Hunters

Vlad looked at him and said "No." "You are not getting near him and thats final." He then started walking away. He then stopped and turned around to face Wolf. He then sighed and said "Listen." "I know you two were pals but we don't want to lose you if he gets angry." "You wouldn't handle his ferocity." "Believe me."

 

As Vlad walked away, he thought to himself "I'm sorry Wolf." "But he needs to be with us for awhile." "We just want to guy to live a normal life so he doesn't have to always fight this inner rage inside of him." "The rage of the beast." He then sighed and said "Its hard being a leader of the defenders."

 

Lycn started waking up and said "Where am I?" He looked around and saw Wolf standing there. "Wolf." Hey man." He then started coughing and said "Man I'm sick." He then laughed and said "Anyways, why am I in the medical lab?" "Are we really back home in the defender base?"

 

Will was in the sparring ring with a leutenant that was being cocky and thought he could beat him. "You spartans are worthless." The leutinent barked, swinging at Will. Will ducked, spun, and kicked him leg, snapping it clean in half.

 

Reon watched as he did his usual routine. He was balanced on pole with a thumb and was doing what he called, "Ninja-Ups." Every two ups he would switch hands. "97 . . . 98 . . . 99 . . . 100!" He flipped off with his hands and landed onto a mat with dummies lined up. He rolled jumped up and did a spin kick to one while still in the air another spin kick and the last one an axe kick. He then moved over to the glove shelves and picked out his pair of black W.T.F. (World Taekwon Do Federation) hand and foot guards. He wiped the sweat on his forehead and called out to Wiil. "Yo man, wann try me out when your done with the lieu?"

 

Lycn looked at Wolf and said "Ok." "What is it that you wanted to ask, commander?" He waited for his reply from his old friend and teamate.

Vlad walked into the room Reo was traning in. He looked at him and said "I haven't been in this room for a long time." "Its looks so big now." He then chuckled as he approached Reo.

 

Reo noticed Vlad and walked toward him. He looked at him and laughed with him. "Jees man, how long has it been? Haven't see you since my graduation. You were right there when they gave me my Hunters badge." Reo stopped at the right range and shuffled his feet. "I'm not gonna hit him, but just to mess with him. He'll be able to block it. I loved doing this to the him back then during my training as a Hunter. The D.M.C. Elite Academy training was nothing like Hunters'" His hits shot out at amazing speed. "I've grown up a lot. I'm just some 16 year-old kid now Vlad heheh."

 

Vlad blocked the move and bended his arm right behind him. He looked at Reo and said "Hmm." "You gotten, Reona." He then flipped and brought him down on the floor. "But still not as good as me." He then grinned and brought Reo back up. "Anyways, I need to talk to you about something." "It your fellow Hunter and your old sword teacher." "You know who I'm talking about."

 

"Yeah what about him? My teacher is gone now, but I'll get Grahl back for him." Even though Reon smiled he couldn't really hide the hurt behind it. "So yeah what about my Hunter buddies? Lycn's got it bad unfortunately. I want to help him but what can I do, I'm just a soldier. I was only taught how to fight."

 

"Grahl?" "I wasn't talking about him." He then smiled and said "I'm talking about the one who schooled you in laido." He then chuckled and said "Anyways, you can help him." He then changed his face to a saddened one. His eyes turned regretful as he looked at Reo deeply. "Reo." "If Lync becomes too unstable... then I want you to help take him out." "Forever."

 

Lync looked at Wolf and then looked away. "A hybred?" "I can't be." "I just can't." He then looked down and said "I don't know Wolf." "I JUST DONT KNOW!" He then pushed Wolf and started running away. As he was running, he thought to himself "This can't be right." "I'm not a hybred." "I just can't be." Thats when he knew it. He stopped when he was remebering his dream. "Thats right." "The moon....."

 

Lync looked at the moon with a mezmiresed look in his eyes. As he looked at it in the sky, he said in a trance like voice "Moon......" Then he felt something inside him. It was a beast was trying to get uncaged. He fell on the ground in pain. "Agh....uh, gah." He slowly changing. He looked at Wolf and said "Get...away."
