Powers?

Tom cracked his neck. "And what are you gonna do? Before you do try something, lemme try to talk you out of it. Now, the four children of power are destined to defeat this darkness that inflicts the world. It was foretold, yada yada yada. Anyhoo, there is something important you need to know. In every story where people try to prevent the future that has been foretold fail. It is because they try to prevent that future which causes that future to happen. So, if you really wanna stop us from stopping the darkness, just leave."

 

Tom jumped up and landed on the blade. He quickly ran up it and kicked Sleif in the face, knocking him down. He backflipped after kicking Sleif, and landed gracefully. "Am I gonna have to get your hopes up by letting you hit me?" Tom was just mocking him. "So this is what it's like to be a hero."

 

Novek glared angrily at the hammer as Sleif and Tom fought in front of him. As he held it he could feel energy flowing through him. This... I need this to save everyone but why... why can't I move? Novek tried to swing his arm but it wouldn't budge. He kept trying to move anything but he couldn't do more then blink. What's going on?! There was a sudden surge of energy from the hammer within Novek. Suddenly his eyes turned pure black. He looked towards Leah and fired a black beam at her.

 

Tom held his hands out in front of him, in an attempt to block the attacks. The dark beam shot off in another direction. And the knives stopped in midair. "How convenient." Tom laughed to himself. He pushed his hand forward, and the knives shot back at Sleif. Tom quickly got back up. "Time for round 2."

 

Novek was struggling to speak, something was controling him. "I... ca... n't... sssstop... myssselff..!" Novek tried but it seemed as if his body had a mind of its own. It began to swing the hammer at Leah, aiming to smash her to bits.

 

Tom was trying to balance himself on one foot. He saw the knives coming at him. He kicked off with that one foot. He barely got out of the way of the knives. "Your style of fighting..... It's too easy to read. Of course, you're gonna be a good test." Tom pointed his hand at a knife. It started to move. Tom whipped his hand in Sleif's direction. The knife followed, going to Sleif.

 

Nicole was flloating in a white abyss(I think that's the word I want), nothing around her just plain. She pulled herself up. She knew what was going on, she could feel it, the energy outside. She just closed her eyes.

"Novek..." She whispered. He actually cared about her fighting to keep her safe but killing her friends. She closed her eyes.


"NOVEK!" She yelled. Her area grew brighter.



In the real world the whole palace was shaking guards ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. The chains holding Nicole up shattered like thin glass into millions of pieces. Nicole fell body glowing. Her eyes slowly opened and she sat up. She had to find Novek and try to stop him.

 

As Alexis and Alex had the experiment, Alexis was still blushing. She wondered abou what happened.
Soon they were pondering around the mansion area together.
They figured out that there was a strange item in the middle of the path.
"Alex, do you know what is that item over there?" Alexis asked Alex as she was looking at the item strangely.
Then she looked at Alex, hoping that he would know what was the item.

 

Novek's bpdy continued swinging as Leah dodged. Novek was trying to talk, to tell her what was happening but couldn't. Whatever was controlling him was preventing him from talking. I can't talk, I can't move on my own, and my body is attacking my friends. This... it's like... I'm a prisoner... in my own head. Novek could only watch as his body charged up an energy ball and launched it with the hammer.

 

"We can do this the traditional way as soon as I learn how to make a sword appear out of thin air." Tom said, dodging the attacks. "But thanks for putting too much effort into each attack. It'll make my next move easy." Tom moved forward at Sleif, dodging the attack. He punched Sleif square in the chest, knocking him back.

 

"Me?" Tom smiled while thinking on how to breathe. "I'm just the genius who's gonna lead everybody to beat you. And even though I don't know Mom and Pops very well, I'd rather you don't kill them." Tom grabbed Sleif's arm and pushed against it. He didn't get Sleif to let go, but he managed to be able to breathe. "And thanks for letting me learn Telekinesis." Tom let one hand go of Sleif's arm, and he punched at Sleif. His fist didn't reach Sleif, but Sleif still got hit by something. Tom did it a few more times, knocking Sleif down.
