    Personality-
    Shuya is a very lazy person, there isn't a whole lot to it, he loafs around most of the day unless he is genuinely interested, only then does he get up and show his true abilities. When he is interested he shows another side of himself where he is much more tactical and battle oriented, he often toys with enemies just to take a step away from boredom before killing them. When interested he is known as a battle genius whose tactics are almost unmatched but when bored he is the perfect definition of a couch potato.

    Background-
    Shuya was an orphan from the very beginning and was often abused within his foster home, one day when he had enough of it he began to plan a way to get his revenge against his "caretakers" and the other orphan who always seemed to leave him out. When the time came he slaughtered everyone in the foster home except one girl who was his only friend there, when he asked her to come with him she was so consumed by fear that she simply ran away from him. This experience shaped his view on mankind as a disgusting species that should one day be wiped out to become something bigger. After escaping from the authorities several times he was able to awaken his ability and used it to become a famous criminal known only as "The Butcher" after this he soon found about the left hand of justice and joined quite easily. While he is still a high-ranking member of the organization he is beginning to question his own actions and whether mankind should or should not be slaughtered.

    2. There was so much that doesn't make sense from that first page of posts. Arashi did nothing to combat the fact that he was bombarded. But at that, it's probably not very feasible that there would have been "thousands" of people to have stationed around to have even fired the volley as described.

    Also, because Sho keeps talking about infecting ESPers...

    ESPers are immune to the infection by air, a direct injection into the bloodstream would yield infection, which is what Masamune plans to do on Arashi.

    An immunity means that their bodies possess the necessary means by which to combat the infection. Even if it enters the body, the fact they are immune means that their bodies would be able to resist and combat the infection effectively.

    Ugh... why must you ruin everything? Did you not see that BK responded like Arashi COULD be infected.

    I'll say only this, the spreading infection is just a... prototype. The injection contains the perfected virus, which is how Masamune was infected.
