    Jamie looked at Hope, "I can barely see you." The green liqued was getting in his eyes now. An ambulance pulled upto Hope ad got Jamie on a stretcher. They loaded him and Hope into the ambulance and began to go to work on Jamie. One of the nurses said, "My god. I have never seen anything like this. It's like part of his brain exploded. He's in really bad shape." Jamie did'nt look good at all.

    "Don't worry. We'll be fine. I'll protect you." Tom said, standing in a heroic stance. He grabbed one of the sticks that was on fire. "And we have light this time. So we'll be fine."

    Will lifted Sara in his arms, carrying her down to Cidd's lab. "Cidd, what's happening?" He roared, setting her on an operating table. Cidd saw the blood and shuddered. "Ruptured liver... she's bleeding from the mouth, eyes... heck, every open area in her body. Soon it will come out her pores like sweat." He said, injecting her with an organ reparing agent.

    Angel smiled and took his other hand "Oh well now we have nothing to fear." she said with a laugh. "Not that I was that worried to begin with. You fought through immortal foes for your silly princess who gets in trouble too much. As long as I'm with you I'm really not worried about anything." she smiled.

    Hope covered her face with her hands, in tears silently praying over and over in her mind that he would be ok.

    "You don't get into trouble too much." Tom smiled. "Just the right amount. And besides. Without my princess, I wouldn't be knight in shining armor." The walked to Hope's car. When they got there, Tom opened it up and found the blankets. "Just like you said. You're so smart. Almost as smart as me." He laughed at that comment.

    Angel smiled and took the blankets so that Tom wouldn't have to carry them and the fire at the same time. She found that to be kind of a hazardous venture. She also laughed at his comment "Smart as you?" she said "Now there is a challenge."

    "It can't be too much of a challenge." Tom said as they were heading back. "You're smart and beautiful. I on the other hand, am just smart. Going off of that, I think you win. And that's always a good thing."

    Angel blushed a little and kissed him "Yes but since when did guys care about being beautiful anyway?" she pointed out. "So technically I dont have that over anyone but other girls and I'm not as nice as you either so who wins now?" she said.

    "Beautiful, handsome, same thing." Tom said. "And you still win. I fell in love with you. And to top it off, you're perfect." They made it back to the campsite. The fire was slowly dying.

    The ambulance pulled upto the hospital. They brought Jamie into the operating room. Hope had to wait in a corner away from the doctors. The doctors put a tube in Jamie's ear and turned on a machine that began sucking the green liquid out. Once the liquid was out, they cut open his head and removed part of his brain, that was damaged beyond repair. They stitched his head back together and took him and Hope to a room where they could rest.

    With the operation over, a doctor looked at Hope and said, "I assume your his girlfriend or his sister, judging by you two being so close in age. What I am about to tell you is going to be hard to hear. Jamie had a green liquid known as agrefial. This is a type of drug that affects the brain and causes a person to become angry to the point they go insane. Part of his brain was destroyed and had to be remove. He may not remember you when he wakes up or he may have a disability from now on." The doctors left the room, Jamie laid there in the bed asleep.

    Angel laughed "I wouldn't say perfect." she said rolling her eyes. "But you're right I somehow managed to keep you around so I must be doing SoMETHING right." she said.

    Hope walked over to Jamie's bedside and took his hand, not sure what to think. 'Jamie not remembering me?' she thought with a heavy heart. "No... you're going to pull through this Jamie. I know you will." she whispered.

    Jamie slowly opened his eyes. He looked at Hope with a weak expression. "Hope, thank God your okay." Jamie remembered Hope but something seemed different about him. He looked at his cup of sprite and he picked it up but he did'nt drink it, he looked confused, "I'm thirsty but I can't figure out how to drink out of this cup." Jamie had'nt lost his memories of his friends, instead he lost his memories of how to do stuff.

    "You're doing everything right." Tom told Angel. "That kinda goes hand in hand with being perfect. Never making an error." Tom started to make some kind of bed for Angel. "Would you rather sleep by yourself? If so, then I could make my own place to sleep."

    Angel laughed and shook her head "You keep forgetting that we're here for you." she said "I'm fine doing either but it's up to you." in all honesty she wasn't all that use to this whole camping thing even if it was for one night or however long she and Tom decided to stay.

    Hope smiled a little, she was just glad he seemed to remember her name and that all of his important memories were still there so far. Everything else she didn't care about for now. "Here." she said as she took he cup and held it up to his lips.

    Jamie began to drink the sprite. He stopped drinking and said, "Thanks Hope. Could you, sleep with me, I feel really cold." The bed Jamie was in was meant for two people, so Hope could fit in there easily. Because Jamie lost his memories of how to do things, he seemed more childish now. Not that he had lost his calm and silent attitude but that he longed for company and he needed help now.

    "I just asked incase you might feel uncomfortable sleeping with me." Tom said appologetically. "Your comfort is more important to me than me. But since you're fine either way, we could sleep together." Tom layed the blankets and pillows out so they had a spot to sleep near the campfire. He tossed a log on the fire to keep it going for a little bit longer.

    Angel smiled. She was actually a little relieved about his answer. She wasn't all that sure about sleeping outside but she would feel better if he was with her.
    She walked over to the fire and sat next to Tom on one of the blankets.

    Hope nodded "Of course. I have no where else to go without you." She said as she climbed onto the bed next to him. "I'm sure we can get your memories back somehow Jamie."

    Tom put his arm around Angel. "Is something wrong? Are you feeling alright?" He asked her. It was nice that it was only the two of them. But Tom always felt like something was wrong. Or that he couldn't really be alone with anybody.

    Jamie craddled his head in her chest and said, "I'm sorry. I don't mean to be an embarresment. I know everyone will laugh at me and laugh at you for being married to me." Jamie began to cry, his tears fell on Hope's chest. He was crying like a little child. It was a sad scene, Jamie seemed so different now. He acted like he was so scared.

    Angel smiled "Of course I'm ok. I'm with you nothing else matters." she said softly, leaning back against his shoulder. "Why do you ask?"

    Hope shook her head "You are not an embarassment. Jamie I love you no matter what. You just have to have faith and trust me on that." she whispered.
