    I have 2 rep but under 1000 points, Loco has 1 rep power but is well over 1000 posts. I don't think its post count...

    I thought it depends on your rep points and post count.. but I don't know.. argh, this is so confusing..!

    Maybe you got one for posts,for amount of the reps that people give you,and for winning tournaments?I could see getting a rep for that.

    Well.. there are some tournaments in Arcade.. But I don't know much about them because I haven't played the games.. :D
    You can see your rep points on your User CP. Just click the link and there they are, just in front of you. :)
    And doesn't rep mean reputation, right? People can add rep points to you, if you've been helpful, nice, etc. Under your avatar, join date, location, age, posts and rep power, there are three buttons, and the centermost is for adding rep.
