Kingdom Hearts: Origins

"Hm... I wonder what place is this anyways." As the big guy started to poke around the place, ahead of him were a gate and a large castle. "I wonder if Maleficent would like to have a second base." As Pete started to knock on the gates, he realized that the gates would not open. "Oh come on now. Hm. AHA!" Pete raised up his right hand and snapped it, allowing soldiers and Shadows to appear. "Ok lackeys. This is your captain! I need you to go in there and investigate. See if you find anything in there that is of use." As he gave them the orders, the Shadows disappear into darkness and the Shadows went and sank into the ground, slurring towards the entrance.

"What is this?" Maleficent walk towards the Chapel, using her magic to check the power of darkness that is flowing throughout the universe. "I had never experience this kind of power before." Maleficent started to smile as she found it interesting. "I wonder if this power is something that can aid me. Heartless, go forth and attack the area, the place that holds the power of darkness there." Maleficent sent many Air Soldiers from Hollow Bastion, ordering them to go to the one place where she felt darkness, Twilight Town.

 

The man, under his dark hoodie, smiled. "You two have a greater potential than many other, but something deep within you blocks what little light you need in order to obtain the...'key' to power." He reached his hand out and lightly placed the tips of his fingers on Jordans chest, causing great shock to come over him. "What are you-" he started before being interrupted. "Only someone with power and stature, such as myself, can uncover with he hidden light within." And with that, and bright spark lit up and momentarily blinded Jordan before he looked up to see the man with his hands to his sides. "It's done," the man said before reaching his hand out to Selena.

 

Darian grabbed Angel's hand. "Wait" He said. Darian looked at Angel's eye's. "Please don't tell the others about my parents...I don't want anyone else to know" Darian said sincerely while looking into Angel's eye's. Darian then grabbed one of his struggle bat from out his bag with his other hand. "We can go now be we need to be fast getting to Jordan and Selena's house I don't want us split up for so long" Darian said as he let go of Angel's hand. Darian then ran out the door of his home hoping Angel was following.

As Darian reached the center of town he had seen a gang of black winged creatures flying around causing trouble. Darian then tightened his bag and began running towards the gang of winged creatures. Darian swung his struggle bat and his one of the winged creatures, making it fall to the ground. Darian then ran up to the creature and kicked it back into the air then hitting it with his struggle bat sending it flying into a brick wall.

 

Selena stepped back away and pushed her struggle bat up to use it to kept distance from the man.

"Who are you? And tell me what you really want? What you're really doing, and do it without speaking riddles." She said fiercely.


Angel ran after him and saw the creatures.

"What are those things?" She asked to herself as Darian ran to attack them. She ran after him to help but stopped seeing the one slammed into the wall attack back, no damage done.

"No harm is being done to that thing..." She said. "Darian! These things, we can't fight them!" She yelled to him as one snuck up on her and she hit it away seeing a clear shield shake. Her eyes widened before jumping back.

"There's some sort of weird force field around them preventing from doing damage!" She exclaimed shocked by her discovery.

 

Akinori pulled out his pistol and cocked it before walking into an empty town. "...Damn...what the hell happened..." his eyes widened at the empty town as heartless began to occupy the empty lots that had once been occupied by humans. Akinori was about to run back before a thought came to his mind. "Purge, Kawareta Kizuna..." he smiled as he pulled out the buster sword. "Death...is a stepping stone...to my only enjoyment...its been a while since I've bloodied by hands..." he said before running at the heartless with blinding speed, and with a single slash of his sword a group of more than a dozen heartless vanished into nothing "Please...help me remember the pleasure." he said as he continued the killing rampage.

 

The man replied, "My name is of little importance. What I do is to not only help you reach your potential, but...to save your own lives from the upcoming threat." Jordan had fell back onto the floor with his back to the steps, gripping his chest over his heart. He groaned in pain and stared deep into the mans hood, actually staring into his eyes. The hooded man looked back in disbelief that Jordan could see him so clearly. He turned to a dark portal which had opened behind behind him. "I see. So you're darkness really is that strong. The light I brought out will only burn you from within until it is again hidden. And as for you," he stared at Selena now. "I feel that I am not the one right to unlock your power." He quickly lifted his head up as if hearing a sudden noise. His final words before walking into the portal were simply: "He has arrived."



In the middle of the town stood a tall skinny man, with glistening red eyes. Frome his feet a circle of Darkness formed around him and from that, Neoshadows formed and scattered out. "My return...is long overdue."

 

Darian turned and looked at Angel, and as he turned he was hit by one of the winged monsters. Darian got up from off the the ground and rubbed the blood from his mouth. Darian put his loose hand on his head and shook his head. "We need to do something...and we need to do it fast" Darian said angrily with his guard up.

 

Angel backed off looking at them. They were such strange creatures.

"I got an idea!" She exclaimed grabbing his hand running through the streets. She ran into the main district noticing the creatures following. She ran to the alleyways and switched a lever watching the gate close. The creatures on the other side of the gate attacking it.

"That should give us time and an escape. Now we need to get to Jordan's!" Angel exclaimed worried.



Selena stood there confused before kneeling down next to her brother.

"At least tell me what you did to him! You did this now you got to help him!" She exclaimed.

 

OOC: Lol, definitely kool with me.

Jordan breathed heavily as he felt himself getting colder by the minute. He went into a fetal like position gripping his aching heart, and trying to bear the coolness that had ran over him. The hooded man looked back at Jordan and chuckled slightly. "The cool light too much for you? It shall be gone soon, don't worry. Let the newfound light in you shine bright until your power is unlocked. And now I must take my leave," he said before disappearing. Jordan shivered a bit longer, with the odd thing being his temperature was normal. He then felt something heat up from within him, and just like that he was better, withhis body temperature up to what would he considered a fever. "Wh-What the..."

 

Angel turned around seeing the wing creatures gone and noticed the flower petal floating down she picked it up in her hand looking at it. She looked up again at the gate when she heard the voice in her ear. She felt a shiver go down her spine but she shook her head.

'What war...' She thought to herself.



"Where's your walkie?" Selena asked worried. She grabbed it and spoke into it.

"Where are you guys! We have a problem!"



Angel tried to shake the voice away and the voices going through her head before hearing Darian's walkie and Selena calling on it. She turned and looked at Darian.

"We need to hurry. She never asks for help unless it's desperate!" She exclaimed.

 

"Way to go Angel"Darian said as she made her swift move. Then Darian heard the laugh and began to look around. He then looked at Angel and nodded and began to run towards Jordan's house.

As they got closer to Jordan's house, Darian stopped and looked down the street Jordan and Selena lived on and got a bad feeling down his spine. Darian ran down the street full speed and into Jordan's house to see Jordan laying on the floor and a Cloaked Man Standing near Jordan and Selena. "Who the Hell are you!"Darian said to the cloaked man as readied for battle.

 

Jordan got up slowly, feeling a bit light headed. He leaned against the wall holding his head. "Ugh...hey guys. Hehe, what's up," he said, his voice sounding a bit delirious. He shook it off a bit and looked a bit more normal. He was just about to say something until a large boom was heard outside.

Outside the house, Neoshadows banged and scratched at the doors and windows. Behind them all stood the red eyed man from earlier. He spoke loudly, "Come out of your feeble hiding! I demand to see what men you two have become!"

Jordan slowly walked up the stairs mumbling, "What the hell..."

 

Angel and Selena looked at each other hearing the voice calling.

'Why's that voice sound familiar to me?' Angel thought to herself. She closed her eyes trying to remember where as the others were probably heading up the stairs leaving her alone to her thoughts.

'That voice, it sounds so... mean... evil... dark... but what I remember I feel like I can or once heard that voice but kinder sounding...' She thought more when it hit her. She looked up the stairs at Darian.

"Oh my god..." Was all she managed to say before running up the stairs after the others. She stopped seeing the cloak man with red eyes.


"Who are you?!" Selena asked Angel staying quiet in the back.

 

Jordan stared at the odd man and just as everyone stood outside the Neoshadows pulled back behind the man. He tore off his hooded jacket so his whole face could be seen. Jordan fell back a bit in shock and disbelief. Even if it was hard, and was years since he saw him, he could recognize Devlin anywhere. Devlin laughed hysterically at Jordan. "What? You act like you've seen a ghost!" He looked the group over for a secong before identifying Darianm "Ahh, there he is! Come on Darian, give you big bro a hug!"

 

Darian looked at Devlin in disbelief. "I th-thought you...you...were de-dead" Darian said hesitantly. Darian couldn't believe what he was seeing, he had thought his mind was playing tricks on him, but he knew it was reality. Darian dropped his struggle bat and stared at his brother in disbelief. "Devlin....how could you....you let us think....you were dead" Darian said. Darian balled up his fist. "Mom and Dad are...they're dead now!!!" Darian shouted as he ran towards Devlin swing and hitting him in the face. "I can't Believe you!" Darian said as he punched Devlin in the face.

 

Pete kept on pacing back and forth as he was wondering what is taking the heartless so long. Just then, he heard a roar from the castle. "Uh oh. I think they're busted." Two Shadows were able to pop up in front of Pete as they started to run around. "Come on! Come on! Tell me! What did you see in there?" One of the Shadows started to transform, taking on a form of a lady in a yellow gown. As Pete stared at him, he started to laugh. "Heheheheheh! I wonder if she is the Princess of Heart. We must go back and report this to Maleficent!" Pete started to run away with the rest of the Heartless that followed, ready to report Maleficent of everything that is going on.

Maleficent started to wonder if the Heartless she sent has found out anything. As she were waiting, she saw a glyph appearing on the table. "What's this?" As she looked into it, she were looking at everything that a Wizard Heartless is showing her through it's staff. The Wizard was showing her the whole view of the town and then a view inside a house with teenagers, a older man and another person with a scythe.

 

Devlin, with the blink of an eyes, caught the sychte by the blade before looking Marluxia in the eyes. "Marluxia. A member of the Organizattion, right? Don't you have a flower garden to plant or something?"He shoved Marluxia back and turned his attention to Darian. "And as for you," he said before kneeing Darian hard in the gut and tossing him back towards the girls. "You'll always be one step behind with punches like that!" He began to laugh heinously before he noticed Jordan in the back. As an anger within Jordan burned deep, his facial expression surely showed it. "Oh what, now you want some," he asked. Jordan ran up to him trying to punch him but was abruptly stopped when Devlin sidestepped out of the way, grabbed Jordan by the collar and threw him into his he, crashing into the other side of the house.
