Deja Vu: The New Organization

Jaxx shook her head "Just not from YOU and I'll be fine with it!" she called after him. She hated that thing- for she refused to call someone that twisted a person- more than death itself. She sighed and looked at the portal he opened. Desiding not to trust that he actually opened it to take her home and not to an ambush or some other hazard, she used her own magic to transport herself. She appeared sitting on the armrest of a chair near page only a fraction of a second later. She looked a little annoyed, she pretended to examine her fingernails to cover up her worry about her previous meeting and also to hide the fact that she was watching the last few seconds of the fight between Hunter and Alph. Just as Alph knocked himself silly, she laughed a little and looked at Page "So... what did I miss?"

 

Jaxx thought about the complicated story it would take to explain to Hunter where she went, why, and all that. She found it was unnessesary to go through all that. Besides the less he knew about it the safer he and everyone else was. It was bad enough she told Page, "You know me. I can't stick around in one place too long." she said shortly without really looking at him. She stood up, watching Blake carry Alph back inside.

 

Jaxx nodded, "... Hunter theres something I have to tell you..." she said after a pause. She sort of understood why it was aquard to talk to him but she was mad at herself for it anyway.

 

Jaxx sighed, irritated with herself, she looked away for a second and then when she looked back at Hunter the monotone look in her eyes when she was talking to the messenger was back "I'm not who I was Hunter. Not even close." she said, she sounded almost harsh but she didn't even seem to notice it. Then her expression went back to normal again and she spoke hesitantly like before "If you were smart you would stay away from me."

 

Jaxx shrugged she had a strand of hair in her face that she tucked behind her ear. "Trouble." she said, with kind of a laugh though it was more of a laugh at herself for not thinking of a better name.

 

"Damnit" Jaxx thought to herself, She thought it would be really easy to break it off with him. She was putting him in danger by being in love with him and by letting him and others know it. But she still couldn't stop herself from kissing him back. She broke the kiss short by turning her face away "Stop that for a second and listen." she said, irritated with herself for acting like such and idiot.

 

Jaxx glared, "It's complicated..." she said, then getting fed up with trying to play with words she just said "We can't be what we were because I put your life in danger now more than ever." she kind of just blurted it out without really thinking about it in her frustration.
