The Key Bearer's Sleep

"He'll have his turn later, don't worry, I'll take care of him," and being the powerful alchemist Serena was, she used a sleeping spell and casted her hand toward Jordan.
"There, all taken care of. I'll show him soon anyways." Serena smiled, assuring the boys.

((Just fall asleep and go with it. You're gonna see the ship soon.))

 

"Don't worry, he'll wake up soon enough . . . just . . . that's really all, I need to go home and make a couple of arrangements, though. It was nice meeting you, Will." Serena smiled.

 

As Serena let Ao and Will off the ship, it disappeared into the horizon.

"I gotta go, Will." Ao said running off into the small, tropic town of the island.

 

Ao walked over to a girl in a crowd of kids.

 

"What? Oh, hi Will... what are you talking about?"

 

"Hm? I dunno. I'm waiting here for someone." Ao said as he leaned against a tree.

 

"No. I haven't seen her in a while." Ao shut his eyes and concentrated on nothing as he leaned against the tree.

 

Ao opened his eyes and stepped away from the tree.

 

"Yah... I just hope she didn't forget our date..." Ao responded quietly. Since the beginning, Ao had matured. Maybe not physically, but he felt different.
