Harry Potter Roleplay (Continued) (OBVIOUS MAJOR SPOILERS)

"Why, didn't we just pretty much save the castle?" Will asked after they had dropped Jerich in the infirmary.

 

"Well we snuck out past the hour, and from yesterday we were supose to stay in our house till further notice, so we broke two rules." Elizabeth said.

"Which brings up, why did you sneak out?" Jenny's dad asked. Jenny sighed.

"We snuck out because we wanted to fight Voldemort. James because of his brother. Myself because of Hagrid who I was looking forward to meeting. Will because of Jerich, and Elizabeth because she thought we weren't going to be safe." Jenny said.

"Jenny I'm really disapointed in you. Come on the headmaster is waiting for you guys." Jenny's father said. The group came to his office. They walked in as Jenny's father waited for them outside. Jenny approached the headmaster.

"Sir, we are truely sorry. We know what we did was wrong, we just wanted to help defeat Voldemort for our own reasons." Jenny said to the headmaster. She looked into his eyes. She then looked up at the picture of the old headmaster Dumbledore. She noticed how still it was. All the pictures move though in hogwarts. She then thought hse noticed him wink at her. She blinked at the picture and went back to her headmaster.

 

Will looked at the headmaster. "I'm sorry, I wanted to stop my brother and Voldemort. I just wanted to help, expel me if you have to but let them stay with no punishment." Will pleaded, setting his wand on the desk.

"No Will, it more of my idea. I told them to come out at night. It was all my idea, sir. I'll leave tomorow on the train." Elizabeth said. She set her wand down. Jenny put her wand down.

"All four of you will be staying, but you guys should have not done that. Never do that again. I'll have to take points away from Gryfindor. Understood. Now head on back to your house. Jenny may I speak to you alone." The headmaster said. "Oh James you might as well stay to." He said. He stood up from his desk. Ince Will and Elizabeth left and closed the door, he began to speak.

"Miss. Smith, your quite a whitch their. This is your first year and you can perform silent spells, actual spells, and a powerful one like you used on Voldemort out there. You have some talent. James you as well a first year and a magnificent flyer. I'm sure your magic is just as good. I feel that with the two of you and your fathers here, the school is safe, and you will make history as your fathers did going to school here. One thing though, you might protect the school in some ways, you might destroy in others. Jenny that spell you did, if you lost control of it you and possibly everyone here at Hogwarts would have been killed and destroyed. James if your broom were to go out of control and wrecked when you were flying Jenny you both could have been killed. Many more like that. I want you guys to learn magic a bit before rushing into a duel with Voldemort. What you two did was bad, but you two saved us. Meaning those points you lost, your getting them back plus ten for Gryfindor." The headmaster said. Jenny's face lit up.

"Really!?" Jenny asked excitedly. He headmaster nodded. She wanted to go up to him and hug him, she did not. She felt bad about sneaking out still.

"Sir, I'm very grateful, but I feel guilty and ask for a punishment. What I did was wrong." Jenny said.

"Ummm, sure, you have to dust the Gryfindor House lounge." The headmaster said confused. Jenny nodded.

"Understood." Jenny said.

 

"Before I go that anklet, James and I went to Hagrids cabin and found this." Jenny said. She placed the jewlry box with the broken lock on the desk.

"Also, is it true we'll not be able to explore Hogwarts? I'll do anything for us to have classes outside of our Houses." Jenny said. She looked up at the picture. She walked over to it.

"This is profesor Dumbledore, correct? He's dead, and usually if a picture of someone in Hogwarts dead they end up moving. Why is he not moving and talking?" Jenny asked.

"Well we'll get going. Come on James." Jenny said. She left the office. She then saw Nearless Headless Nick.

"Hello Nick!" Jenny said running over to him. "What are you doing about down here?" Jenny asked.

"Oh I wanted to congratulate you. All the house ghost found out what you did and telling their selective few favorites. Everyone in Gryfindor knows what you two did. It's a great thing. Good Job!" Nick had said.

"Oh thanks Nick!" Jenny said. She started for the moving staircases. She hurried up them. Going up them many of the picture congradulated her and James. She came to the Gryfindor House painting. She told the password and walked in. Many students were standing around and when they saw her started clapping for her and James. They found the cleaning stuff though. She got to work. The proffesor McGonagall came in.

"Thanks to Jenny and James your classes will no longer be in here. They'll be in your regular schedualed class room. Quidish will take place, and all meals will be eaten in the dining hall." The profesor. Students in the house began to cheer and scream for joy. Jenny saw Elizabeth and Will. Elizabeth nudged Will.

"I guess quidish will take place after all." Elizabeth said.

It took Jenny 2 hours, but she finished up. Porfesor McGonagall came over to her.

"According to your cousin, your a magnificent flyer. Along with James. Try outs are today outside. Your father and I would like you to attend. You father gave me this to give to you." The profesor said. Jenny took it and opened it up. It was a brand new Firbolt.

"Oh thanks so much. I'll head out there right away." Jenny said. She ran out and down to the try outs outside. She saw Elizabeth there. She lined up with the other try out people.

 

Will went and stood next to Jenny. "Good luck, this is going to be tough." He said to her. "Who's first?" Will asked Elizabeth.

 

"Hmm, oh hey Will. People, I would like you to meet Will the gyfindor seeker, but if one of you guys are faster and catch the snitch before him, then you would be seeker." Elizabeth said aloud. She scanned the crowd. She smiled when she saw Jenny, but did not see James and frowned. She whispered into Will's ear.

"Where's James, I really want him to try out. Why don't you do a quick warm up with them until James gets here." She said to. Jenny looked at the two. She looked at her Firebolt then saw her father watching. she smiled and waved to him. She pointed to the broom hoping he would get the picture as thanks so much. He waved to her and smiled.

 

Will looked at all the people for tryouts. "Let's go people, warm up time." Will said, kicking off hard and reaching the cloudline in seconds.

 

Jenny got on her broom and flew up high after him. She got him quickly.

"Hey where's James?" Jenny asked him. She looked down to see all the other try outs going up. She saw a few first years fall off their broom. She saw a few second years as well, but not as many.

Elizabeth noticed this and crossed them off the list.

"You guys who fell off, are automatically off the try out list. Sorry." elizabeth said. She got on her broom and in two seconds was up with Will and Jenny.

"I'm going to find James. Will can you run try outs while I go find him?" Elizabeth asked Will. Jenny looked down at the ground. She looked out at the forest.

 

Elizabeth was surprised by just what she heard.

"Ummm, no, but James do you realize who your up against for seeker? Your going against Will." Elizabeth told him. Jenny was surprised by what he had heard as well. She just wanted to be a chaser.

"Ok people time for regular try outs. We'll break up into sections. Now I want all the chaser try outs to fly over to the hoops on the far end. Defence person to the hoops behind me. Beaters down on the ground, and seekers in the air in the center of the field." Elizabeth said. People moved. Elizabeth and Jenny both looked and saw only James was trying out for Seeker.

"I feel really bad for you Elizabeth." Jenny said. Jenny moved back to where three other girls and a boy were trying out for chasers.

"Yeah I feel bad for myself as well." Elizabeth said to herself. Then out of the air came the team members of the quidditch team came they went to their stations they were to work and got started. Elizabeth was having her friend handle the chasers. lizabeth was going to take care of the seeker try out. Elizabeth flew over to James.

"Ok James before anything can happen, I want to see how fast you can fly. Now I have placed on the highest tower of Hogwarts a gryfindor flag. I want you to fly fast and find it and fly fast and see how fast you can do it. Go." Elizabeth said.

 

"Hmm, fourty seconds, Will had fourty one seconds. Ok. Now See these baseballs I'm going to throw then and you need to catch them.After five seconds, ok. Go." Elizabeth threw the first baseball. Then the second, third, fourth, and fifth.

"Ok go get them." Elizabeth told James.

 

Elizabeth plauded. Now it was time for the real test. She flew down to the ground dadging the beaters and the bludgers. She grabbed the snitch and held onto it. She flew up to where James was.

"Ok time for the real test." She said she held the snitch in her hand. She let her finger fall and the snitch go to the palm of her hand.

"Your going to let the snitch fly for awhile. Now hold on." Elizabeth said. She turned around.

"Is everyone ready? All try outs and team members you know what to do." ELizabeth said. Everyone started flying about.

"James you need to catch the snitch dodging everyone while there doing there stuff." elizabeth said. She ducked when she saw the bludger.

"The other balls will be in play, good luck." Elizabeth said. She got out a timer. "Now go." As she clicked it. It would time James and he had to get it under Will's average time of getting the snitch.

 

Elizabeth stoped the watch and looked at Will's time. The two were the same! She was now really pulled. She then thought of an idea.

"Ok guys gather around." Elizabeth yelled out to all of them. Jenny flew over to James.

"Hey good job. You and Will won't become enimies will you?" Jenny asked. They all gather around to hear Elizabeth speak.

"Ok, now According to each of your teachers, for Chasers, Jenny Smith, Hannah Soft, Lizzy Johnson, and John Brady were all the people who tried out. Only one of you can make the team. Now that special one is.... Jenny Smith, congrats. Now Beaters four of you tried out, Elisa Johnson, hold on you two are twins, well sorry Lizzy your sister made the team. Ok defence their were two of you and we need one more, the winner of that would be Austin Harrold. Now for seeker, only one tried out, we did not need one, but I've came to my conclusiong that our current seeker and James Potter will alternate between games, and depending on weakness and strengths which games they'll play. Now I like all the people who tried out to fly off to the side. Everyone else I like to graduate you and thank you for coming out. You can head back to the house or sit over in the stands and watch something special." Elizabeth said. "Now the people who made it, Jessica, you'll be getting your flying capes and equipment. Go with Jessica. Everyone else you may go ahead and leave or watch everyone here on the team, it's manditory that you stay. Everyone over to the stands." Elizabeth said as she flew over to the stands. She watch as everyone landed and sat down in the seats. She looked over on the other side to see people going and sitting down. She saw in another stand a few of the teachers came up and watched.

Jenny landed on the ground to get her equipment, everyone was instructed to put their stuff on. She did. It fit just right, and she had to say, she looked nice in red. Everyone got back on their brooms and flew up into the air. Professor Hooch flew out into the field.

Elizabeth stood she hollered out to everyone, no one could here her so the microphone was turned on.

"Ok everyone, this is not a real match, but a friend of mine, Hillary Butcher, is the team captain of the Ravenclaw team, and here they come, you'll be playing against the try out makers of Ravenclaw." Elizabeth said. All the Ravenclaws flew around Proffesor Hooch. Profesor hooch kicked open the ball box. The bludgers and the snitch went flying out. Profesor Hooch grabbed the Quaffle.

"I want a nice fun clean match, seekers rember you can not go after the stitch till ten minutes into the game. Beaters you must protect your team mates, defence keep the other team from scoring, chasers try to score. I believe both of your team captains are chasers and will be playing with you since only ine chaser made it on both teams." Profesor Hooch said. Elizabeth flew out wearing her equipment so did the other teams captain. Profesor Hooch looked at them all. She whistled and threw the quaffle up in to the air. Jenny flew for it and caught while dodging the other teams chasers. She flew up torward their hoops.

10 minutes later...

The score was 32: 29 gryfindor. Jenny flew past James to signal it was 10 minutes in the game.

 

Jordan walked into the stadium yelling, "This year I'm trying out for chaser! So where do I go?"

 

Elizabeth lookeed down during the middle of the match.

"Try outs are over. You were on the team last year weren't you? You get that same spot." Elizabeth hollerid down scoring another point for Gryfindor. Ravenclaw snatched the ball and went flying down torward gryfindor's hoops. The defenceman got it. Jenny flew over to James.

"Come on James it's been ten minutes in the game, the other team is going to get the snitch!" Jenny said to him. She saw the quaffle coming for her from her cousin and flew down torward Ravenclaws hoops and threw it in.
