Hunters

Will slid his gauntlet on and grinned, twisting it into place. He then grabbed his guns and cocked his BR55 Battle Rifle. He started out the hall and went into the tube, following Wolf and Lora out. He saw a Shadow Legion soldier about to attack Wolf and shot him down, blood and brain matter splattering the pavement. "Miss me yet?" He asked his friend.

 

Will grimaced when he mentioned Lync. "Problem about that... they have nanobots in his blood stream... we can't calm him down without doing a major blood transplant." He said, using the BR55 Battle Rifle as a sniper and shooting long range. He spoke as he shot, not showing any emotion in the giant suit of armor.

 

It wasn't usual for Ghualo to run, back on Encephyleos MMCDXX, Ghualo was a trained mercenary who worked for a small street organization that got him enough money to eat, bathe, and clothe himself. But now he was here in the city, running for his life. If he had been armed at the time things would've gone smoother.

Ghualo ran into a street corner, and he had been on a roll until... dead end. He turned his head slightly, hoping that the soldiers weren't behind him, but to his disadvantage they were, looking aggressive and ready to kill. They didn't say anything, but stood there- blocking his way.

Ghualo, who was trained in his race's native martial arts, Kloo'bun-jo, took his stance and awaited the Shadow Claw Region to attack. As a couple of them lunged at him, Ghualo defended himself by clinging to the rugged, brick walls and pouncing down on one of the men, clawing the soldier's face with his sharp, boney fingers.

Two more approached Ghualo as he used he strong hind-legs to kick one of them away, clawing his face with his lizard-like talons. Then, Ghualo hissed at the two soldiers with his long, green tongue- intimidating them.

"Thhsssssss..." Ghualo hissed once more, "Asadas-greeh'k! Asadas-greeh'k sot oy baghatan!" He shouted in Cerephibian as he clung to the wall once more.

 

Lora had never answered Wolf's question, she didn't really want to, so they went in silence. After a while they saw Will coming over to them, he had explained what happened to Lncy, that had really made her mad and sad. "I can do it if you want, the blood transplant i mean. So dont say no either." Lora told them ending the conversation. "So what are we going to do now, i mean are we like here? For i'm ready to get up out of here. I dont like it and i'm running out of ammo. I know it sounds like i'm just being a kid but really i'm just annonyed, so what are we going to do now?" Lora said.

 

Will shrugged. "All I know is I have enough ammunition to take on an army... and win." He said, stretching a bit. His sensitive ears picked up something a few alleys away and he just let it go. "Probably just a native running." He thought. He wondered why all of this was happening.

 

Butsuchiru heard the noises on the other end of the area and intercomed in to a squad. "Crimson Team, initiate full press on enemy forces. I want t get this done, quickly!" Butsuchiru looked at Lycn up and down again and walked up to him and told him. "For the moment , you are coming with me, we're going to be the invasion force's Shock Troopers so to say. Come along."

 

The remaining Soldier stood there puzzled as he turned behind him to see a Defender standing in front of the alley.
As the soldier directed his attention towards the Defender, Ghualo hopped off the wall and back onto the streets, ignoring the Defender, until more Shadow Claw Legion soldiers ran up the bazaar- forming a blockade as they steadied their weapons.

 

Butsuchiru stood over the Crimson Team on a stationed rock. Butsuchiru held up his hands and told the leader of the team, "Spare no one . . . not even the children. Capture those that put up a fight, they will prove useful to us. Now . . . get on with it." The moment he let his hand drop, the team opened fire and a multitude of bullets rained into the people.

 

Ghualo ducked and camouflaged himself into one of the building as he clutched onto the wall.
Unfortunately, he wasn't too hard to see, but the soldiers kept on attacking that lone Defender, so he stayed put, hoping no one would see him.

((OOC: I thought this would be good because as you said- Wolf has like super-sight or something. lol))

 

Will saw the creature onthe wall and started pumping rounds into the soldiers standing in a line. His shields took the damage, popping out at the last second. He then aimed his gun at the creature's head. "I have one shot left and I don't miss. Reveal yourself." He barked.

 

Lync stood by Butsuchiru and watched the battle waged on. As the battle kept going on, Lync smiled at the idea of bloodshed, since he is now a beast crafted in Butsuchhiru and Grahl's hands. As the soldier kept fighting, Lycn kept a great watch over it. Being so excited by it, he let out a great big howl. "AROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!"

 

Butsuchiru smiled sinisterly and put a nail in his teeth, softly gnawing on it. "Hmhmhmh, yes~<3" Butsuchiru then looked at Lycn and pointed at a mother with her childern in a corner crying, fearing death. "Lycn . . . kill the mother and the children. Spare one of them and bring him to me. Get the strongest of the three."

 

Lora saw what they were looking at, he had her gun ready, but wasn't sure if she would get it or not. She was not really thinking any more, she was mad more than anything. Her mother had always said she had herself a temper, more than anybody in her family. So so she would not get any madder, she put all her anger at Wolf, the guy who had dragged her into this. If only she didn't get on that escape pod with him, if only she didn't stay at his camp, if only, if only, she was mad at those if onlyies. "After this i swear i'm going to the beach and sun planet." she said to herself out loud, loud enough for Wolf and Will to hear her. but she didn't care. So she shot five times at the thing they were all looking at, she didn't even aim really just shot.

Ghualo fell to the ground after the Defender shot him the first two shells into him, dodging the last three.
As he pressed his fingers against the scale penetrating bullets that were lodged in his back, Ghualo tried to put pressure on the wounds.

He could tell he was going to die soon, and there was nothing he could do about it. Getting shot a couple times in the spine paralyzed his legs and as he used his sharp fingers to stop yellow blood from dripping out of his back, his vision blurred, his eyes closed slowly.

"Ihi slaa umbungo... ih... itaa-" Ghualo mumbled, his voice weary- slowly, he was falling into unconscious.

((OOC: Hope this isn't Mary Sueing- plus, he's only passed out from blood-loss.))

 

Will ran up, dropping his gun and pulled out some bandages. "Lora, what are you doing?" He barked, starting to bandage the creature. "We have to get him to the base to heal him." He said, grabbing his rifle and lifting the creature lightly. As they ran back to base he did his best to ease the creature's pain and thenbrought him to the med bay. The creature then went into surgery. Will looked at Lora and Wolf. "Get every weapon and peice of ammo in this building and load it on a cruiser. We leave in 15." He barked.
