The New Dawn 4: Attack of the Final Star

Siah looked at Raven and Vanquish and then took a step back, giving Harone and Nicole some space. She wasn't sure what to think anymore. She thought for sure no evil could get through to Destiny Island without being brought there... this made no sence. She summoned her keyblade looking around for her parents. Why weren't they here? Her dad must have known there was trouble by now?

Jaxx heared Saki's report and smiled a little "I'll take care of this one." she said with a shrug. She looked at Sven "I'll be back soon." she said, she was a little confused at how he just let Nicole go but now that Nerazza was returned she had other things to worry about. She dissapeared and appeared in Raven's and Voltiar's cell. She could sence where Voltiar's path had gone as well as Coldex's when he took Raven with him. She dissapeared and appeared again in the same place as Voltiar "You know you're causing the Dark Order a lot of trouble lately." she said with a half smile. "But then something makes me think you really dont care much."

Raven shook her head "No, you only want to believe that but I know that isn't true." she said, refusing to believe that the darkness was impossible to get away from like Vanquish was saying.

 

Raven held on tighter to the handle of her sword. "LIke I said, I dont want to fight you, Emily." she then held her sword up in a diffensive stance "But I will do what I must." she said it almost reluctantly.

Siah glared "How is this possible?" she shook her head, deciding there was no time to worry about how Darkness was invading Destiny Island. Whatever the reason, there was no denying it was happening. She summoned her keyblade.

 

Raven was busy blocking the keyblade so she hadn't been expecting an attack to her heart. She was barely able to knock Vanquish's hand away from her heart. She then brought up her hand and punched Vanquish in the face in one quick square movement. She glared "Just one question- Why... how did you become Vanquish again?"

Siah thought for a moment and then sighed "Yes... but it's really risky. There isn't any choice though. Come with me, hurry." she started running toward the secret place.

 

Raven glared "What are you talking about!?" she said, confused as she pushed Vanquish off of her "You and Siah escaped the Gummi ship just before it crash landed you both came back here and then you somehow dissapeared the night after. We thought you were dead!"

Siah hesitated and then looked at Calder. She wasn't sure if she wanted to answer him, knowing that he wasn't going to like it "I would have to go inside Kingdom Hearts again and do things differently this time... Put a part of my heart into the heart of Destiny Island. I'm a princess of heart, the purety of my heart should stop the darkness from getting through." She was already working on something the moment they got into the cave. She ran over to the far wall of the cave and pulled out her keyblade. A keyhole appeared on the door. Siah didn't seem too interested in it just yet though. She knelt down next to the large stone on the ground next to the wall.

 

Siah tried to keep working despite the fact that Calder was now almost crying like she knew he would have. But when he hugged her she completely melted. Tears formed in her eyes as well "Calder... do you really want everyone else we love to die?" she said though her voice cracked. She wasn't going to lie to herself, she was very scared but she knew she had to do the right thing. "Destiny Island is the last place that they can be safe..." but she hugged him back despite the fact that she knew there wasn't much time "I cant let the darkness take it."

 

Siah immediately opened her mouth to protest "I can't let you do that Calder!" she said, more tears in her eyes but she knew there wasn't much time. She then thought back to the two times that she had watched Calder die before her eyes. She remembered wishing that she could have died with him. She remembered going insane with the pain of losing him and feeling helpless... she had wanted to kill herself to be with him. Could she really put him throught that same pain? She suddenly had an idea. She then sighed "...No. I cant make this desision for you. If you want to come with me then I wont stop you but I would prefer you lived on. But I know what it's like to lose you if you want to come... then come." she then pulled away and knelt down next to the stone again "Help me lift this." she said urgently.

 

Underneith the stone was a necklace. Siah lifted it from the ground and handed it to Calder, "Recognise this?" she asked him. The necklace was a blue stone. Siah remembered Calder giving it to her on their second year of being together. Siah smiled a little at the memory and then turned to the door. Her keyblade glowed as well as the door. The door slowly opened, light and darkness both shown through the open doorway so bright that Siah almost felt like sheilding her eyes. Siah looked back at Calder "This is it, Calder." she said softly, her hands were shaking. Now that the time was so close, Siah felt scared to die but either way it was going to happen. Why not sacrifise herself to save the ones she loved long enough for them to find a way to save the worlds. Her hand shook as she reached her hand to Calder "I wish you didn't have to make this decisoin with me. If you want to come then take my hand." a tear ran down her face "If not then place the necklace in my hand. I will need it where I am going. Whatever you chose, I will always love you. And I will always be with you."

Raven shook her head "No. You are wrong." she said stubbornly. She readied herself for annother attack "Look in your heart Emily. You cant let your hate take over the truth."
