Symm walked over to them, now that he knew the heartless was gone.

"What about the treasure chest in the center of the room? Ever think that there might be something under it?"

 

"I'm a mercenary. By help, I mean fight."

 

Calder saw the soldier heartless behind her and slashed it.
"Siah, stay close to me"

 

"Alright, let's look," Voltair walked over to the treasure chest and tried to move it. The chest was extremely heavy, and locked.

 

Calder held Siah's hand tightly.
Sora cried "YOU GUYS GO AHEAD, WE'LL TAKE THESE HEARTLESS!!!"
"Yeah you go find the keyhole!" Donald shouted casting Thundaga towards the Trickmaster.
Calder sprinted with Siah in hand through the streets, trying to find Leon or the others for help, slashing occasional heartless who blocked their way.

 

"Good idea," Voltair said. He tapped the chest with his keyblade a few times, and he heard it become unlocked. He opened the chest to see that it was filled with munny, gold, jewelry. Treasure that one could only dream of. "Well, that explains why it was so heavy."

 

"Wow... looks like I may just do jobs for free..."

 

"I don't know but we've got to find them"
Suddenly an old man came out of his house and casted Thundaga behind them, taking out heartless Calder and Siah didn't notice.
"Siah, Calder come here!" the old man exclaimed.

 

"I'm Merlin, I'm friends with Leon and Aerith. Here look"
He held out a card which had the castle on the front.
"Hollow Bastion Restoration Committy, honarary member"
It said his name on the back, Merlin.
"Where's the keyhole Merlin?"
"It's in the castle, go past the Bailey and go right. You'll find it. I need to protect my house because it has items which I don't want the heartless to handle"
"OK, Merlin, good luck"
"Yeah you too"
Calder and Siah ran up the staircase, which had a large body in the way.
"We haven't got time for you!"
Calder casted Blizzard and it frozen up. They dashed past the heartless and sprinted inside the bailey.

 

Calder's chest suddenly got hit in the chest and fell to the floor but the keyblade was able to defeat the heartless as he fell to the cold hard ground.
His chest was pounding in pain and Calder breathed in deeply.
"Well...that was a cheap shot"
Calder flinched his eyes after a more intense pain hit his injury.

 

"I'm okay, it's just a scar"
He felt much better after the healing spell and stood up.
They ran up the path and they were about to enter the postern but an old man with a long black curly beard with a bright gold snake ended sceptre.
"I'm so sorry to interrupt you but I have to kill you by order of Master Xehenort"

 

"I am Jafar"
Jafar walked towards them and raised his sceptre. Suddenly Jafar dashed towards Calder and held hid by the throat, very tightly. Jafar casted Blizzard at Siah, causing her to back off.
Calder struggled under Calder's grip and was struggling to breath.
"Siah...run...Si"
His eyes closed from suffocation but he was still alive.
"TIME TO BE VANQUISHED YOU STUPID BRAT!!!"
He raised a knife and started aiming at it Calder's heart. He wanted a direct hit.
