Stranded - Rated T for safety

Tom started laughing, "Yeah, cause that would work sooo well when we get back home."

 

"Why are you so pessimistic?" Tom asked him, "I know for a fact that we will get home somehow."

 

"We should think about that stuff if we can't find a way home," Tom said before walking back to the group.

 

Kyuu looked the others.

"Well, what should do now?" she asked. "Does anybody know anything about this place?"

 

"Well it's almost certainly a technological abnormality in the programming settings involving hyperlogical manipulation of the quantum theorum of the processor. Nah I've absolutely bloody no idea what that means I thought it just sounded pretty good." Rick smiled.

"However, I have what I suppose you could call a wild hunch that standing here isnt going to do any good." Rick stood tall and stretched. He began to run along the beach towards some trees yelling back to the others "Come on! Don't wanna be playing catch up all day do we?"

 

Rick ran his hand along one of the pine trees. He knew what they felt like he had been on holiday to many exotic places and he had got alot of pines growing just around his house. But these weren't right. They felt all cold and separated. Actually they felt alot like very narrow wire mesh. "Hey people! You gotta come see these trees!"

Kyuu looked at Jesse and Hope.

"Yeah, you're right... So... let's look around..?" She said. "It would be best that we'll stay together, right? 'cause it could be dangerous here to be alone..."

Then she turned to Rick. "What are they?" She said incredulously. "They look like... the pines.. At least a little. In Finland most of the trees are pines." she said.

 

Rick nodded. "Yeah that's what I'm talking about. They certainly look like pines. But feel them. I think they feel like wire mesh, and like someones just layed the image over it." He put his hand on the tree again, as if they would have changed now he had told someone. But they still felt the same. Cold and like wire, but they looked like trees.

 

Kyuu touched the pines.

"You're right." She said. "That's strange... I'm not sure everthing is okay here... I mean.. I have a feeling that there's something wrong with this place..."

A little moment she looked almost scared but then she turned grin on her face.

"Hahhaaha, don't listen to me." she said and smirked. "I've always been a little paranoid... Don't take me serious with things like this."

She still smirked but inside her mind she felt that something was terribly wrong.

She turned to the others and asked: "What do you guys think, should we now look around?"

 

Tom thought to himself for a little bit. "Mesh? Like a wire frame when designing a 3-D graphic on a computer?" He asked them.
