    Angel smiled "Hah! I knew it!" she said with a laugh noticing his face when the car started. It had been a gift from their parents to Hope for treating her so horribly before. The car was actually a sports car 370z to be exact. Just like any other fun-loving guy would have done when the car started and the horse power flared, Tom had smiled almost automaticly. She put her seatbelt on "Lesson one..." she said simply with a shrug. She realized one thing: as a child TOm's mother had been very strict. Nothing he did was ever right in her eyes so Tom never did get the chance to just let lose and do what he wanted to. "...let lose Tom. Forget what anyone else thinks and just do what YOU want to." There was wide open road from Hope's house to any civilization. Nobody ever drove on this road and there were hardly any houses.

    Hope smiled "Then I'm looking forward to every day we have for the rest of our lives." she said with a hushed laugh as she walked over to the pantry and pulled out a few more ingrediants and spices.

    Jamie helped her pour in the spices. He felt like a real husband now. Although he still remembered what Jesus had told them. This time of peace was only temperory and that they would have to take up their swords again and battle the devil himself. It was a crazy thought. To face the devil is to face the source of all evil, to come face to face with the ultimate evil. What a thought. Jamie smiled and kissed Hope, "So mabey 5 or 6 years we could have a kid?" He asked.

    "Alrighty then." Tom smiled. He shifted the car into gear and pushed the gas pedal to the floor. The car shot out like a bullet from a gun. In moments they were speeding along the highway. The car was amazing. Something mush have been done to the engine that made such a loud noise when he zoomed ahead. Tom wished he had a car like this.

    Angel laughed brightly as the car shot forward. It was amazing, she didn't pay attention to the speedomitor she wouldn't understand it anyway. She really didn't know cars that well at all but she knew that Tom use to really be into them fora while. It was only a guess that he still was and she was glad to know she was right.

    Hope smiled "Whenever you want to, dear." she said and kissed him "I'm just going to enjoy life while we have it and let you make that call."

    Jamie nodded and rubbed her stomach, "Well one day we will have us little baby and I will protect you and our baby and love you both. " He kissed her neck as the pasta was cooking. Jamie was so happy with her. Things were finally at peace and he liked it that way. No excitment just being with her was an adventure enough.

    Hope smiled "Sounds great." she said softly. She was almost amazed at how much she and Jamie thought alike sometimes.

    A hotel worker came in and said, "I'm sorry to intrued but our manager would like a word with the both of you." Jesse looked at Hope and put the stove on low so the water would'nt boil over. He took Hope's hand and the two went to the manager's office. There sat a woman in her mid 40's. She looked worried as he and Hope sat down, " I hate to tell you both this but the hotel condoms which you purchased were defects. That had holes in them so ifyou tried to have well you know then it's possible that she could become." Jesse looked shocked, "Hope, i'm sorry I did'nt know." Jamie looked worried.

    Hope looked equally as shocked as she looked down at her stomach, knowing that if she was pregnant she wouldn't know for a few weeks anyway but still she wasn't sure what to think. She knew she wasn't ready to be pregnant. The thought scared her but she didn't show it in front of the hotel manager. She faked a smile "Well I guess this is what honeymoons are for right?" she said with false cheer. "Dont be sorry Jamie. It's not your fault."

    "So where are we going?" Tom asked as he drove along. He didn't really mind where they would go. But he was curious nonetheless. "Is it someplace special?"

    Angel shrugged "Does it always have to be someplace special?" she laughed "I guess It'll just have to be a suprise." she said mysteriously. "By the way at the intersetion just ahead you'll need to turn right."

    "All these secrets... Makes you even more beautiful." Tom smiled as he looked for the intersection. When they got to it, Tom took the turn a little too sharp, just for some fun. It was amazing how deserted the road was. It was like he and Angel were the only people on the planet.

    Angel blushed a little "All your compliments are going give me a big head and then I'll be no better then Herra was." she said with a laugh. She leaned over the seat and kissed him on the cheek just before he took the sharp corner. She smiled "Ok the next turn isn't for a long stretch but there's a gas station a ways that we should probably stop at." she wanted to let him know this stuf ahead of time so she would't forget. She didn't believe what her parents once told her anymore but she still didn't trust herself that well sometimes.

    "You're better than Hera though. So we won't have to worry about you becoming like her." Tom said to her. "Although I must admit. I'm really curious as to where we're going now. But since you picked it out, I am sure it's going to be a great place."

    "He's fine. Still trying to fix the problems the old president created and trying to make amends to some people." Tom answered. "I think he's trying to get back with my mom. I don't quite know though. Although I'm sure I'll find out soon enough."

    Will woke up, sitting straight up with his knife out. He had the dream about his grandparents again. He shuddered and sat on the side of the bed, wiping sweat from his brow. He was having the dream more and more often since Jesus had told them about the time of danger to come.

    Angel smiled "Really?!" she smiled "That's wonderful. I'm sure that would be really good for your mom." she said as she looked at the navigator again. "Um... if i"M reading this thing right then there's supposed to be an intersection up here... but I dont see one."

    Jamie looked at Hope and said, "Well it's not like your going to get pregnant for sure. I mean you could and you could not. So let's think positive." Jamie however did not look very positive he looked like he was mad at himself.

    Jesus was drinking a cup of warm tea and sitting across the couch from Will, "Ya know I don't need to drink tea but I do like the taste. Anyways, Will I think you need to chill. I am glad that you are a protective man but chill out man. Relaxation is what these next 15 years are for."

    Tom looked at the road ahead. "I think I see what the navigator thing is talking about. Although I hope that Hope won't mind." He turned the car onto a dirt path. It was a little bumpy. "I'm guessing this is the turn."

    Angel nodded "I guess this is why its a good think you're driving." she said with a laugh.

    Hope nodded but she looked worried ".y... yeah maybe." she stuttered as she stood up. "Thank you for telling us ma'am." she said to the hotel manager before she took Jamie's hand and the two of them started walking out of her office.
