lol, we copied a lot of ideals to make the "ideal" country. But its getting out of hand, and our government has become "evil", so now we need to "fix" it again kinda sorta.

  2. Yeah, but remember who has the guns, the gov't. We shouldn't do that if we know that we'll be out-gunned and out-numebered, cuz' that would really suck ass.

I'm not gonna try to continue this little argument. But I am gonna say that I never said anything about saving the world. We have to be involved in the world affairs to protect ourselves. Like in WWI, we joined because the Germans were becoming a threat to us. In WWII, we joined because Japan attacked us, and then Germany would have become a threat.

I prefer the America of the 80's. Much better morals. Things weren't so bad.

I doubt the Founding Fathers read the Mandate of Heaven. They were more like the Enlightenment philosophers.

  4. Really, do you have any proof of that?

Proof on what? Me doubting that they read the Mandate of Heaven? Or that they were more of the Enlightenment philosiphers?

If it's the Mandate of Heaven, I said I doubt they read it. I don't know if they read it or not.

We have become more of "save the world" country ever since WW2. We should've never got involved. End of story. Call me an isolationist if you want, but it was an uneccesary war.

But if you think about it, we've gotten involved for our own interests. Yes, we probably shouldn't have gotten involved in what we did, but it was for our interests.

Do you know anything about why Japan attacked us?

They attacked us because we tried to isolate ourselves from the rest of the world during WWII.

The rest of the world was fighting again, and we stepped out. We stopped trade with Japan (partially because they attacked Manchuria or something), and they attacked us for it.

  10. Then we moved onto Germany because through Russia, they could have an easier direct route to America.

Then we shouldnt have stopped trade with Japan. Purely business. By boycotting them, we dissowned them. They got mad.

  12. Egh. . .somewhat true, but I still think that they wanted to get back at us. We did, in fact, attack them with our ships back in the day.

yeah, its all a big mess. I'm just saying we shouldn't have gotten involved.

  14. But we had full reason to, we only hit really got serious when Germany decided to come at Russia. Russia teems with many natural resources, for weapons of iron.

But, that's not about the Middle East, so say something about the Middle East.

The Middle East has a lot of connections to Russia, so we are really on subject any who. remember, everything is connected.

  16. Oh really, then explain to me, because I really had no idea that the Middle East is connected to Russia.

Iran and Russia have been doing business for sometime now. Russia sells them weapons so they can screw with us. But there is rumor they've sold weapons to more than just Iran. And so have we. We gave Israel some weapons to "defend themselves". Again, we shouldn't have gotten involved.

  18. Oh yeah, Russia bought VX gas from Iraq.

    yeah, thats my point kinda.

  20. well, we confiscated it. And only the U.S.A. and Russia have storages of VX gases.
