    I've been thinking logically, which is why this has all been difficult to grasp. My immediate impression of this RP has been that it is, largely, in the science fiction genre. So seeing some (relatively heavy) fantasy elements mixed in shakes me a bit.

    Sorry, I thought the dragon thing would be sort of obvious, anyway, Vox told me to use him since I made him and so I will.

    I get what you mean, but he's merely dressed like a stereotypical samurai, he likes to kill people and drink martinis as they beg for mercy.

    And he turns into a giant six sword wielding, pyrokinetic humanoid dragon.

    Personality-
    Arashi is a very violent individual who has a terrible habit of trying to solve most his problems with guns or swords, "Nothing resolves problems like kicking a**" is his trademark phrase. Many say he got his violent disorder from his older brother and years of abuse by his mother. Although that violent personality is just a part of who he is he has a soft side for his friends and loved ones whom he often develops very close bonds with. And with this peaceful side he also has a very violent and blood-thirsty side (even worse than his regular personality) after being angered to a certain point, this rarely happens but when it does even the bolts of lightning that he can generate with his power become red, victims of this rage rarely manage to survive.

    Background-
    Arashi was born into a family on the brink of chaos, the catalyst being his own brother Date Masamune who taught him how to fight from the age of five and helped him develop the personality that he has today. While they never had a brotherly bond whatever bond they did have was shattered when Date lopped off Arashi's other brother's head. After this he fled with his mother in order to protect her and escape from his brother whom he swore to kill. He and his mother although safe never conncted, they soon began to argue and eventually Arashi just picked up his stuff and left, leaving his mother to plot against Date alone. He eventually recieved a letter of admittance into the A.S.A. where he soon rose to one of the top 3 in the entire school.

    Don't worry about that! I'll talk to Wayward and/or Requiem about splitting control of the minions of TLHOJ so we have a temporary solution. Then as time progresses, I'm sure we'll get some more people

    The problem with that as your reference, Sho, is that the video is of an anime. And anime is prone to exaggerations and rule bending in terms of physics and the like. For goodness sake, a guy was performing front flips on his horse with the horse flipping. You don't see that in real life. Likewise, with a traditional human anatomy (though you've already said that he only does six when transformed) wielding six Katanas would be a stifling endeavor. I'm certain that even the most experienced swordsman of this world would debunk any logic in trying to use six katana at once.

    Personality-

    A sadistical psychopath who has a lust for murder. He is very murderous, as well as deceitful, cunning as well despite his insanity.

    Background-

    His background, like many today is unknown, and he prefers to keep it that way. As a child he was abused by his father, who also killed his mother in front of his eyes when he was 10. So he grabbed a chainsaw and killed his abusive father, tired of all of this, and wanted to get revenge on his father.

    After murdering his father, he left the house, with the chainsaw. He began living in an old abandoned warehouse and would often kill passing people and steal any possessions they head, and also perfected his skills with chainsaw. When he was being chased by the cops after they saw him after one of his murders, he ran off and jumped across the rooftops until he was out of sight, and soon he statted to train in parkor in order to stay away from the cops.

    It wasn't until he met "The One Eyed" Dragon when he was in China, he was 22 by then, and soon became the right hand man of the Left Hand of Justice, due to his incredible skills with his chainsaw.
