Um... you are missing the point Dualblade. Remember as to how the villains always be knowing something that the heroes don't? Their knowledge about Cosmos might show that there's more to Cosmos than we know. And no duh. Death does not mean evil. Still, just because someone on the side of good does not mean that someone on the side of evil would be the god/goddess of death to them. To me, "Goddess of Death" is a title given for something that they did to accomplish a feat or a power that they carry. that's why Chaos' allies were so quick to get rid of her beside trying to win the war before Shinyru comes.

 

...Thats why they wanted to get rid of her,she was on the other side of the war.She leads the good,they were led by evil,hence they went after her.yes there is more to this conflict beyond that,but Cosmos still isnt evil.If anything the Cid of Dissidia might be,but Im not sure.I havent read that back story in a while,I dont remember everything about it.

Loving the new moves they showed. Maybe Emperor will actually be an okay character now.

 

I will never understand why Lightning and the Warrior of Light always keep on going against each other. YAAY! ULTIMECIA IN THERE TOO!! I'm so glad!

 

Im more rooting towards Kain.

Mind you, I think its because Lighting went against the forces of light AND darkness to bring peace and the WoL may think her as traitor

 

??? Uh... Lightning called The Warrior of Light a traitor. I really don't know what is going on now.

 

Is it necessary to cheer that she's in it? It isn't like she wasn't confirmed the moment Nomura said that all the characters from the previous game were going to be in it.

You also got to remember that WoL fought Squall because he didn't know why Squall chose to go it alone. Maybe it is for a similar reason.

I also think that, since each character's storyline is somewhat of a parallel to their original story, Lightning is gonna treat Bartz like she did Hope. Just a guess though.

 

Yes. it is necessary to cheer for her. A whole lot better than to cheer for an overrated Sephiroth in my opinion. Still, I'm surprised that Rinoa hasn't been introduced in this or Edea. maybe they would introduce them later since they are only doing the demo versions first.

 

Looking at the Final Fantasy Wikia, they say that Vaan is also another character.

And as for the Lightning vs. WoL thing, I think I found some insight looking at the Wikia. She is unsure of why she and Kain are summoned as Warriors of Cosmos. And when Bartz tells Lightning that Kain attacked him, there might be some backstabbing going on with Kain. And maybe WoL views Lightning and Kain as people who aren't allied with either side.

 

I've been checking the sources for this Vaan rumour and Im not too sure about it. I shall be keeping an eye on it. Once I know the facts for sure I'll reply back on this character.

 

Vaan WILL make it.,. There's no question. He was the main character of FFXII

 

Gabranth was one of the main villains in XII and he came first. Vaan's not 100% certain but if I was a betting man, I would bet Vaan

EDIT: Vaan has been disproved already. That was faster than Vayne. I think we need to assume for the moment that all 12 character rumors are false
