The Calm Before the Storm (Rated M for Mature)

Angel watched the ground get smaller out the window before she looked back at Tom "Oh... I see that otherwise. Let's see theres the whole goddesses thing... well I guess anything that includes dead bodies doesn't count as a date. But last night when we went camping did and it was all your desicision to stay up there last night so technically you're good at date chosing too."

 

Angel smiled "If you're a failure then I may as well give up." she said, "And I dont exactly see a failure as being probably the only guy I know who has kept sane throughout the entire ordeal of our lives." she pointed out "Look at it this way, you dont shoot people randomly, you didn't marry me and then end up in the hospital, and you most deffinately dont have a drinking problem. And to top all of that off, the only 'flaw' I would see in you is that you are TOO modest." she laughed a little.

 

Angel smiled and looked out the window again "Modesty is a good thing but when you call yourself a failure thats a little far." she pointed out.

 

Angel couldn't help but laugh at that comment. She shook her head, "True that." she finally managed to say after she stopped laughing. Her smile faided a little as she asked "...So what if Jamie really is crazy now or worse?" she shook her head "I'm not sure if I'm prepared to be able to know what to do about Hope."

 

Angel nodded "I know you can." she said, trying to sound hopeful.

Hope tried to get a hold of herself. Jamie needed her, now was not the time to be hiding in the girls bathroom. She stood up and walked over to the sink, her hair was messed up from a long and worry filled night and her maskera was smudged in streaks down her face from crying. She felt sick, and turned the faucet on spashing a few hands full of water on her face, trying to wash the smudged makeup off as well as to try to get a hold of her emotions by shocking herself with cold water. She dried her face off with a paper towel and combed her hands through her hair, trying to not make it look like she had just witnessed a murder or something though she may as well have. She sighed and walked to the door.

 

Angel nodded, now that they were close she felt anxious again to get to Hope and find out what was going on.

Hope walked back into Jamie's room, suprised to find him in a straight jacket. "Jamie!? What happened?" she said, shocked.

 

Hope's hand flew to her mouth to stiffle a gasp, "Jamie..." she looked at her husband, hopelessly. She could feel herself losing control of her emotions again and bit her lip to stop herself from crying again.


Tom landed the plane and Angel jumped out of the passengers seat immediately. The two walked to the door and then when inside, Angel walked to the front desk "We're looking for Jamie and Hope Hart." she said to the woman behind the counter. The woman checked the record and then shook her head "I'm sorry miss but visiting hours ended a half hour ago." she said, though Angel could tell that she wasn't being truthful. "Please. Hope is my sister." she said.
The woman shook her head "I have been given specific instructions to not let anyone into that hall. Jamie Hart is dangerous."

 

The reseptionist shook her head "Hope should be on her way out momentarily." she said "I'm sorry that's all I know dears. If you want to see your sister you'll just have to wait until she comes out here." Angel sighed "Thank you." she said, not very enthusiasticly. She walked away from the counter.

 

Hope looked like she was going to argue, but then she nodded and walked out of the room. As she went out into the waiting room, she found Angel and Tom already there. She was a little suprised to see that they had gotten here so fast. "Angel? Tom?" she said.

Angel stood up and walked over to her sister "Hope what's going on. They said he's dangerous and that no one is even alowed in that room."

Hope shook her head "I dont know. He just suddenly lost it. He tried to kill me and then ran from the room and the doctors are just about to send him to an institution."
