do the bad guys have powers ?

 

Ummm according to Yukou's profile, no, if you wre from teh world Hope's from you probaly could, which be a cool idea, a villian from the human world, and villians from the otehr world Hope's character is from.

Anyways for that I would double check with Sora if I were you.

And I'm creating another character when I gethome to help Hope's character.

 

Name: Ruan Samuel

Age: 20

Bio: Ruan Parent died when he was 10, he came into a large inheritance he was sent to live with a friend of his dads, Larry, who had a strong disliked Ruan. Due to this he spent as much time as posable with his friends and when he had to be home he spent all his time on the computer learning all he could. Ruan became a hacker at an age of 14. Ruan hacked into the Goverments Weapon Development Program Files at the age of 16. Due to his inexpirience at the time he left a trace and had to go underground for a while.

He later succesfully removed all information of his former self ,but not befor reteaving a couple grand of his inheritance, from all sytems and created files for his new identity as Ruan. Qalified as a teacher of computer studies and as a technical support for a computer store where he currently works.

One would never think that Ruan was wealthy by apperance of himself or his home he owns a small apartment in New York next to a local High school.

Ruan normly avoids the goverment agencys. The time they traced him he lost all his Hacking hardware and softwear he had developed. When the goverment tryd to annalise it however, it opend a back doors to all there sytems, one good one of a few good things that came of that an other leaving the awful home of Larry.

Ruan has been facinated with the paranormal since he was 6 and follows any lead he can. This has allowed him to make fasinating discoveries. The Lates being when he rehacked the weapons development program on his five year aniversery of the first time to find that they plan to use people with abilitys or some call powers, to make thier armed forces unstopable. He would like to see if there was a way to gain abilitys but would love to observe some people with them even more ,just to gain a graeter knollage of them.

Ruan is very social, loving to go out for the week ends. He has loads of friends but non of them realy know were he lives. He seems to have connections to almost everything you could think of.
