    Have him meet us in some way in France. Maybe meet up with Curt's character, and have them both seek out Forde after Me and Haresuno's characters attack France.

    Bio:

    Leo was a military genius. At the age of 19 he married fellow classmate Stella De Vannilea. The couple had 3 years of happiness together until she died of a rare blood diesease at the age of 22.

    Leo was emotionaly crushed and went into hiding, depression consuming his heart causing it to grow cold and ruthless. When the war began years later the UN researched the impressive record of Leo and decided to request his aid in the army. Leo however decided not to become the leader of the army. He instead wanted to be left out of this war.

    The UN resorted to lure Leo to their side with the lust of power. The UN offered Leo the country of Greece. The lure of ruling a nation convinced Leo and he agreed. The people of Greece saw this idea of a new ruler of their nation as a new era for Greece and accepted this change. Leo had become the new king of Greece.

    Though he is officialy a member of the UN and aids them in their work, he is unaware of the secret plot of the UN. He still believes the UN is a good group, unaware of their real goal.

    Bio: Once a trained spy for the Russian mafia, he was the only mafia member left after the UN cornered Russia 5 years ago. The UN found him and caught him, and in secret used small doses of Quantum to try and perfect the creation of these ultimant weapons in ordinary people. But what they didn't know was that the Russian mafia had gained access to some of the leftover Quantum in japan and had already used him as a bit of a science project for themselves. With the small doses of Quantum in his blodd from the mafia, and now gaining access to more, he became all the more powerful. he escaped from the UN, easily. Now he is in search of the Russian Princess who si said to be alive, plotting revenge on the UN for killing the only family he knew, the Russian Mafia.
    The only question that high rank UN officials asked was.....they didn't know how strong he actually was. They didn't know what the Russian mafia did to him, and they didn't know what the new Quantum would do to the already active stimuli Quantum in his blood. So, the only question remained was....who was stronger? Silpha, or the Quantum Project itself?

    XD Mythril went & made a mistake on his post, so in order to make it more interesting, I'm going to make this character.

    Name: Vavara яд (Rude Foreigner of Poison)
    Age: 26
    Personality: Quick, sly, & devious. Strives for victory & is wise in weaponry.
    Weapons: The one in her hands, the Aldania whip, & several guns called Metal Storm XVX.

    Lifespan: Vavara Ra was just like any cruel Germans, she was full of lust & power, ready to obey any command given by her leader. That's the way of the Nazi's. Her family was chosen to be a part of a Quantum Project & they willingly gave in to it, for they wanted one thing: to make their race all dominant in the world. At the age of 16, her father & mother went out on a mission, but her father died in a fight against the Russians. So, Vavara was angered as the UN told her that America & the other countries is plotting to keep the Germans locked down & build another wall similar to the Berlin Wall to keep them seperated from the world for good. So, she made her anger take over & she gave in to make the Quantum become a part of her.

    As they did experiment on her, she at first wasn't able to be in control of her form, but as time went by three years later, she was able to control her fomr & have a free will as she would a human. During the coronation of the Princess Vanmra, she had started a plan with permission of those above her to start a attack on Vanmra's family, starting the Pomnislavka Holocaust. She then was able to go through the ranks, being in control & found a power that allows her to be in human form for good. The UN still did Quantum experiments on her to see how far she can use her powers, but saw that she is unique in being sly & intelligent. She then had information that the last line of the Pomnislavka, the princess herself, was still alive, & then decided to secretly with permission from the leader of UN to find data on her whereabouts. Still, Quantum did something weird in her DNA...
