Deja Vu: The New Organization

Page felt so much pain in Hunter as he said that last thing before he passed out. She just couldn't find it in herself to be angry with him because wether she liked it or not his memories and emotions effected hers. She didn't seem to notice when Kat teleported Hunter away. She felt Jaxx wake up and she didn't care if it was Eve or not she had to try "...Jaxx we need you!" she yelled both telepathicly and out loud. That was a tabu Jaxx had created a long time ago for Jasmine in case she was ever in trouble. No matter where Jaxx was she would have to answer that call and come. There were tears in her eyes as she looked down at Blake's nearly lifeless body as well as Elyons and Twilas.

 

Voltair stared at what happened, wondering why he didn't move at all. "Never again eh? There's another broken promise to put on the list." He said to himself, trying to force a joke. He then walked over to the four bodies that remained and opened up a portal underneath them all, so they'd all go to an area where he could heal them. They all wound up in a big room with a big shelf full of potions and stuff, and a gigantic operating table. He carefully set each person on it. He stitched up Elyon's wounds and poured a potion down her throat. "She'll live now." He thought to himself. He wrapped up everybody else's wounds and gave them different potions. He took a bag of ice and set it on Page's head. He then sat down and waited.

After a few moments of waiting, Voltair spoke out loud, not to anybody though. "I've got to know why." He closed his eyes. A ghostly figure of himself walked out of his body and into Elyon's.

He went into her mind. "Elyon." He called out for her.

 

Elyon's voice responded "Voltiar... I know what you're going to say and I don't know why I wanted to kill Hunter..."

Page was glad to see Jaxx alive so much she didn't even seem to her her question or notice how weak she was. "Jaxx!" she said as she helped her friend stand and then hugged her "Oh my gosh Jaxx you aren't ever alloud to leave my sight again I thought I was never going to see you again!" she said with tears in her eyes.

 

"Then help me find out." Voltair said. "Try and remember everything about that moment. Since I'm here, I might be able to find something out." He then paused for a moment. "But I do have one question. Have you ever met Jaxx's evil side?"

 

Elyon answered "I've only heard the stories about Eve that Jaxx told me." she said as she thought back to the beginning of that day.

 

Voltair thought as his surroundings started to take shape into that day. "Elyon, do you think it's possible Eve was able to possess you? I think she wanted to become one with Jaxx again for some reason. So if she couldn't kill Jaxx, maybe she made you do it. But my next question would be why."

 

Elyon shrugged "Yes maybe..." she said realizing she couldn't remember much from that day "But why would Eve use me? There are much stronger people she could have used against Jaxx like you or Blake even."

Page sighed "Jaxx..." she shook her head "I have to show you something. I'm sorry I had to throw this at you now but you have to know." she teleported herself and Jaxx to where Voltiar and the unconcious bodies of Twila, Blake, and Elyon were.

 

"Because you're younger." Voltair answered. "She couldn't have used me because I've trained my mind so I can't be possessed. And Blake would have messed up the attack at the last moment. The way he feels for Jaxx... It prevents his body from killing her."

 

Elyon sighed "...Is there some way to fix it? Is Jaxx ok?"

Page looked away feeling the pain and worry in Jaxx's heart. "You wont like the answer..." she said slowly but she showed Jaxx her memories of everything that happened since Jaxx died. Jaxx now knew first hand that Hunter almost killed Blake, Twila, and Elyon because of her. Every memory that Page had from the moment they interrogated Eve to the moment Hunter blacked out was now Jaxx's memory as well.

 

"I need to think of something to fix it." Voltair answered. "I'm sure Jaxx'll be fine. But I need you to think as hard as you can. If I can see why you tried to kill Hunter... Then that'll make everything so much easier."

 

Elyon tried but she just couldnt remember "I don't know! I can't remember anything since the moment Jaxx and Hunter left this morning."

Page sighed "And say what Jaxx? 'Why did you try to kill our friends?'" she scoffed "That would go over nicely." her expression became more empathetic "Jaxx I've run through every possible outcome through the dimentions but all of them end the same way... Hunter will be evil in the end because of his hate toward Kat, Elyon, and Blake."

 

Voltair sighed. "I didn't want to do this. I guess I'll have to look at your subconscience. Either that or I do the unforgiveable and just end everything right now. But I'd rather not do that."

 

Page sighed knowing Jaxx was over shooting her energy for having just barely comming back from the dead ten minutes ago. IF she kept it up then she was going to black out "Ok... ok Jaxx you're right." she said not exactly being honestly speaking her mind but humoring Jaxx so she would calm down "I'll come with you to find him later but right now you need to rest."

Elyon was silent for a moment "...Do whatever you need to just don't kill anyone."
