Daniel looked at him and said "Aura?" Strife nodded and said "But thats for another time." "Now get some sleep." He then pushed Daniel into the room and slammed the door shut. Daniel layed down on his hard bed and looked up to the red ceiling. He sighed and said "I guess I did it." "My bonds...... are now gone." He then started closing his eyes as he started to sleep.

 

Lily nodded in agreement. "Exactly! What could they want from us? We're just regular joes that you can find anywhere! Why us in particular." Lily paused then looked back at Jason. " All i can see is....they are sick people who only achieve happiness by hurting others. They don't care what they have to do! All they want to do is break us all apart one by one and watch us suffer! But why us!? Why can't they just leave us alone?!" Lily kicked the table in a fit of rage which sent it flying across the room. "I'm sorry.....i just can't control myself." She breathed deeply before reaching into her pocket, she pulled out a small round box which contained three tablets. She emptied the pot into her mouth and swallowed the pills instantly. "Don't worry, it's not drugs...It's my medication. Have to take it regularly or i kinda....go nuts."

 

Daniel layed on his bed sleeping as Strife was sitting in a throne like chair in the top room on the mansion. He looked out of a large window in front of him and gazed at the sky. "It looks so beautiful." Then two black suited men came in. One of them said "Excuse me sir but should we wake up the boy now?" Strife looked at them and said "No." "Let him sleep a little bit more."

 

Lily turned and saw the masked man with a revolver pointing right in her’s and Jason’s direction. She ducked down while pulling Jason down with her. The masked man shot while dodging the opposing bullets that were flying towards him as if it was child’s play. He loaded the gun and aimed again, this time he was pointing the gun directly at her. Just as the shot was fired one of the Vatican guards stood in the way and ended up getting shot in the leg. Lily screamed and looked back at the masked man who was now backing away but still firing at them. “Jason lets get him inside!!” They both grabbed his arms and dragged him into the plane when she realised that other Vatican guard had stopped firing. “What…?” She looked out and saw the man standing in the middle of the runway. He was just standing there staring right at her. A black Mercedes was speeding down the driveway; it stopped right next to the man who jumped into it. The timing was perfect. In a matter of seconds he along with the car were nowhere to be seen. Lily was breathing heavily. “I did not leave the ghettos of Hackney just to be shot at by some mug in a mask!!” She looked around. “Are you guys okay?”

 

Strife got up from his chair and started walking down to the vault door. Once he got there, he opened the door and walked in. He walked over to the sleeping Daniel and said "Sleep." "Sleep and fall into darkness." "Because once you are done, you will never be you again."

 

Once Lily finished she looked outside the window. The guard was lying on the floor where Jason was tending to his wound. "He went to try and track their movements...to see if they can lead us to your friend. Argh…” The guard winced in pain before continuing. “Supposedly if the Zeronists wanted Daniel to work for them, they will have taken him to their base. So my partner has gone along with some of my fellow colleges to see if they can track him down.” Lily turned. “So…Does that mean if you do find him? You can bring him back right?!” The guard sighed and shook his head. “I’m afraid it’s not that simple. As you can already understand, the Zeronists are a very powerful cult; they won’t simply let us waltz in and take your friend back. But I promise you that we will try our best to bring Daniel back to you.” Lily sighed in disappointment. “Right…so I guess it’s only wishful thinking.” She watched the guard grit his teeth while Jason was trying to remove the bullet from his leg. “There’s no guarantee that he’ll come back… is there?” She slumped down on the couch and started crying.

 

Daniel started opening his eyes. He saw Strife standing there in front ot him. He looked at him and said "What are you doing?" Strife looked at him and smiled. He then said "I was just about to wake you up." "I thought you would like some breakfast." Daneil sat up on his bed and said "Sure." He then got out of bed and said "Lets eat." Strife chuckled and said "Yes." "Lets."

 

Lily sighed and looked at Jason. “Yeah, I promise.” She rested her head against his chest when she heard the planes engines starting. Another man in a suit appeared, he was walking towards them. “The pilot said we’re about to take off now so….” He paused then glanced at the other guard who was resting his leg on the couch. “Are you alright?” The guard looked up. “Yes I’m fine. Tell the pilot we’re ready. Let’s get going, we can’t risk these two being attacked again. We’ll be safer once we’re airborne.” The other guard nodded and turned. Lily looked up and noticed him looking at her and Jason. “I’m truly sorry for what happened to your friend…” Lily looked down. “Yeah…me too…” She watched him as he walked back the way he came from before. He walked the through the door that lead to the cockpit and in a matter of seconds she could feel the plane vibrating rapidly. She looked up at Jason. “Are you afraid of heights?”…

 

Lily laughed. “Baby names? Heheee, okay then.” Lily wiped the tears from her cheeks and sat up. She felt the plane slowly rock from side to side as it began to ascend. “Um…let’s see. If it was a girl I would wanna name it something like…Yasmin or Jasmine. And if it was a boy I…” Lily sighed. “I was thinking of naming him Daniel…that’d be cute. And…I thought Daniel would like it…us naming our son after him.” Lily’s eyes started filling with tears again. “Jason….No matter how hard you try to make me forget about what happened… I just want him to come back to us. I just want everything to be as it should be. Not us running for our lives from a bloody satanic cult! I want us to be…chilling at home, playing video games and eating pizza.” Lily looked at Jason; she remembered what they did to him. When they almost beat him to death, when that man raped him and how they took Daniel away from them. She bit her lip as she stroked the scar on Jason’s cheek with her finger tip. “Why can’t they just leave us alone?” She whispered before looking out the window again, she watched as the plane got higher and higher, she could see the clouds brushing against the window as the got further away from the ground.

 

As Daniel kept walking, he felt a tear on his oh right cheek. He touched it and looked at it. He stopped and kept looking at his hand. "My tears......." Strife stopped and looked at him. "Whats wrong, Daniel?" Daniel looked at him and said "Its nothing." "Someone is sad about something and now its affecting me." Then all of a sudden, tears kept falling down his face. Strife thougth to himself "so, the older and younger brother's hearts are starting to connect. This is bad."

 

As Daniel kept on walking, something just happened in his mind. He stopped as Strife stopped. Strife looked at him and said "Daniel... is something wrong?" As he looked at Daniel's eyes, he saw what he thought. In Daniel's mind, two beings were in darkness. One was red while the other was blue. The red one started falling as the blue started rising. As soon as they went to thier directions, they met in the middle. Their eyes met for one split second and the red being said something to the other one. He then fell down all the way into darkness. In just a few seconds, Strife gathered himself and said "The red one, that was Daniel." "But what did he say?" He looked at Daniel as he blurted one word. "Brother."
