Powers? 2- The Shards of Yuleania

Zero's flashback was over.Zero looked at Leah then at Vex."Leah wait Zero said knowing what she was about to do."I think I know him but im not sure"Zero looking at Vex."What do you want from me anyways?"Zero said as he grabbed made his swords disappear.Zero looked at Leah then back at Vex.

 

Tom slowly walked through the magic world. He was all alone. Not a soul in sight. He sighed. "Gonna have to find Leah soon. I need her to promise she'd do it if I can't stop it. I don't want to think of what would happen to me if it does happen. I don't want to put exsistance in danger." Tom then randomly laughed out loud. "Just what you feared. You became a hero, and now you're crazy. Oh, but of course. Why wouldn't it happen that way? After all, you do bear the biggest burden of them all."

 

Tom turned around, seeing the pig creature. Instantly he felt like he needed to know what the pig creature was. "I'm not in distress. Not yet at least. I'm just thinking. About the future. And I don't think you can help much. I don't think I'm able to be helped. At least not in my possible predicament."

 

Zero looked at Leah then back at Vex."Ok Leah lets go he isn't even worth our time"Zero said at he made he sword fade away into the blowing wind.Zero began to walk away in the other direction.Zero looked back at Vex."He reminds me of someone but who?"Zero thought to himself.Then Zero began to think about Selenia."I wonder if she is ok"Zero said.Zero looked back at Vex another time.

 

"Nowhere in specific. I was intending to meet somebody to ask for a favor, but I suppose it could wait." Tom answered. "This person is probably mad at me. We haven't seen eachother in two months, even though I've had to power to do so for at least a month now. I don't know what I'm waiting for. I just am for some reason."

 

Vex's hair started to turn into flames as he surrounded him and Zero in a ring of fire. "It's rude to walk away from a devestating foe," Vex shouted at Zero. He drew his blade and pointed it at Zero. He cocked his head to the left then back and said, "Since I'm so nice, I'll let you get prepared first." Vex laughed and stared at Zero with a half serious smile.

 

Zero made his swords appear again in a reverse fade and turn around facing Vex. "So its a fight you want....huh?"Zero said with a evil smurk on his face. Then Zero's eye color had changed a forest green color. Zero looked Vex in the eye waiting for him to strike.

 

Vex charged at Zero slamming his blade in a reckless motion, hitting Zero on both of his sides. He kicked Zero into the wall of fire before shooting electric currents through the ground leaving Zero trapped. "This is so much fun don't you think," Vex said. Vex held his chin and thought for a brief moment. "Oh wait, I didn't get your name. Nor did I give you mine." Vex did a small bow and said, "Name's Vex. Got it memorized?" When he was finishing the sentence, he look at Zero as Vex's eyes turned yellow to green then back to yellow.

 

"I know that waiting for things won't allow them to happen." Tom said to Cian. "I'm Tom. I'm one of those 'special' people on Earth who gained powers from some imbalance that originated in this world. I'm actually from this world. My father died saving me from this thing we fought two months ago." Tom shook Cian's hand.

 

"How strange. I can't read his mind." Tom thought to himself. Something seemed suspicious. Tom never directly mentioned that he fought Sleif. Tom looked at his hand. Cian broke it. He watched as the bones started to repair themselves, no longer being broken. Tom's body lifted into the air. He flew towards the scream. "I wonder who that is who screamed."

 

"I'm a good guy." Tom answered. He looked at her wounds. They weren't too bad. He looked around for any kind of material to help stop the bleeding. He couldn't find any. So instead, Tom ripped off part of his shirt and used that to wrap around her most serious wound. He looked at her again. "And to give you a better answer for your question, my name is Tom."

 

"Maybe. I'm actually not quite sure what I'm doing here. I just kinda chose to come here. Maybe to think." Tom answered her. "Faye..... Why would Aiden have told you about me alot? And why were you all the way out here? Away from any town? Of course, what has Aiden and Leah been doing all this time? Did Aiden convince Leah? Or does she not look at him the same way after what happened? Well Aiden, I suppose Leah's all yours. Well, that is if what I fear comes true."
