The Dominion of Everything

Kain jumped back in shock when his small device suddenly made a blade of light. "What the hell! I thought you said you were unarmed!" He shouted. Kain put his sword away and and pulled out his shield. "Listen, I pointed my sword at you cause you were speaking nonsense about creating worlds. I wanted you to go first so I could make sure you didn't pull anything. Never be to careful you know?" Kain then backed up to the building. "So how bout we go see this Yen Sid and see what he knows."

 

Xohka ended on top of the roof of the castle. He finished recharging his shadow inside the shadow of one of the towers and decided to look for his target from the top. "Where is he?" he asked himself. If the supplier had given out many weapons, he should be noticeable. "This would've been easier if we just let Intrio burn the whole thing down and taking out my target too,"he thought. He slid down the wall and entered the castle through the window then sneaked through the hallways. Eventually, he heard two Resistance members walking in his direction; a man and woman. Xohka turned into his bag form and slumped on the wall.

"Hey, what's this bag doing here?" a member said and picked Xohka up. A hand reached into his hole and took pulled out the katana. "Whoa! A magic weapon bag. We better find him and bring this back." So Xohka was taken to the weapon storage where Intrio was supposed to destroy. "Hm, this bag started to feel a bit moist. Hey, merchant! Is this yours?"
A little person whose face was covered by a hood said,"Give the back to me." Xohka was handed over to the miniature person. He looked inside Xohka and pulled out all his weapons. "Hmm, I don't remember putting these weapons inside, but yes. The inifinite bag is supposed to be one of my donations."
"Found you," the opening of the bag said.
"What the heck?" the Resistance members both said. The bag exploded and the two Resistance members had their throats slashed.
When the smoke cleared, Xohka held his katana pointing at the merchant. He lifted the hood with the tip and saw a small white and furry creature with a big red nose. "So that's what you are," Xohka said. In the distance, he heard a roar and weapons clanging. "And I found you just in time, too." He slashed at the creatures cheek, giving it a scar and getting some blood on the blade. "Run away from here. I only kill people who can fight or targets that I'm paid to kill; you're lucky I'm not paid. But if I see you involved with this group again, this sword's going up your nose." And with that, Xohka picked up the rest of his weapons and stuck it into his shadow then disappeared in the shadows.

Back on the rooftops, he saw the battle going on and the giant dragon flying overhead. He also saw the merchant fly away. He thought to Intrio,"Hey slowpoke, I'm done. You can clean up the mess I did to the ex-supplier in the weapon storage."

 

A spell circle appeared near the two boys, flickering, sparking, and hissing like some broken neon sign on steroids. It began to grow in brightness as a figure began ton form above it, until when it was fully lit and the figure filled. The moment the girl was finished being transported, the portal sputtered out of existence, dropping the girl on her rear.

"Ow. . . What in the name of Merlin happened-" She began, before cutting herself off. "Yen-Sid's Tower? Not again! He never has anything useful to say. . ."

Malisa got up and dusted herself off, noticing the two boys out of the corner of her eye.

"Did either of you two fiddle with my portal?" She accused, a spell circle appearing above her hand.

 

"Name's Kain." Kaain was going to say more when a glowing circle appeared. Kain quickly pulled his sword back out and held up his shield to be at the ready. When the girl dropped out Kain smiled. He put his sword away but kept his shield out. "I know I did nothing to your portal. And might I add how nice it is to see a beautiful face like yours?" Kain said as he stepped forward and did a slight bow. He never could resist the pretty women.

Intrio had the attention of just about everybody outside the castle. After all, it's not everyday you see a giant black dragon on a world without them. Intrio gave a loud and fierce roar. The common people started screaming and running around while the soldiers started running to their posts. Intrio watched how most ran to a large white building and came out with shields and swords. That must be the storage. Time to watch it burn. He thought to himself. Intrio angled his wings and flew towards the building. As he neared it he opened his mouth and released a massive torrent of bright blue flames on the ground and into the building. Mission accomplished.

 

The portal above her hand disintegrated when she realized that she was in good company. Still, it didn't hurt to be ready, so she prepared an unactivated circle on the ground beneath her.

"Slow down, kid, I'm way out of your league." The sorceress taunted Kain before turning to Jaden and replying, "Nice to meet you. I am Malisa Jals, reality traveler extrordinaire! Now, I'm guessing that since neither of you messed around with my portal, and you two have very outlandish clothes, you are from different worlds, meaning that this reality is bigger than the usual suspects. Am I right?"

 

"Baroque Caverns." Malisa replied with a florish, then beginning to walk alongside the two others. "Earth and Hyrule. . . Not once in all my travels across the realities have I heard of something like those. I've seen other versions of my world, for sure and have even met a reality-relative, but this. . . Tell me, have either of you heard of or seen a gummi ship?"

Her thoughts were as so: Some outer force had interfered with her normally highly secure portal spell, thus sending her here. If such a force were applied to others, then maybe they came from not the same reality, but the same dimension.

 

"This kid is gonna make me sick." Matthais thought to himself as he watched. "What a freaking pansy. Seriously. He's randomly given a weapon, and a powerful one too. If he would just assert himself he could get anything he desired. Damn." Matthais waited for them to get into the tower before coming out into the open. "Yen Sid. I should be strong enough to not be discovered." His body began fading away from a cloaking spell. "But just in case, might as well change my appearance too." Matthias' physical appearance changed into a completely different person. He walked towards the building and began walking up the wall, as if it was nothing at all.

Raine was running around the castle frantically. Shadows kept popping up from the ground. "Donald Goofy!" Raine called out seeing both of them. Her new weapon glowing in her hand. "Where's Queen Minnie?" She asked as her weapon, shaped like a key, glowed. "In the cornerstone protected." Donald stated as he used thunder on a heartless. Raine swung her keyblade at a heartless as it lept at her. "Raine, the cornerstone needs the keyblade to power up it's light. You got to go do it." Goofy stated. "But, I don't know how!" Raine called out hitting a few more heartless. "Believe in yourself." Jiminy the Cricket said hopping up from the hood of her shirt.

"Hurry!" Donald yelled at her. Raine nodded and ran into the thrown room. She ran through it more heartless popping up everywhere. She saw the shield of light Queen Minnie made to protect the cornerstone. Raine jumped up and through the shield letting her, a being from light get through, but no heartless could follow. She saw the heartless that tried to follow her get burned up by the shield. She didn't have time to watch it. She quickly ran down to the cornerstone her keyblade glowing even more with every step she took. Raine saw the queen. "Raine!" Queen Minnie called out. "Hold on your majesty!" Raine called out pointing the keyblade at the cornerstone like her father told her he did with many different keyholes. The end of the keyblade glowed as a beam of light hit the cornerstone with an explosion of light from it. The castle was now safe.

Raine stood there surprised. Her keyblade disappearing. She sighed as soon Donald and Goofy ran down to them. "Queen Minnie, the heartless are gone." Goofy explained. "What happenedto have them show up though? What about me having a keyblade now?" Raine asked. "I can only believe that a new threat has shown up and from King Mickey disappearing before powering the cornerstone back up, the heartless got through. As for the keyblade, it's the sameone as your father's. I'm sure he's probably wondering about it, the best person to go and ask would be Yen Sid." Queen Minnie nodded. "Ok then, do Chip and Dale have a gumi ship I can take?" Raine asked. Queen Minnie nodded. "In case an attack shows up again, I'll be here to help with it." Raine turned around in surprise.

Standing there was a tall man with spikey brown hair, a keyblade just like Raine's in his hand. He grinned at them as his keyblade disappeared. "Dad, what are you doing here?" Raine asked. "Here to help defend the castle, the cornerstone isn't going to keep the castle safe, the heartless showed up on Destiny Island, too, meaning something not good, especially with you recieving a keyblade, Raine you need to go it's your turn, go see Yen Sid, you'll be alright. Jiminyn Cricket, can you watch over her?" The man, Raine's father stated. "You can count on me, Sora." Jiminy told the man.

Raine's flash back ended as she continued climbing the stares inside Sorcer's Tower. "Do you think Yen Sid is ok?" Raine asked Jiminy Cricket who sat on her shoulder. "I don't know, seeing a few heartless popping up here, we can only hope so." Jiminy Cricket told her. Raine nodded as they continued to climb the stares, Raine had her hands in her pocket when she stopped. "Hmmm?" Raine said turning around. "What is it?" Jiminy asked her. "I thought I heard something." Raine said.

 

Raine turned around and looked at the boy. She perked and eye brow. He seemed different. There were two other people there. "Ummm... sure...?" Raine stated. She then smiled. "That's be great, I'm Raine and this is Jiminy. Now what do you mean summoned here?" Raine asked him. Jiminy smiled and looked around and quickly jumped up. "Raine!" Jiminy called out. Raine quickly turned around and noticed the heartless pop up as soon as they were surrounded. "Heartless!" Raine exclaimed throwing her hand out as her keyblade showed up. "Hold on Jiminy. You may want to watch out." Raine said to the three people behind her. She quickly ran forward and swung at the heartless as three of them vanished but more showed up. "They're attacking here too just like the castle!" Jiminy exclaimed.

 

"Hmmmm, nice job, would never have thought you'd beat it without a keyblade." Raine stated looking at the kid. Raine looked at Jiminy. "We should still probably hurry." Jiminy stated. Raine nodded agreeing with him. "So where you from, ummmmm... what's your name?" Raine asked realizing that he and his friends didn't introduce themselves quite yet.

"It's obvious that from the fact that you two know what heartless and Sora are that you are of this same reality." Malisa noted aloud, taking a lead in front of the group, observing that she was the eldest. "Sora was just an old legend in mine."

The moment a heartless popped up in front of her, the sorceress fired off a Blizzara spell at it then kicked it off the stairwell. No need to show her keyblade. . . yet. Involving the wrong item at the wrong moment could mean disaster for them.

 

"I'm from Destiny Island, but have been training under King Mickey to learn to be a knight when I got my keyblade." Raine looked over at Malisa. "Old legend? MY dad's not old!" Raine exclaimed crossing her arms looking at Malisa. "Anyways, there's been a new threat that has arisen attacking every world, even Destiny Island and Disney Castle were attacked, every world is in danger from it. I believe that's why King Mickey went missing and I'm sure why all of you were summoned." Raine explained as they climbed the stairs.
