The New Organization 2: Rematch

Jaxx nodded slowly, "Yeah, the organization. Uhhh..." she wasn't exactly sure how she was going to word about half of the things she had to tell Ruby. She decided to start with the easiest, "You've been practicing with that katana right?"

 

*lol good cause that will make this part make more sence.*

Jaxx nodded, "That's good.... because without it you would have absolutely no idea how to use this..." she raised her hand and the box rose just over it, hovering just over her palm. The box opened itself and the keyhole glowed a little bit as a keyblade floated just above the top rim of the box. "This belonged to umm.... my great grandmother years ago." her hand that wasn't holding up the box was twisting through the bottom of her hair, fidgeting. The keyblade was the one that Kairi uses in Kingdom Hearts 2, the exact one.

 

Jaxx was about to say something but eventually she just nodded, "Well... uhh..." she looked away for a moment and then looked back at Ruby "You're the only one that it will work for." she was tripping over her words a lot and cursing herself for it in her thoughts as she scrambled to find the right words to say. "Keyblades like this only work down blood lines." in the meantime she was thinking 'Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!' to herself.

 

Jaxx nodded, looking down at the ground. "Yeah... I did say that." she said tonelessly. Jaxx shook her head, this was a lot easier when she thought it over in her mind. She bit her lip for a moment "It... it was your great-GREAT grandmother's as well." she finally blurted out.

 

Jaxx reached scratched the back of her neck nervously, "Uhh... yeah, or something."

 

Jaxx hesitated and then looked at Ruby straight in the eyes "I'm so sorry... I should have told you sooner but this was the only way I could think of to keep you safe over the years. You... you're... I'm..." She shook her head 'Damn it just spit it out!' she thought to herself. "Princesses of heart aren't just picked randomly... the mother you know is a foster parent and you have actually only been alive for three years."

 

Jaxx sighed and looked down, this was getting more and more complex to say "Yes... it is possible through some magic provided by Alph and some data collected by Semnax's computer." she shook her head "Trust me, you were a total suprise to me when I found out about you but I'm not big on abortions or hospitals. The plan was to put you up for adoption right after you were born but... after I fist saw you I just couldn't do it. You have your father's eyes and smile just so you know. Anyway, I had some friends who use to be in the organization who lived on Destiny Island. This is where your 'mother', Lexa, comes in. She agreed to raise you but I could never leave you. I never left you at all, and Kingdom Hearts was getting more and more in danger without a princess of heart. So Kat and I set off on the journey to Hollow Bastion to age you faster. So vualah you are fifteen, just at the right age to become a princess of heart."

 

Jaxx shook her head "Just a foster brother. He is Lexa's real son." she shook her head "I am so sorry... I should have told you sooner but... you just have to promise me you won't tell anyone. Please Ruby, this is the only way to keep you safe. You've seen yourself how low evil can hit sometimes. You are too important an innocent for them to target because of me. Its like a... mother daughter secret, literally."

 

Jaxx smiled a little, there was a lot of fire in this girl's spirit just like her dad. She shook her head "Just because you've only been alive for three years doesn't make you a toddeler. You've been through every age, just like you have in your memories, you just got fast forwarded a little, the ageing spell wore off about a month ago." she shrugged "And yes you are right, you have power that both of still have yet to descover. You were right when you said you had power over me. Your dad was one of if not THE most feared, powerful nobody there was... you could use magic before you were even born."

 

Jaxx smiled and laughed a little as Ruby did her little self pride thing. After she asked where her dad was, her smile faided a little as flashes of memories came and went away faster than a lightning bolt. She shook her head "He's... a good example of why princesses of heart need to have control of her powers all the time." she shook her head and ran the back of her hand across her eye to wipe away a tear. "He and I were the leaders of the organization that use to live here... he was my second in command and my closest friend until well we fell for eachother and all that." she shook her head "It was the last fight our organization had to face... Kat was a cursed member of our enemy organization and the only way to break her curse was to break her contract. Killing her brother was against her contract. She shot an arrow at me, knowing your dad would give anything to protect me..." she shook her head, that memory was harder than anything else. Watching him jump in front of her and take the arrow that killed him. Watching her hero and closest friend fall. "Anyway, needless to say you know now why Kat and I don't get along that well. Your aunt Katsumi I should say."
