The Black Swan

Will snorted, trying to cover up a laugh. "You cannot even watch them here." He muttered.

 

"Don't think I can't hear you. Plus I know your secret meetings with Odette, you constantly out here talking, offering to steal stuff. I have been able to stop you when you try, why do you think you never been able to steal anything. My father I'm sure knows as well." Odile heard what he said and spoke with anger in her voice.

 

Will chuckled. "Then why not stop me when I read his spellbook?" He asked, facing the girl.

 

"You never did fool, I have by changing the spells with my own magic." Odile laughed at him.

"So watch, Mr William, I could do so much to you, so watch who your dealing with, you never know if it'll come back and bite you." Odile said.

 

Will grinned. He had always wanted to talk to her but Rothbart was always there.

 

"I swear that it is true, upon my own name and power," he said almost smiling. "He must know what you are and what you have done to deserve your stand, ans still remain fathful to you through any temptation." he said as he watched the swan queen attempt to read his expression in vain. It was pitiful to him really.

*I'm going to make one of the swan maidens so that Odette isn't alone anymore... I'll post the profile tomorrow if its' ok.*

"Father what do you want to do about him?" Odile walked up to him asking about Will.

 

Syed wat outside the family house shooting some targets when one of the servents came out and gave him a letter "Thank you" Syed said accepting the letter.

"Master" the servent said bowing

"Drop the master rubbish" Syed said opening the letter and reading it

*sigh* Syed began to walk towards the house.

 

Will looked over and saw sawn was starting to break. They had about 15 minutes.

 

Von Rothbart just laughed at her suspissions. "Will is to come as well." he answered Odile's question shortly. "This is his curse as well after all." he looked back at Odette "You wrong me, Odette," he retorted. "I am stung! I impose no such impossible conditions. One mont, from full moon to full moon, that is all. One tin y month, and you win the freedom of not only yourself, but of all your flock and young sir William. And tomorrow, when we seek a change of scene, you will even have opportunity for your quest." he laughed as all of them seemed to speak at once. All of their reactions were of alarm and excitement that they were leaving so soon. He saw the dawn was approaching and raised a hand in the air "Silence!" they were all magicly forced to shut up. "Yes, on the morrow we fly, Queen of the Swans." he told her with a touch of mockery in his voice. Then he spoke to all of them "So when the sun sets, be prepared. With that he walked away to head back home. He didn't even stop to see if his daughter, Odile was following him or not.

 

"AH,great news Seigfried!But when shall you chose?"Benno wondered.While he knew that at one time his friend was a womenizer,he had been changing greatly in a short time,sometimes suprising even him because he used to always be able to read what was on Seigfried's mind.

 

Odile looked at them all and back to her father. The sun completely rose and they were all swans again. Odile ran up to her father.

"So tonight then they leave, you wish for me to go?" Odile asked her father.

 

Seigfried grinned broadly "On the night of my birthday celebration just weeks before coorination." he answered.

von Rothbart looked at his daughter as they walked, "Yes of course, Odile. I wouldn't dream of leaving you behind. We are all going." he said, there was something he wasn't saying and he knew Odile would be curious but he also knew he taught his daughter well enough to know how much quiestions for details annoyed him.

 

"I understand. So you realise she probaly won't get anybody at night right?" Odile said.

 

Will went and hopped the wall. He had a horse and went to the nearest kingdom, which was Siegfried's. He was able to leave at dawn.

 

"That is very soon.You do not have much time,and I am sure your mother will try to chose your wife in more subtle ways.But it is still great news!"

 

Will was riding hard, reaching it late the next day.

 

(It would take days to do that curtis,even for the swans)
