I-spy

Sky looked a bit shocked to what Tyler had just done.

“Is he okay?” She asked. Of course he’s not okay, Tyler just hit him with a frying pan!?
Tyler did confuse a lot of the time, he was friendly yet at the same time so violent.
Sky could not feel her arm anymore, it had become numb from the minutes she had wasted just sitting there.

 

"He's ok, Just a bump on the head, I think it was that guy who was following us" Tyler laughed

"Almost done" Tyler said finishing up stitching Sky's arm,

"Now iv put a numbing drug into your arm, The only affect is you wont be able to feel your arm for about a half an hour" He said standing up and washing all the blood away,

"Just in time for me to cook you something for lunch huh" He smiled as he began preparations for the meal.

 

Attempting to get up her hand felt like a cinder block, Sky had lost balance of the right side of her body. She began to tip to one side.

“ Ahaha,” She chuckled quietly. “I guess I’m danger prone.” She laughed and tried to make a joke out of the reality which she lived in. She then fell towards one of the counters but quickly managed to catch her fall.

“I think it’s best if I sit down.” She said looking at her arm.

 

"Its probably safer for as all" Tyler laughed as he helped her to the seat

"Don't worry, I don't mind playing mummy" He smiled as he put on an apron.

Tyler spent about half an hour cooking and cleaning as he went along, He wouldn't openly admit this but he liked looking after Sky, she was the one person he cared for and would be willing to give up his life for, That's probably why he got so annoyed at the guy who pushed her of the building.

"There we go all done" He said as he laid his spaghetti out on the table followed by a crisp green salad.

"Enjoy" He said as he handed her a plate full of food.

Tyler sat down at the opposite end of Sky, Knowing how messy she was when eating.

"Your arm should be movable soon, You well get a major case of pins and needles when the drug wares off"

 

"Well I have no problem with Sky, she though I feel is up to something, she and Tyler keep running off and doing stuff, so I guess you would call it curiosity and not really being jealous." Nicky told him.

"So what brought this up?" Nicky asked.

 

Nicky smield down at him holding back a giggle. She heard thunder off in the distance.

"Well we better head back, rain is good, but once you hear or see thunder and lightning, we should probaly head inside." Nicky said to him she lend him her hand.

 

Nicky smiled. She always did like his cooking. It was tasty. She rember the one time when Alex cooked for her family, her parents were amazed.

They soon reached headquarters and headed inside, she went to her room and got changed and came back out in a hoody and jeans. She leaned on the kitchen counter waiting to see if Alex would need any help.

 

"Yeah we'v eaten, thanks anyway" Tyler said

"Oh by the way i changed my name, Its Tyler now" He told them as he showed Alex the piece of paper making it official.

"Its a bit ironic, I had to go to a government building to get it changed, yet im going to destroy them, don't you think?" Tyler said as he stood up and began washing the cutlery himself and Sky had used.

 

"I thought that was what this organisation was all about" Tyler said taking back his new name.

"What did you plan to do?" Tyler asked

 

“Oh hi Alex,” Sky began to leap up in joy, she’d forgotten about her hand.

“Ow ow ow,” She then began saying feeling the pain move slowly through her arm.

“I guess that wasn’t the smartest of ideas.” She said laughing. She was so glad to see Alex again.

“Is Nicky there?” She said whilst trying to see past Tyler.

 

"Anyway i have to go" Tyler said walking past everyone

"I have to go sell my old apartment and pick some things up" Tyler waved mainly to Sky and walked away.

 

Sky became a bit curious. Where does Tyler keep disappearing too? She began questioning him in her mind. I mustn’t be suspicious of him, it must be the loneliness talking. She didn’t like it when Tyler left. It reminded her of the very faint memories she had of her parents abandoning her at the orphanage. Her eyes began to water at the thought, she remembered that Alex was in the room and quickly wiped away the tears.

“Ergh,” she moaned, she had wiped her eyes with her injured hand. Sky your such a klutz sometimes. She began to think of more insults.

“When will you be back?” She said aloud not being aware of it.

"Half hour at the max" Tyler telled back

Tyler left headquarters and began to run a light jog

"Ah crap" Tyler said as he realized he still had the gun that Sky had found.

Tyler hid the gun under his shirt and after awhile of running he turned into an ally.

"So you survived?"

"Yeah i survived" Tyler said to the unknown voice.

"No thanks to your man" He added

"Yes how very unfortunate" The man said as he tossed a bag to Tyler

"Here's you pay" He told him

"Good, You know how to contact me if you need my services" Tyler said picking up the bag

"I do indeed" The man said as he vanished into the alley

Tyler put the gun into his newly acquired bag and began to walk back to HQ.
