Legend Creation of Pokemon

After a long night- Nicole finally got tired and went home, Reuben and Delilah waved good by and went downstairs into Reuben's hotel room and sat down.

"Maybe I should go, you look really tired." Delilah said.

"Oh... okay..." Reuben said as silence fell upon the room.

"Is there... somethin' wrong, Reuben?" Delilah asked.

"Oh-no, nothing... just kind of shocked at how cool you are with all of this... super-legendary Pokémon, alien DNA, me named after a sandwich..." Reuben smiled at the last con.

"Yeah well... I'm a cool girl..." She smiled as Reuben and her got close and Reuben stared down to her with cobalt blue eyes that manipulated her soul.

Reuben had a lot of tension, but he surpassed it,​

and something amazing was about to happen!​

Until his PokéGear rang...​

Reuben was stunned, Oh %@#$... Reuben thought to himself; he looked down at the PokéGear- it read​

"Saoru" on it.


It had been Reuben's friend Saoru Santiago from the Hoenn Region.
Reuben clutched his breath inside of his lungs for a second. He thought to himself as he looked down at the beeping device, Some... ****ing... friend... you... are...

Delilah knew what Reuben was thinking and picked up her Stunky and put him on her head as he laid there resting.

"So... I'll, see you tomorrow?" She asked.

Reuben turned toward Delilah- "Yeah," He smiled, "Oh, and thanks for keeping me company here... I mean I'm kinda freaked out about all of this stuff... unlike you." Reuben said.

"But don't just call me in the middle of the night because you miss me too much, okay?" Delilah giggled as she waved goodbye with her Stunky, Avalanche, on her head and headed out the door without another word.

Once again, Reuben was stunned- That was the last thing Kiyomi had said to him before he entered Cerrabel. It was the exact same line- the exact same giggled and the same hair flip where they cover their mouths with a lock of hair and head out.

Reuben felt at home. He thought this was the best night of his life.
After Delilah left- Saoru called again,

"Yo, Santiago- what's goin' up?" He asked as he smiled.

Saoru answered on the phone, "Hey, 'Sup Homes, how's it been with you?"

"Ahh- good... good..."

Saoru laughed over the phone, "Well listen, dude- your cousin Darnel finally got the sponsorship goin', man!"

Reuben was so glad, "No way! You serious?!! So that means that..."

"Ya-huh, next time you go judge a contest- you'll be famous, man!" Saoru grinned.

"Dude, I love you, man..." Reuben laughed as he looked at the time- 1:47

"Alright, bro- I have to go, man... but call me sometime, dude."

"You 'betcha!" Reuben laughed, "Alright, bye man..." Reuben said as he hung up the phone.

He was happy because his new sponsor for judging was the Mosdeep City Mission Control Center (MMCC), where his cousin Darnel worked.
And Saoru Santiago was a close friend he made after he beat the Hoenn elite four.
Saoru was like, "His main bro" and was always on Reuben's side. And now, Saoru would soon become Reuben's manager.

Reuben went to sleep that night with a smile on his face, and it never faded, because his dreams were about Delilah.​

"Umbreon Moonlight!" Fly commanded, and Umbreon followed healing his wound's..

"Now Combo 4!" She shouted.

Umbreon began with a scary face, paralyzing the enemy, he then led into a quite attack which flowed into a faint attack as it hit."

"Amazing!" The crowd roared.

The bird was K.O.ed.

"Return." Fly said as the proud umbreon tottered to her side.

"Next up! Glaceon!" Fly shouted as a short brush of snow began, and a crystal appeared on the field, out of it broke her Glaceon.

 

"If you want. But are you sure you wanna battle against me?" Tom asked, tossing out a pokeball. "Go Lucario."

 

Reuben woke up and headed down to the Pokémon Center. He first called up his mom on his PokéNav and told her he was going to send her his Stantler for his Growlithe that was back in Pueltown. Reuben gave Stantler's Pokéball to Nurse Joy who teleported it to the Pokémon Center in Pueltown, Almia- where Reuben's mom would be waiting for it.

Soon, a Pokéball appeared and Nurse Joy gave it to Reuben, it was his Growlithe who he had named "Bonfire".

Reuben took out his PokéGear, and dialed Nicole's PokéNav number- for he didn't see her at the contest.

There was no answer, so Reuben left her a message,

"Hey, Nicole, uhh... it's the Judge Reuben, ya'know- the guy withe Deoxys.. and uhh, the Pokémon contest is about to start in about 15 minutes, so uhh... yeah, hope to see ya there, bye."​

Reuben went into the Contest Hall, he showed his identification to a man who was wearing a blue vest, then he made it to the Contest that was going to take place in about an hour-
but they all had to show up 15 minutes early to prepare. Reuben saw Delilah Holloway.
Strangely enough, Reuben didn't pay as much attention to Delilah as he thought he would.
The four Contest Champions that stood before him today were, Ashley Brookville, Wendy Foster, Felix Callahan, and the regional champion Nicole that Reuben had became friends with.

Reuben sniffled and watch a bunch of performances- then before the Contest started, he took out his Lap-Top to check out some stuff.​

 

“Okay ditto use transform” then ditto changed to lucario. “Ditto use an attack” Patz said. Then ditto used dragon pulse at lucario. Lucario was hit. ditto was bracing for a counter atack

 

Lucario got up and brushed himself off. "You gotta know type advantages. Fighting moves beat steel. Lucario, Aura Sphere." A blue ball of energy gathered in Lucario's hand. He threw it towards the ditto. There was no missing with this move. The attack knocked the ditto back a bit.

 

Ditto shook the damage off. He used a combo attack aura sphere & close combat and hit lucario. Patz said”ha take that, whose laughing now”.
>I thought if they could do it in contest why not in battles<

 

"Me." Tom answered as Lucario got up from the attack. "You are aware of Close Combat's side effect, right? Your pokemon's defense is lowered. Lucario, Aura Sphere." Lucario paused for a moment, from the amount of damage he recieved. He then gathered another ball of energy in his hands and threw it at the Ditto.

 

Ditto use aura sphere to cancel out his and then use dark pulse. The aura spheres hit each other and canceled out. “Take that” Patz said while smiling.

 

"You're gonna go that way?" Tom asked in a smug way. "Fine then. Lucario, return." He sent Lucario back into his pokeball. "Go Typhlosion." He threw out a different pokeball with Typhlosion coming out. "Let's make this quick. Flamethrower." Typhlosion sent out a tremendous amount of fire at the Ditto. Since it was transformed into a Lucario, the steel type would lose quickly against the attack.

 

Ditto fainted so Patz sent out nidoking, Nidoking used mega horn on Typhlosionm, “Now I’m gonna get serious” said Patz and nidoking used mega punch to follow up the mega horn

 

Typhlosion got up after a little bit from the attacks. Tom could see that Typhlosion would soon faint. "Alright then, Typhlosion, Blast Burn." Typhlosion sent out a ball of fire towards the Nidoking. It caused a massive explosion on impact.

 

"Articuno, return" Ryan said bringing his well deserving pokemon back for a rest.

"Nicely done" Ryan smiled to Fly

"Okay its your turn go Moltreas!" Ryan said throwing his pokeball

Moltreas burst out of his pokeball with absolute magnificence.

"Kaw" The bird shouted and Ryan could hear the gasps of awe and disbelief come from the crowed.

 

"Thanks!" Fly smiled accepting his complement, that's when he choose his pokemon.

"Crap!" She shouted, she knew she was at a huge disadvantage. Fire vs Ice, fire would win.

Fly closed her eyes and thought of a strategy.
"Got it!" She said clicking her fingers.

"Glaceon, Wish!" She shouted. The sky's suddenly became dark and a bright star began glowing in the distance, slowly getting closer.

"Now use giga impact!" This move was risky as although it never missed, it left glaceon open to any attack.

 

"Kaw" Moltreas took the hit from Sky's Glaceon,

"Now Moltreas, use Fire Spin!!!" Ryan shouted, Moltreas took to the air and began flying in a circle around Glaceon, After a few seconds a fire tornado had developed around Glaceon.

"Well done Moltreas keep it up" Ryan said smiling
