The New Dawn 3: Into Yesterday

Vanquish was storming the steps upto the palace. Suddenly guardsman ran towards her with sharp daggered spears with a dragon painting running through the wood.
"STOP!!!"
Vanquish sighed and used the darkness to lift them in the air. They started to quiver in fear. She let them down again and slashed them in the chest, with her keyblade, killing them.
She clicked her fingers and shadow heartless appeared beside them.
"Feast on them, I want you to make guardian heartlesses"
The heartless started to engulf them, as she burst the colossal palace doors off it's hinges, with only a flick of her arm.

Nicole and Harone landed the gummi ship, near an encampment and Harone rushed out of the ship.
"Come on, let's get her!"

 

The gumi ship landed in a little oasis bamboo type of groove. Nicole hopped out.

"I feel her and the princess, and they're both close togeather, we need to hurry!" Nicole exclaimed. She waited for Harone to hop on out. She looked around checking the area and started heading towards the exit when her ultima keyblade showed up and some strong heartless showed up.

"Yeah, she's defnately here." Nicole said. She saw two disappear. "We need to find those two before she reports back to Vanguish that we're here." Nicole said.

 

Her two guardians appeared infront of them. They messaged her that Nicole and Harone were there. She smiled and plunged her hands into the floor. Green sludge erupted from the spot, where she placed her hand in and thousands of heartless started to storm down towards the encampment.
"Make sure no one ends up alive" she ordered them.
Suddenly a man came running at her, with his blade.
"Ah, the princess' lover, oh how I'm going to enjoy this"

 

Nicole swung at the heartless. Her eyes went wide and all white for a second. Then went normal. She grabbed Harone's hand.

"Come on!" She said. She jumped over the heartless. They reached camp and it seemed quite, however the ground became all black. Many many heartless appeared. Nicole's foot then fell in.

"Ahhh!" She said as she kept getten eaten by darkness. She was down to her neck. She closed her eyes.

"LIGHT!" She yelled. The ground went back to normal and majority of the heartless disappeared. They edge in on them.

"Mulan needs our help." Nicole said quickly standing up.

 

Calder nodded and smiled.
"Let's go then"
He was happy they were going on an adventure again. Mickey walked upto them and threw golden keys at Calder. Cal caught them and looked at Mickey.
"Take my ship, I want you to protect Alice in Wonderland, remember her?"
Calder nodded.
"Yeah, it would be great to meet her again"
He took Siah outside and they started to walk to the gummi ships. Suddenly Chip and Dale came rushing towards them.
"Guys, Harone and Nicole are getting married!!!"

 

Symm almost missed Calder and Siah, then did a little 'top-hat' bowing gesture to Voltaire and Raven, and uttered a hurried "Goodbye!" before chasing after the two. He arrived at the gummi hangar out of breath, having nearly gotten lost several times along the way.

"D-damnit... why does this place have to be so big..." He muttered before recovering his composure and approaching the two.

"I believe that mouse hired me to escort you?" He asked them, glancing at Mickey.

 

Calder nodded and smiled, happy that Nicole and Harone are now married.
They entered inside the gummi ship and Calder sat down on the backseats. It was Symm's job to escort them. Calder and Siah never really met Symm before. They neither fought him or worked with him. They didn't really know how he would be like.
He got up from his chair and gave Siah, a hot chocolate.
"How are you, Siah?"

Vanquish clashed blades with the Chinese guardsman. He was very weak, and wasn't worth Vanquish's time. He slashed him on the chest and kicked him towards a wall. He went into unconsciousness.
Suddenly a woman with long black hair, kicked Vanquish from behind.
"Leave him alone!"
Vanquish smiled.
"Finally"

 

Symm walked onto the ship with a calm, but pleasant look on his face.

"I got those two mice to install a switch gummi in this ship, so if we're in a pinch, we can flip ships to mine. It has the best stats of any ship this side of the galaxy." He bragged before taking a seat.

 

Calder sat down next to her, and put his arm around Siah's shoulders.
"I'm alright, a few scratches here and there but other than that, I'm fine now"
Calder was worried about Siah. She would do anything to save him, if he was killed. She'd even sacrifice her life for him but he'd do the same back. Siah was more important than Calder aswell and she would become a target. He didn't want to see anything happen to her. He kissed her cheek and stroked her hair.
"Please, when we're out there, look after yourself alright?...don't do anything drastic..I won't be able to take, seeing you in pain...."

 

"It's great and all that you two are having a moment, but I'd like to get out of here...." Symm commented, a little annoyed that he was ignored. He sighed and went through a pre-flight checkoff, and when that was done, he turned the ship on.

"Are you two going to fly this thing or am I?"

 

Nicole ran through the encampment heartless backing away from her. Her keyblade was out and glowing as they went.

"The princess is in trouble." Nicole said. They got to the river bed and it seemed calm. She stopped and looked around surprised.

"Come on..." She said still surprised, she felt something bad though, like death, but she wasn't sure.

 

As Harone and Nicole arrived to the scene, Mulan fell to the ground and she faded into nothingness, as the darkness taken her away.
"No..."
Vanquish burst out with a shrill laugh.
"I am stronger than you would have imagined me so"
She summoned her dark black and red keyblade and inhaled the dark energy, she got from Mulan's powerful heart. Harone ran at her with his Kingdom Key keyblade and flipped over Vanquish. He tried to swipe at Vanquish's back but she disappeared and reappeared behind him. She was about to stab him in the heart but he barely blocked the counter attack from Vanquish. He flicked his keyblade up and sent Vanquish up in the air and slashed the villainess in the side, causing her to be sent towards the wall but she landed on her feet, walking on the wall. Harone breathed in and followed suit. Their blades started to clash, horizontally. Sparks were flyong around the room because of the impacts of their attacks.
"You have grown stronger but my powers will overwhelm you!"
Suddenly Vanquish did a quick vertical slash making Harone kneel on the ground. She laughed and kicked him in the face, sidewards making him fall onto the tiled floor.

 

Voltair looked at Raven. He saw that they were alone again. The question had been bugging him for a while. "Does it bother you Raven? The fact that these past few years, everybody has aged, but I haven't aged at all."

 

"Harone!" Nicole called. She ran up the stairs but then ran into an invicible wall. She looked around. The wall appeared on all sides of her. Many heartless showed up around her. They began to leap at her. Nicole ran at them and slashed at them over and over. Suddenly a bunch of shadows leaped on top of her. She swung at them, but they didn't budge.

"Get off me!" She yelled. She was completely buried except for her head and er swining arms.

"What exactly are you going Vanguish!" Nicole demanded an answer.

 

"Plunging the worlds into darkness, goodbye!"
Vanquish disappeared, not wanting to bother with Nicole and Harone.

Calder nodded.
"I know..."
He looked towards the window and saw the magnificent palace of The Land of Dragons.
"I wonder what's going on down there?"

The man who was protecting Mulan woke up and looked around the room.
"Where's Mulan?" he asked in desperation.

 

"Land of Dragons. I wouldn't be surprised if they were having yet ANOTHER festival." Symm sighed as the neared the planet. "Are you going to stop and visit, or what?"
