Powers?

Malefest was crushed beneath the ball of light. His face was scarred and his whole body was burnt. Malefest's eyes were beaming bright red, in anger. Before Tom could react, he zoomed towards him with quickening pace and shot him with a blast of electrical energy, sending him through a couple of buildings. Malefest disappeared with dark gas and reappeared by Tom. He grabbed his head and pounded it onto the icy surface beneath the floorboards, that Tom broke through.
"You know what I'll do to Leah after I;m done with you? I will make her scream in terror and lash her, like her mother was. I will lick her blood, as I stab her in the heart"

 

Malefest smiled and his yellow teeth sparkled in the night.
"Well, I'm afraid that history will not change for you"
He shot down to the ground and disappeared and reappeared behind Tom (the original). Aiden saw this happening and struck Malefest's sword away before he could strike through his heart.
"Find a way to use the artifacts, while I fend him off" Aiden messaged Leah.
Malefest kicked Aiden onto the ice and swung his sword recklessly towards the boy's heart but he was able to dodge it and stand up.
"So Aiden, how's things going with Leah? I heard she is liking someone else"
Aiden thrusted his sword towards Malefest in anger.
"How did you know about that!?"
Malefest blocked the attack with ease.
"Oh I know many things"

Hawkmen started to attack Alexis, Alex, Leah, Zero and the two Toms. They were blocking them from their fight. The reptiles did the same thing.

Aiden tried to swing at Malefest again but Malefest simply sidestepped out of the way and pushed Aiden onto the floor.
"You are weak"
Fire spurted from Malefest's hands and a beam of fire shot Aiden through the hotel. It callapsed ontop of him. Malefest started to laugh.
"One down, six to go"

 

Malefest grabbed the tree and thrown it towards Leah, as she was running towards the building where Aiden was beneath. He then ran at Tom and shot a blast of fire towards him. His other hand gathered electrical energy and he fired lightning towards the other Tom (younger).

 

Alex pointed towards Malefest who was facing the two Toms.
Alex clenched the stone artifact in his other hand. It suddenly brightened. So did Alexis' staff. Alex turned to Novek and saw that his hammer was also brightening.
"Where's Nicole? We need her" Alex asked Novek.

 

Alex looked at Alexis, Nicole and Novek.
"We're all here"
Suddenly the artifacts rose to the sky in bright light.
"I think we have to focus our energies towards our artifacts"
Malefest looked at the artifacts in anger.
"How dare you!!!!" he screamed, as he rushed towards them but was pushed back by a barrier. He was also pushed back by Novek's blast of darkness.
"Dinansha!!!" Chief Hulu chanted.
Suddenly Malefest eroded away into light. Nothing was left, thanks to the help of the artifacts.
Alex looked at Alexis.
"It's over"
He turned away and saw a doorway appear infront of him. It was rainbow coloured and a bright light shone on the bottom, where the light wasn't covered.
Alex turned back around and tears rolled down his cheeks, as he looked at the group.
"Thanks guys...for everything..." he said sadly.
He turned towards Alexis and frowned.
"I guess....I guess this is goodbye"

 

Aiden opened his eyes to see Leah. He smiled.
"Thanks Leah...now that this has happened to me, I have realized that I must tell you something..."
He held her hands within his.
"I love you, Leah"

Alex hugged her back.
"I know I will see you again. I love you Alexis"
He kissed her, as passionately as he could. This could be his last time with her.

 

Alex widened his eyes as he saw a shadow creep over the skies. It was swallowing the snowy deserts of the Yukon Territory. The darkness was retaliating. He let go of Alexis.
"I must go. Goodbye everyone"
Without turning back, Alex opened the door and stepped inside, with a tear slithering down his cheek. The door closed behind him and he looked around as to find out where he was. He was in a forest. Beside him were two pedestals with holes inside. Something was missing. The stone in his hand split into two and Alex clenched them both with two separate hands.
"So, I guess....I have to..."
He plunged the two stones into their places and suddenly a bright light shone into his eyes.

The shadows faded away like dust in the wind. There was no threat anymore and all of Malefest's army sank into the snow. The world was returned to normal and Aiden watched as the hotel, he was forced through built around them. Everything was back to the way it was but only Alex's friends could remember him.

 

Aiden was tired but he remained standing. His eyes kept shutting. He wanted to sleep, in a nice comfortable bed. He imagined the softness of his pillow and the cold feeling of his blanket. He looked at Leah and smiled.
"I'm glad this is over. Healing twice in the matter of hours has really tired me out..."
He suddenly remembered that he just told Leah, he loved her. His heart started to pound. He was trying to remember how she reacted.
