.
She pretended to agree with Voltiar anyway. She did the damsel in destress act by taking a small step away from Crimson and closer to Voltiar. "Ya... she looks really intimidating."

 

Jaxx glanced at Hunter briefly, almost too fast to notice. She was aware that having enemies around without emmediate action made him uneasy. Thats why she didn't bring him with her last time she went to talk to Crimson without weapons. He really didn't have the patience to talk things out most of the time. She looked at Crimson again after giving Hunter a reasurring nod.

Jaxx shrugged, "That all depends on you..." she said in a calm voice. She still hadn't made any move to pull out her katanas.
