"I know who you are." Jacob said, advancing on the man. He and Joey had both fallen to the ground, and now the man was standing back up. He looked over at Jacob and smiled. "And I know what you are."
"You are a puny kid. Don't think I can't kill you." he raised his sword at Jacob.
Jacob smiled. "You won't kill me."
"And what makes you say that?" the man said, getting frightened.
"Because..." Jacob looked him in the eye. "I'm your son."

 

Joey couldn't believe what he was hearing! Joey didn't know if it was a fib or the truth. Joey thought to himself, Can it really be him, I mean I saw him die, but maybe somehow he didn't. I'll just let Jacob take this one, It's probably just a lie, but who knows in these days. Joey ran to help the princess and the other dame.

 

The man's eyes widened instantly. "Impossible. I have no son."
Jacob continued advancing on him. "Lie's. You claim to have died, but you really didn't." Jacob swung his sword, causing the man to block it. "You lied to Joey. You lied to your village." Jacob locked swords and got in the man's face. "Most of all, you lied to me!" he pushed the man back. Jacob was angry. He didn't know how he came to have such anger, but it felt good to him.

 

Gerik swung at the assassin woman. The force of his swing pushed her back. "There is getting to be a bit of a problem here. One more enemy and I might have to try to win." He smirked, thinking of something to get rid of all the enemies right now. His mind came up with an idea. "A magic burst. That'd get rid of all of them. But do I have enough magic energy right now?"

 

"Magic Man!!! take this!!!" Joey threw a bottle of green potion to Gerik. The bottole flew through the crowd of attackers, all tried to catch it, but Gerik was the one to catch it. Joey was to foucsed on Gerik to notice an enemy archers readying to shoot arrows at Joey. By the time, Joey notice them it was to late, they flew straight and true. One hit Joey in the chest, another in the stomach, and the last to in Joey's arm. Joey fell to the ground in defeat.

 

"I laugh at you princess, do you know why?" Joey cuffed up some blood and his tunic started turning red. "Because all this talk about me being the closet thing to a brother you had, and you just called out 'Jeoy'! I thought by now you would have learned my name my dear princess. but don't worry about me I'll be fine, maybe, don't know, I hope my dear princess." Joey cuffed up more blood.

 

*seriously look at your post before that one. you call out 'jeoy'


"OUCH!!!!!! I rather die than go through this pain! But the chances of me making it are slim, even with your help. magic won't help much either my dear princess. I need to talk to Jacob though. It's very important, He must know this if I am to die in this deselent place." Joey was searching for Jacob and the white haired man, but he couldn't see them anywhere. there was smoke and dust everywhere from all the sword fighting ad of attackers running around.

 

"Hero's are made in times of war. You are that hero my princess remember that, and don't hate your father for sending me on that mission. he loves you deeply. I need you to tell Jacob that I am his uncle. Can you do that my dear princess. And take care of Arek." but before the princess could say anything Joey fell faint. Joey said as he fainted, "you must venture into the dark to save the light..."

 

Jacob heard Aleta cry out Joey's name. He spun around to find Joey laying on the ground, pierced by arrows. No... Not Joey... he thought, then turned to his father. "You will pay for that!!" But, strangely, the assassin wasn't paying attention to Jacob. His sights were focused on Joey.

Gerik drank the potion. "Why did that kid have one of these?" He thought. He felt the magic start to surge inside him. He looked up at the assassin woman. "Later." Gerik released all the magic that was stored up in him. It sent out an enormous surge of energy. Every attacker was thrown off the mountain.

 

Jacob had to grab on to a tree trunk to make sure that he wasn't blown off as well. He watched his father go flying off the mountain top, then disappear into thin air with the woman assassin. "NO!!!" Jacob shouted. He punched the tree. "Gerik! He was my last hope!! How could you?!" Jacob screamed.

 

Jacob spun around and ran to Aleta and Joey's side. He knelt down and examined the wound. "Well, I'm not an expert on healing, but I think that we can save him. We just need to get the rest of the arrow out."

 

"I just saved your life. Be grateful." Gerik said to Jacob. He walked over to Joey's body. He looked at the wound. "He'll survive. Just be sure to wrap that up once the arrow head is out."

 

Jacob noticed the man. The power inside of Jacob jumped up, nearly engulfing him. He saw great evil inside of this man. Evil that no ordinary mortal could even begin to dream about. "Aleta. Step away from him slowly." Jacob said, drawing his sword. "Get Joey away. Gerik and I can take him."

 

Gerik looked at Lucious. He stepped in between Lucious and Jacob. "You can't fight him. Not yet. Hello Lucious. How long has it been? Still feeling a little sore about last time?"
