Elements: The Unknown Arts

Nicole looked at the two and kept trying to get her arm go normal.

"Thinking of that profesor, where'd he go off to, I could use some help here." Nicole said. She gave up on her hand and couldn't get it to return to a human like state. She looked around for a sign of the profesor.

"So what sort of species are you?" Nicole asked Cael.

 

Cael looked back to Nicole. "I'm a Shapeshifter, which explains the transformation and the hatred for humans. The reason for that hatred is the fact that humans destroyed my home. Now, I'm the last of my kind. Anyway, I'm Cael." He looked to Nicole's arm, which was very ghost-like. "Here, let me help with that." Cael put his hand over Nicole's arm, spoke some ancient words, and from the mark on the palm of his hand let lose an energy that turned Nicole's hand back to normal. "There, that better?"

 

Nicole looked at her arm.

"Thanks, I still can't really change just individual parts of my body yet." Nicole said.

"So what exactly happen that humans destoryed your home?" Nicole asked him.

"Hmph, students, the profesor would like to see the human. And you, you must be my student, the ghost girl." The teacher said walking over to them. Nicole looked at her.

"Surprisingly I'm not surprised." Nicole said with an eye roll. She was old and wrinkly. Her skin pale to white and her eyes lost all color and appeared grey.

 

Cael looked at the teacher, then back to Nicole. "I'll tell you later. Mind if I travel with you guys? Especially you." he said while pointing at Samuel. This odd feeling... Could it be that this human is the key to our survival? Cael shook his head. Nah, of course not. Humans couldn't possibly be chosen ones here... could they?
