    Will started towards Jordan, lifting both keyblades to strike, eyes bright and emotionless, almost like an animal who had enjoyed it's first taste of combat and wanted more. But inside his head it was a war zone where he was competing to regain control with the animal that had infested him. As the mockery started to lift the keyblades higher, Will felt himself regain some sort of control. "Jordan... move..." He growled, voice contorted in stress and exertion. Then the creature took back, swinging down with blinding speed.

    Marluxia stood still for a moment, he could sense a faint light but had no idea what it was. Walking towards the source he saw a small ball of light. "This is... Ah, Angel... Well, what a surprise." The man walked up to the light and raised his arms toward it. "Let me in... let the darkness in. You're heart is weak, and I can save you. All you have to do... is let the darkness into your heart." Marluxia then proceeded to send his thorns through the orb, and into Angel's heart, with his message.

    Selena stared at the intruders before stepping forward.

    "Please Master Devlin, let me handle these intruders." She said summoning her keyblade and getting ready for battle. "You pathetic fools are going to with you weren't even born as pathetic nobodies."



    Angel still laid in the darkness trying to stay conscious in her own mind as to not allow the darkness to take over. She suddenly her words flowing to her head..

    She laid their widening her eyes hearing Marluxia's voice, in her head they began to repeat as darkness also began reattaching her heart.

    "No... No... No..." the darkness began gathering over the mural quicker and was beginning to bury her in the darkness.

    "No..." She began to struggle with all her might Tears were flowing down her face as the darkness continued to attack.

    let the darkness into your heart

    She felt her heart shutting down and her whole soul being sucked into the darkness. Slowly her being was fading into the darkness. Evil thoughts of darkness, thoughts that scared her came flowing to her head.

    Nobody cares, the darkness cares, you want it.

    The darkness WANTS you, nobody else cares

    The darkness provides power, feed from it, feed your hunger

    This is your destiny, to become one with the darkness

    Her arms began to fall to her side as a smile came to her face. She was giving up.

    "Darkness..." The words came from her mouth sounding so weak.

    LIGHT!!!​

    Angel was accepting what she was going to become but something in her, something with so much care and passion instead reached out for her giving her a sense of warmth and true protection. It was light.


    Memories of times with her friends, times of her adventures and keeping Selena out of trouble, the times she remained shy and quiet around Darian due to fear of judgement despite her whole heart loving him, the times she'd debate with Jordan over stupid stuff, times she would sit back with Will watching everybody else fool around and then eventually jumping in with everybody else. The way she felt when she lost her home world to the very thing trying to take her.

    She couldn't give in so easily, that just wasn't her, that's not what her heart wanted, nor was it her destiny.



    "LIGHT!!!!!" She shouted as the area lit up pushing away the darkness to the outside of part of her heart, away from the sacred part though. She wasn't out of the dark yet though.




    Meanwhile...

    King Mickey looked back at Will struggling as he continued to fight the heartless. He turned and saw a girl standing at the door of the gumi ship. Her eyes showed nothing, they were lifeless. Darkness surrounded her whole being.

    "They want her." He said all serious. He watched as the heartless jumped at her and clung to her she was shocked to see some actually absorbing into her as she took in the darkness like a vacuum.

    Quickly the small king ran towards the girl and attacked the heartless pushing them away but was even pushed away himself. He stared at the girl in disbelief.

    "Darkness... Darkness... Darkness..." She heard the girl whisper as if accepting it. Then he was surprised to see the girl shut her eyes hard. The darkness surrounding her being seemed to become stronger.

    "Oh no!" He exclaimed, but what happened next shocked him as the darkness burst off her body and a wave of light shot off. When the light flash became clearer to them to see he saw the darkness of the heartless disappear. The light shot off damage all the darkness around. He looked at the girl in shock before watching the girl fall again unconscious.

    "I hope you don't see me as intruding, but we must go now. I know a safe place to go and protect her. My name is King Mickey." The king quickly introduced himself as he tried to get everybody safely on the gumi ship so he could take him to the one place no darkness could intrude or cause physical or mental harm...

    Marluxia was engulfed in the light for a brief second before intensifying the darkness now festering within Angel. "You will never win Angel, I told you before, if you can't open your heart to the light... the darkness will just seep through the cracks. Now, be rid of those worthless memories, turn your heart cold! Destroy it, and become one with the dark! Your powers are to great to be wasted on heroics, use the power within you to forcefully take back the one you search for. Use the power to destroy Devlin... and then... use the power to set me free!"

    Virgil tossed his hood back over his head took a puff from the cigg leaning out of his mouth. " Sup devlin nah i didnt let a fly in just a flow needs to shoo." He watched axel hug devlin and All he could do was shake his head. " Whatever this is weird. as he walked backwards selena appeared. " Selena stay your blade babe dont waste your time. As it currently stands they would be foolish to fight with all of us gathered here. " He walked forward and placed a hand on devlins shoulder. " Lets kick this bucket and head out of here. i'm going to the islands. Make sure you get the others to the islands soon....i get impatient." He said with a snarky grin. " He strode away walked past selena with his hand raised " I expect to see you by my side soon Selena" he said as he vanished into a portal of darkness.

    Jordan quickly rolled out of the way of Will's impending attack and quickly got up and looked at his friend. "Very nice Will. Not fast enough though," Jordan said. A small part of him wondered why that choice of words but shook it off after Mickey ran in the ship. Jordan gave a look of surprise before grabbing Will to pull him into the ship as well. Just as Jordan set a foot into the ship a light exploded from Angel, blinding Jordan at the time.

    "The LIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!"

    Jordan felt nothing but pain from the incredible light that exploded. Out of sheer rage Jordan shot a black orb of pure darkness randomly, hitting Marluxia's mark on Darian, freeing Darian of Marluxia and vice versa. As the light dissipated Jordan felt extremely weak and drained and breathed heavily. Jordan listened to Mickeys introduction before waving a hand at him as if he didn't want to listen. He then laid himself on one of the more longer chairs. "Whatever...just...get us out of here," was all he could get ouf before passing out.



    Devlin scoffed and gave Axel and small smirk. "Listen, the guy that trained me was nothing like you. He was much...well, much more different," he said, stuttering a bit. He looked at Selena draw her Keyblade and smiled. "Hey, there you go, just like tha-" he started before Virgil spoke. He chuckled and waved his friend off before turning back to Selena and shrugging. "Oh well, you'll get to stretch your wings eventually." Just as he finished, a bright light shined from the portal he had ovelooking the others and watched in astonishment as the portal closed itself. "Well. That was...different."

    "Indeed, it was."

    Saïx emerged from the portal, much to Devlin's dismay. "Oh great, more of you Organization weirdos? Geez, Xemnas is pretty nosey, huh? Tell him, for the last time, no if that's what you're here for!" Saïx raised an eyebrow at his response. 'Xemnas? What does he...,' he thought to himself. He put a hand in front of Axel. "Let him be Axel. We're going off topic here. Xemnas said not to take personal opinions in account." He gave Axel a quick pat on the shoulder to let him now not to take him serious. "But Xemnas insists on it Devlin," Saïx said, wanting to dig into whatever relationship Xemnas and Devlin had. "Hmph, so? That's restricted access, reserved for ME," was Devlin's response.

    Ooc: Well KoD that kinda pushes my schedule forward... Ah well. I still have to play the last scene before Marluxia's revival so...

    IC: The dark ball struck Marluxia's mark, sending the powers he had over the boy back to him. The bright light from Angel engulfed the boy and from the light another scene began to unfold.

    The Final Vision

    As the light finally subsided a long scythe could be seen above Angel. The man who she thought she had killed, had returned. "At last... my power has been returned to me. Darian, I owe you my thanks for harboring my weakened body within your heart, for if it weren't for you I'd be nothing." The pink haired man chuckled and landed next to Mickey, "Ahh... the king, whatever brings you here?"

    "Who are you?" King Mickey asked quickly keyblade summoned to defend the group specifically the unconscious Angel.



    Angel saw the vision and with all her might forced herself to stand up and look around. The darkness again was closing in around her.

    "He's not dead..." was all she managed to say as she watched the darkness surrounding her with a close eye.

    Will felt the light burn him, the creature that had taken control retreating into his conciousness. Will fell to one knee clutching his rib, eyeing the others. He had a vague idea of what happened, but then he felt that he was moved and a massive burning pain. "Wh... what happened?" He panted, eyeing the rest of the room before noticing that the pink haired menace was in the room. He struggled to stand as he started to approach the man.

    "Who are you?"

    Marluxia sighed and spun his scythe in the air, dismissing it in a burst of flowers. "I am Marluxia, and I'm here to take back what is mine." He turned to Angel and sent his thorns into her for a brief time beforing pulling them out. "Where is it girl?" As Marluxia approached a flash blinded him briefly. When his sight returned she was holding a keyblade shaped like his scythe. "Ah... I see now..." He laid his hand on her heart and on the keyblade and whispered, "What's yours is mine..." before absorbing the power of the keyblade and forcing the excess amounts of darkness into Angel.

    He turned to the group and smirked, "Until we meet again children..." With that he disappeared into the darkness.

    " Killing time....while time slowly kills us... we will always wish we didnt waste away...the days we spent together.." He said as he stepped onto the soft sand of the islands. Staring at the broad sunlit horizons. " Yep...just killing time while time slowly kills us....We grew older and time moved on. The time we spent together as children were wasted away...some friends indeed." He tossed the cigarette out of his mouth and stomped it into the ground. " Selena..." he said to himself as he sat down on the coast line while the water rushed just barely to his feet." i should probably start getting preparations ready.

    Angel stood and summoned her keyblade upon hearing his voice again she looked around carefully when she looked up and she saw thorns shooting down at her and pin her to the ground.

    "Get off!" She screamed out struggling. She could see Marluxia's grinning face.


    What's yours is mine...


    She saw dark come towards her and attack her heart again. This time she fought with whatever little power she had. She broke free from the thorns but she looked beaten up again.

    "Jordan... Will... Selena..." She stopped and paused for a long time. "Darian... I need help..." She whispered before collapsing again within her own heart.



    King Mickey quickly went to after Marluxia but he disappeared before he had a chance. He stopped and looked around the three young adults and then at Angel.

    "They all are going to need some rest and help." King Mickey whispered before hurrying over to the controls of the ship and taking off controlling the ship.

    It wasn't long before the group came close to another foreign world, a tall castle stood on the world as the king brought the ship to landing.

    "I hope we can help...."





    Quickly the doors of the ship opened as two chipmunks rushed in.

    "Hey who do you think you are landing in a private-" The one chipmunk began jumping up and down before stopping. "Oh your majesty! I thought you left with the star shard." The king nodded.

    "I came across these four. They need help quickly, get Donald and see if he can use cure on them." The king ordered before the chipmunks quickly ran off and he turned back to the group of kids.






    Selena still stood with keyblade ready as the one intruder, Saix began speaking to Devlin about personal terms.

    "If Master Devlin says no, you may tell your master no." Selena said trying to be as menacing as she can be. She turned next to Devlin.

    "I'm going to accompany Master Virgil now." She told him before eyeing the intruders and stepping away through a portal that opened up.



    She appeared next on a beach she could see at the waters edge Virgil standing there. She stood in her own cloak and she pulled her cloak up next before walking up next to him.

    "I'm sorry I'm late." She spoke watching the setting sun on the water. "What is the plan?"

    Virgil looked up at selena standing next to him. He patted the sand next to him "Here have a seat Selena" he said with a strange smile on his face. almost a warm kindness. I plan to place a few tricks around the island before our , your friends get here. No doubt they are coming for you so i'm going to have you out here waiting for them. test there resolve first and if things dont go as it should i'll take the center stage and show them one hell of a show. " He lay his head down with hands crossed staring into the bright blue sky. the water rushing up just briefly. " Selena make me a promise...ok?" he closed his eyes slowly" promise me you will never leave my side again.

    Selena sat down next to him and looked at him confused about what he said. She slowly reached up and removed her hood to look at him better. She closed her eyes.

    "I never wanted to leave you the first time." She told him.

    Despite what Virgil did to her heart, that sentence was something very honest and very true in her heart from before more darkness was fed into her heart.

    "I'd never leave you if I was ever given the opportunity. To be perfectly honest as a kid I always wanted to just run away with you. Leave the scenery of Twilight Town, leave it and all its troubles behind." She told him

    Virgil lay still his body moving slowly to rise. " I...I dont honestly have words for it..." The darkness in his heart started to meld back into where it was and a faint beat could be felt from his chest. " Right....i have this still" A single tear fled down his left eye. " ha whats this ....Oh theres something i want to give you. " He reached into his back pocket and pulled out a bracelet." I made this for you the day i left. it was my first creation really. i was never able to give it to you but if anything ever happens to me you can always look at this and remember i did exist. " he took her arm and rolled her sleeve back. " your hands are soft..." he said to himself in a laughing manner. " He placed the bracelet around her arm and let it dangle for a moment.

    He let out a slow sigh as he slowly let go of her hand. wiping away another tear that shed" well we should get started...i know i usually give the orders but what do you want to do?"

    She stared mesmerized at the bracelet. She looked at him wanting to say so much but she didn't even know how to say them. She shook her head.

    "I'm not really sure..." She said. The truth was she didn't want that moment to end. Times have changed though, the darkness that swirled in her heart and controlled most of who she was now proved that. Not to mention that same darkness swirled in Virgil's heart as well. She stood up as her black hair whipped in the wind some.

    "Virgil..." She grew silent again before looking up at the sky. She let out a sigh.

    "I guess we should find out where they will land upon arrival." She told him as the darkness began to pull the old Selena back in.

    As she stood up Virgil tugged her body back down onto his. " i Don't recall saying you could stand up yet" he said with a bright grin on his face. "i'm not done with you yet. i just wanted to know what you thought of things as they are ya know. " he moved his arm as it rested across her shoulder." Every moment of my life i was away from you you were what kept me alive. thoughts of you is what fueled me to keep fighting...just the chance to get to see you again. I cursed my father for what he did to me and what he put me through. but i kept thinking to myself. if i can just break free of this i'll be able to see her again. "

" Dad....i wana go home-" A swift slap whifed his face" did i say you could talk?!?!" tears started to beam down the child face" No..father" The room turned black and screams could be heard from the building"

    "He deserved every bit of what i gave him....." Virgils hand started to shake with anger. in the back of his mind he knew the only person able to quell his anger and intent was her...

    Selena stared at him and looked at his shaking hand. She reached for his hand and held his in her hands as she faced him better.

    "Times are rough. But what all matters now is the present and what the future may bring. Right now both of us are here, together again. Away from the dangers and hate of your father, and away from the misunderstanding back at home." She told him. She gripped his hands tighter.


    "Hey Sora, I bet you won't eat the papou fruit!" She turned and saw two young boys probably about 10 run across the bridge leading to a separate island.

    "I will too!" The boy with brown hair yelled at the other one.

    "Will you eat it with, Kairi?" The silver hair boy asked.

    "Eww gross! Kairi and you are my best friend. The papou fruit is for boyfriends and girl friends!" The little boy exclaimed.

    "Wimp! We all know you like her, why not just 'twine your future together creating one destiny' now?" The silver hair boy said.

    "Riku that's gross, I don't see what Selphie and Kairi see the big deal about it, it's just a star shaped fruit!" Sora told him crossing his arms.

    "See yourself, We better head back though, it's getting pretty late." the silver hair boy, Riku said. She watched as the two boys walked towards a dock and got in a boat, both oblivious to Virgil and her sitting on the beach.

    Saïx looked at the girl and then back at Devlin. "Of course, we hold nothing but respect towards you," he said before watching the girl walk off. "Well then, if there is nothing else, we'll be off. Perhaps you will reconsider the Superiors request?" Devlin scoffed before smiling and replying, "Yeah, probably not." Saïx frowned before opening a portal to their castle and pulled Axel through it behind him.



    Devlin himself closed the portal behind the pair and sighed. "That Organization sure is a nosey bunch," he mumbled before turning back to where there was once a portal that watched the kids. For some unexplainable reason, to Devlins knowledge, the portal had closed by itself after emitting a bright light. He crossed his arms to think over the possibilities before quickly giving up after loss of interest. "Humph, whatever. I should be going anyway."

    After arriving on Destiny Islands, Devlin watched the children jump into their boat before sailing out. He chuckled as he walked along the beach before noticing Virgil and Selena holding hands. Devlin stood behind the two and cleared his throat. "Enjoying yourselves?"



    Black. All around, all Jordan could see was black. He was even afraid to take a step forward, for it looked like there was no ground. The only visible thing to him was himself. "Helloooo," he called back, with his only reply being his own echo. He sighed and convinced himself that whatever was going on, was merely a perplexing dream. "Well, might as well wait this dream out."

    "Giiive in to the Darkness"
    "Leeeet us innn. Let us give you poweerrrr"

    Jordan spun around to see black. 'That voice from earlier,' he thought. He could feel something crawling up his leg and looked down to see the blackness that surrounded him was now trying to overtake him.

    "We will get you back Selena"
    "Trust us and you WILL have power"
    "Give us your HEEEAAAAAART"

    Jordan struggled to pull himself free of this strong power which began overwhelming him. Slowly, however, it began to dissipate into smoke as Jordan pulled himself from the Darkness. He staggered backwards and fell onto the ground, fearing what was next. Shock and relief fell over him when he felt a hand rest on his shoulder and saw the hooded man who he met back in Twilight Town.


    OOC: Edit. I am a good 65% on Abyss not getting on until Friday or Saturday, so I'm going to post as him until then for plot purposes.

    IC:

    Darian had held Angel the whole ride, laying her on his lap, each second hoping she'd wake up. As they landed, Darian watched and even chuckled from the time the chipmunks came and to their departure. After their discussion with Mickey, Darian began think about what they said, and, with a smile, asked, "So Mickey, you're a...king?"

    "Devlin, I have need of your... assistance... and as much as I hate to say it, I can't do this one by myself." Marluxia appeared in a dark portal, holding the newly acquired Keyblade in one hand. He scoffed at Selena and Virgil and then returned his gaze to Devlin, "I think you may find that the children are slowly, one by one, falling into darkness. I managed to corrupt Angel, which was a difficult task, and Jordan seems to be falling apart piece by piece. However, I have a connection with Darian's heart in which I cannot break myself, I need you to help me break it." The pink haired man frowned and slammed the keyblade into the grund between Selena and Virgil, "Would one of you pick that up? I need to see what it's capable of."
