I-spy

Sky heard the two men from a distance, they knew Tyreik’s name. Should I take that as them being old friends then? Sky looked at her watch, it was late. Tyreik hadn’t seemed to take much precaution towards the two men, so neither did Sky. For a second there she was expecting a fight of some sort, the way Tyreik’s life style went it was a frequent incident.

 

"Sky, Were here" Tyreik lead Sky into an Ally and began climbing a fire escape to the roof of the building.

"We will set up here" Tyreik went to the conor of the building were he had previously left a bag of equipment and began unpacking.

 

Sky watched Tyreik unpack the equipment.

“Wow, looks like you’ve had this little plan of your for a long time now,” she giggled.

Sky looked up at the moon’s glow; it brought out all her features perfectly. Her crystal blue eyes shone through the night like cat eyes. It was a quiet night, she could only here sirens and cars honking about a mile off. Standing still made her aware of the cold, she decided to move. Sky stealthily walked towards Tyreik.

“Do you need any help?” She stretched a hand out towards his direction.

 

"Huh...Oh thanks" Tyreik said handing her a tent.

"Do you mind setting this up?, Ill help you in a minute" He said as he began unpacking the rest of the equipment.

 

Sky began setting up the tent, this is easier than I thought, yeah! I could get use to this. It had been 5 minutes and Sky had not caused an injury yet. Almost done, hehe. I wonder what the other members are doing, I wonder what Alex is doing? She signed and continued to work with the equipment.

“Ah crap, I broke a nail.” She could see Tyreik mocking her from the corner of her eye.

“You try being a girl! It’s not as easy as it seems.” She laughed and stuck her tongue out.

 

Tom was wandering through the city, thinking about what was required to become a member. "Hmm... I could show off a really rare gun. Or perhaps I could kidnap somebody."

 

"Ha-ha, It must be difficult" Tyreik said mockingly

"There you go, and were done, So all we do now is wait" Tyreik said as he lit a gas cooker and began cooking some food.

 

She could smell the food; the taste of the roast was just waiting at the tips of Sky’s tongue.

“Could you cook any slower?” she laughed. Sky sat on the floor beside Tyreik in her usual manner. She began to hum to herself. “What’s it like to be you?” she asked. Now leaning on her arms and resting her head, she looked up towards the Sky.

“Hehe, the stars are pretty tonight, don’t you agree?” She watched as the Sky was lit blooming with thousands of tiny diamonds.

 

"So many questions not enough time to answer" Tyreik laughed

"Firstly, I could cook slower but i wont, Secondly being me is rather boring unless your around then you cant keep up with with whats going on, And lastly yes the stars are beutiful tonight" He finished as he handed Sky a plate of food and a fork.

 

Sky ate the meal quickly and quietly. She watched Tyreik eat his, he ate with swift movements. It was obvious that he was much agile than she was. Tyreik sure eats fast, maybe he was hungry. Sky looked at her watch, setting up the tent had made her slightly feeble and tired.

“Good night,” she yawned. Sky went to rest parallel Tyreik, she watched him fall asleep. Shortly after her eyelids slowly closed as she fell into a deep sleep.

 

Ncky was up in the small room she was given on her lap top. Her room was filled with technolofy. It was dark cool and sort of damp it had only one small window. She had a feeling it was a janitor's closet or something before. She didn't mind. She was doing research and was trying to hack into the federal goverment computer. She leaned back in her chair waiting for it to load. Soon on an old desktop and monitor the federal goverment comptuer was being cloned. She closed her lap top right away shutting it down leaving it where the goverment couldn't get her computer codes. She began and saw many msn messages and more so on go accross the screen. She smiled at that fact that she had sucess. She looked over at a picture of Alex and her in pre-k. She smiled and walked over to her bed putting it on a little table that worked like a nightstand. Many cell phones were scattered accross it. She laid back and drifted off to sleep.

 

Nicky saw her phone ringing and picked it up.

"Oh hey, so what's up?" Nicky said setting down the picture. She laid down on her bed and looked up at the ceiling. Nicky picked up another phone and looked at it searching text messages that the goverment has been sharing.

 

"No, I'm actually up doing stuff." Nicky said to him. She smiled and looked over at the picture. She walked over to the window and looked out it.

 

"Sure, I'm up for that." Nicky said to him over the phone.

"I guess I'll see ya in teh morning." Nicky said to him sitting down at her computer and looking at the federal goverment one.

 

The sound of the police sirens were ear piercing, Sky slightly woke up then rolled over.

“5 more minutes,” she mumbled and tried to get back to sleep. Sky was too lazy to get up just yet but the empty feeling in her stomach forced her too. The blinding light of the sun shone through into her tent, she squinted and rubbed her eyes.

“What time is it? Argh, its daylight already.”Sky got out of the tent and did her morning stretches.

“Tyreik, I’m finally up,” she laughed. “Now where’s my breakfast? Hehe,” she began to walk around the rooftop but Tyreik was nowhere to be found. That’s odd she thought to herself,where could he have gone? Oh great! He leaves and expects me to cook breakfast. Sky sat down on the cold moist floor.

“Breakfast, breakfast… hmm… what can I eat for breakfast?” She tapped her fingers on the ground creating an unperfected tune. She caught the smell of freshly baked dough wafting through the breeze. She couldn’t leave her post could she? Tyreik expected her to be there for when he got back, the question was when would he be back?

“Should I?” She began pacing up and down wondering if she should give into her stomach’s desire. If I left, it would only be for 5 minutes tops, Sky continued to harass her thoughts.
