For crew means you section for create a crew for pirate clan. And pirate affilation is what pirate clan you join. Sorry if i have bad vocabulary, i'll edit it later

-Now, because the players were few, now you could make a minor characters:
-Minor characters rule: They are only appeared in an city, island, or something, and dropped out when the main characters went out from the city
-Minor characters could be an support character, minor antagonist, etc.
-No Godmodelling
-Minor characters could have a relationship between main characters.
-If you want to create minor characters based on one piece, PM me.
