The New Dawn 4: Attack of the Final Star

"Siah!" Nicole called over. Nerazza looked at Nicole. The two locked eyes.

"Ready for you to return to me?" Nerazza asked.

"Over my dead body, but if I'm dead you are as well." Nicole said. Nerazza looked at her. She stood ready.

"Harone get Calder. protect Siah, if I'm in trouble don't heeelp me." Nicole said in a firm voice. Her keyblades showed up. She was ready, she was ready to finally end it even if it met dying.

 

Voltair simply smiled at all the heartless. He snapped his fingers, and hundreds of them just exploded. "You can't fight me with darkness." He saw Raven dissapear, and sombody who looked like Raven behind him. "And now I'm gonna have to kill you. Trying to make me believe Raven would hurt me." He had his keyblade in both hands. He held it up to his head and pointed it at Jaxx.

 

As the heartless surrounded Symm, his palm began glowing. He was about to call out to Siah for her to run, but then they pounced. . . . .

Moments later, A wave of cherry blossom petals spiraled outward from a crowd of heartless, destroying many of them and blowing the rest away.

"Heh. . . Looks like I've still got something left. . ." He coughed, and stood up shakily. He then approached Jaxx and swung his scythe at her.

Voltair got hit by the blast. His body hit the ground and kept rolling for a little bit. Voltair staggered a little bit, but he managed to get up. He looked at Jaxx. "I still have a heart. You won't kill me with the light." He slammed the ground as hard as he could with his keyblade. The ground in front of him split apart. The crack quickly moved to Jaxx. "And the dream was that I kill Raven because we get into a fight after I upset her."

 

Voltair stabbed behind him into Jaxx. "The light can never fade. It will always be around. Don't you know what Sora once said?" Voltair was thinking about his options. He wasn't prepared to use his strongest attack yet. He needed to be attacked more.

 

"There is no light in me. But that doesn't mean that the light can be fully extinguished. Light and dark coexist, but they are their own separate entities. I am part of the dark entity." Voltair got up and his keyblade appeared in his hand. His body glowed. He floated in the air with his keyblade pointed in the air. "But please, keep on attacking me." He sped at Jaxx, hitting her as he passed by. He went through a portal as he passed her, appearing at another angle from Jaxx. He went by her again, hitting her again. He did this a few times. When he stopped, he stabbed the ground, causing dark lightning to hit the ground everywhere.

 

Voltair blocked the blade. "Trying to behead me eh? As much as I'd like to see if it'd kill me or not, I'd rather not see now." Several dark swords appeared behind him. He jumped and flew above Jaxx. The swords spun around as he fell down towards Jaxx.

 

Voltair felt energy surge in him. "Thanks." He smiled. "That was all I needed." He rushed at Jaxx. He swung upwards, knocking her into the air. He jumped up to continue the attack. He slashed at her so quickly, his arms looked like blurs. 15, 16..... 25 hits totaled.

 

(Screw it. Symm will live for another day!)

Symm followed Siah, taking the lead to bash down heartless.

"Hey, Raven! How far is this place? I don't think we'll be able to make it if it's any farther than 100 yards!" He called back, slicing a Large Body in half.

 

Rubble covered Calder's body. Scars were spread throughout his skin and he broke his left arm. He woke up and felt a throb of pain from his arm. He screamed in anguish. Suddenly the rock, that supposedly crushed Brakdern soared through the sky, after Brakdern kicked it off. The rock, crushed another building, on the other side of the street.

Brakdern looked savage. He was angry and his clothes were ripped. He was panting like an angry dog. His nails became sharp and horns grew from the top of his head. They were as though they belonged to the devil. Brakdern's face was blood red in fury. His keyblade became double in size and blood poured down from it's tip. The blood dropped down to the rubble and blood-stained the brick. Calder casted curaga on himself and ran towards Brakdern. He unleashed his keyblade on Brakdern.
"You will not hurt the people, I love anymore Brakdern. You will pay for what you have done!"
Brakdern smirked and held onto Calder's keyblade. He used the keyblade to turn Calder in the air and slammed him down onto the brick. Calder shouted in pain but he was able to slash Brakdern's legs, causing the leader of the Dark Order to fall to his knees. Calder, then kicked him back in the face and as Brakdern was in the air, Calder uppercutted him in the air. Calder jumped up in the air and casted Blizzaga. A big block of ice caused Brakdern to be sent flying towards another building. He went through the building and it fell as he went through. He laid on the other side, clutching his chest. Calder was furious at Brakdern and has never been so ferocious before. It was unlike him. Brakdern got upto his feet and smiled.
"You would be great with the powers of darkness. Let your anger fuel you"
Calder looked at him in anger.
"SHUT UP!!!"
Calder dashed towards Brakdern and they locked blades. Calder could feel that Brakdern was weakening.

Harone was about to follow Siah and Raven but a voice stopped him.
"How was it like, not being able to see your fiance for 2 years?"
Harone turned around, clenching his teeth. It was Coldex.
"I hate you"
He tightened his fist

 

Nicole and Nerazza clashed blades for what seemed like hours. Flyying, jumping from building to building. Every building seemed to fall and destroy more than usual. It was a battle that was matched. Nicole's goal was to kill Nerazza with her own hands or die trying while killing Nerazza. Nerazza's goal was to make Nicole's light the little light that came back full dark and in her control. Both jumped from a building at each other. Nerazza's body had shadow looking fire and Nicole's body was glowing bright They clashed and they seemed to float in the air casting a shock wave accross the city causing dust to come up The dust cleared Nicole's appearence was different. She looked a lot like her mother with white wings and her blue hair and glowing blue eyes. Her skin seemed to glow bright and if it weren't for her cloths slowling begining to rip, scars all over her body and some dirt she would be real beautiful. Nerazza was covered in a faint shadow over her body like a blanket, her hair now black same with her eyes. Her black wings seemed larger. The two faced each other. It was a true battle of light and dark. The two began to run at each other. Every step caushed dust to fly in the air and make the ground shake. Five feet awway they jumped into the air and clashed blades. Once they were high up they both pushed off of each other. There wings stopping them.

"So Nicole what's your plan?" Nerazza asked.

"Defeating you and starting a family. Yours?" Nicole asked.

"Making you dark spending time with my father and my one thing is going on now. To watch my husband defeat yours." Nerazza said. Nicole turned around.

"Harone!" She called to him giving Nerazza the moment to stab her. Nicole wasn't going to fall for it though she quickly swung around and stabbed her keyblade in sending a shock of not light, not dark, but dawn.

"Hehehe, the princess of dawn woke up." Nerazza said disappearing. Nicole's body glowed. She landed on the ground unconcious. Chris ran over and fought off the heartless. Nicole sat up one black wing and one white wing. She jumped up. Nerazza was gone. Completely gone. She saw Celthin look over. His face was blank.

"Celthin..." She whispered. Nicole realised then how much a mother Nerazza was, if she was light she'd be real good, Nicole was the light version of Nerazza. However now she was dawn. Power over light and dark.

"Nicole, You need to seal the dark keyhole while Siah unlocks the light. You must do it. Mom told me." Chris said. Nicole nodded. She felt like she had to help Celthin though.

 

Brakdern sent a dark energy blast towards Calder, causing him to be bounced down the road. The brick road ripped apart as Calder slid down it. Friction caused Calder to stop. His entire back was burnt and it felt crushed under the pressure of the force he experienced from Brakdern's attack.
Brakdern dashed upto him and grabbed Calder by the throat. He started to punch his stomach with his right hand.
"You are finished"
Calder squirmed in Brakdern's strong grip and powerful punches. Sweat poured down his face, as more punches hit his stomach. His breath started to become faint. Calder closed his eyes and focused on his magic. Suddenly a red human sized dragon appeared and tackled Brakdern. He let go of Calder and the light keyblader gasped for air.
"YOU ANNOYING BEAST!"
Brakdern stabbed Jake with his bloody keyblade.
"NO!!!" Calder exclaimed.
Calder stood up, with tears in his eyes.
Brakdern laughed.
"You are pitiful"
"I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!!"
Calder's keyblade started to emit fire.
"I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU HURTING MY FRIENDS!!!"
Calder thrusted his keyblade at Brakdern's heart. Brakdern tried to block it but as Calder's keyblade touched Brakdern's, it broke in two. Calder's keyblade went through Brakdern's heart and he widened his eyes, as he fell to the ground. Calder continued to slash Brakdern in fury. He was unlike himself. He was full of so much anger. Brakdern was already killed but Calder still attacked him like a punching bag.

Harone glared at Coldex. He wanted to finish the darkness. He wanted to defeat the person, who has given him pain for the last two years but he couldn't. Nicole would die along with him.
Coldex laughed, knowing what he was thinking.
"You can't dare to do it, can you?"

 

Symm held his scythe out in front of Harone, the black blade shining in the pale light of their surroundings.

"He's just baiting you. . . Don't fall for it. In minutes, he'll be dead though. Nerazza fell a minute ago - didn't you see the explosions a minute ago?" Symm told Harone, charging an Aero attack. He then continued, "Just stick with Siah and the others, and I'll handle this clown."
