Dark & Light RP

(OOC: Gyran is about the twins' age, not an adult)
Gyran fell backward from the force of the attack, but quickly jumped back onto his feet. Unsheathing his two swords, Gyran's cloak began to power-up, streams of light emanating from it (wires). Gyran saw the two girls running off and was going to chase them, but instead he turned his attention to the woman that attacked him. "Who are you and why are you attacking children?" Gyran asked, his non-timid personality beginning to show.

 

"This is oh so pitiful." Me'ira stood back up on her feet and had a grin. "Me attacking children? Oh no no no no no no. You shouldn't talk to your elders like that. You yourself are a child. You shouldn't be in this area, especially since you are from the realm of light. You three children must go back home. Go on! Go on! Run along now. You don't want to do the foxtrot with this gypsy."

Me'ira's eyes then turned bright sky blue and started to have strange visions. She started to see the same two kids that she just met and saw them with powerful weapons going up against someone in bright-gold armor. She then sat down and started to lay down her tarot cards; They all have faces of: The High Priestess, The Devil, The Fool, and Judgement. "Resurrection? Resurrected from what?"

 

Puzzled by Me'ira's last statement, Gyran remembered the two twins and turned around to chase after them. "Wait!" He called, having one in his sights, "I just want to talk to you!" Using the technological boosts his cloak gave him, Gyran was able to vault, swing, and run around any obstacle the landscape gave him. He was closer to the girl (Jean) and tried calling to her again, "Please stop! I'm not here to hurt you!"

 

Jean looked back seeing the boy.

'Hime!' Jean exclaimed this time surely terrified. A being of the light. It was obvious, she could tell and seeing the teachnology coating his body.

Jean didn't dare stop running but she ran away from the cave Hime went into. She had to lose this boy.

"What do you want from me!?" She yelled back she could hear the fear in her voice, it made her more afraid.

 

"I just want to talk!" Gyran said using a fallen tree as a springboard to rocket into the air and landing in front of the girl, cutting her off. "Look," he said, drawing his swords, "I'm not hear to hurt you," he threw the swords far to the right, "I never hurt non-soldiers," he continued while taking off his cloak, revealing his white jeans and bare chest with many bandages wrapped around most of it. With he hands up, he slowly, very slowly, walked towards the girl, "Can we please just talk?"

 

"So... they are the ones; What about my own suffering? Would I have to give up myself for them? It is still fuzzy. I will go back to this vision later." Me'ira snapped out of it and looked around. "Tis a pity that kids would run without faith. At least that card is still with that girl who is being chased by that light being." Me'ira stood back up and started to close her eyes; She was tracking the transformation card that she gave to the twins and then realized where they were. "YATHZEE!!"

 

"Hah!"A voice rang out startling two Light soilders before they screamed in pain,then falling to the ground unconcious.Standing up from his crouched position and bringing his arms to his sides,Hino let out a sigh.He needed to keep any confrontation short like this.

A few days ago Hino was in the captial,trying to figure out how to help stop the Light invasion when he saw them.The twins had been found,and now were forced to leave on their own stop the invasion.It should have made him happy,they could stop this,save them all!But they were so young,barely teenagers.Thats when he decided that he would help them.Leaving the captial by himself,not even a goodbye to those he knew,he searched for the twins.

"If only I knew more then just the general direction they went."Hino said to himself bitterely.He hadnt that this out well.It was a problem of his,though atleast he wasnt charging headlong into battle with every Light soilder he saw.

"I heard something,over there!"He heard a voice,a male voice for sure,meaing it wasnt who he was looking for.Deciding to flee the immediate area for now,Hino took off away from the voices of the Light soilders.He wasnt sure how long he ran,but he was out of breath by the time he found a cave."Better place to hide in then the trees."He said to himself before going into it.

After a short walk he leaned onto the cave wall and held his hand over his heart."I really should have thought this out better."He said to himself again before hearing a sound close to his.Quickly bringing out his weapons,electricity running across them,the cave lit up.He saw the source of the sound."Just a cat.I really do need to calm down,almost fried it." He said with a samll laugh.

Lalo started to run out of his office with several documents in his hand. "Who should I go to first? I could go to the training room to test out that new weapon that Mizuki said that it would be "a blast" or maybe I can go to... What?! Not him."
Lalo started to see the name "Levis Crosad" on the sheet and started to look the other way. " Poor child. If only if he can just see things that the minority sees. WHAT THE FUCK! I'm supposed to meet up with the Supervisor of advanced ship making!"

Lalo started to run and turned to his right, taking a few minutes to get everything that he needs until he reached a room for discussions and meetings...

"Time for me to make a chase!" Me'ira started to jump into the air and glide towards the direction of a young light warrior who went after one of the twins. "I must keep the visions true; destruction is needed."

 

Jean looked at the person. She put her hands up in a martialarts position her arms were shaking as she did so.

"I've seen what you've done to people in our city." Jean stated.

"Now what did you want to talk about." Jean asked. She glanced around for an escape of some sort. She despirately needed to get to Hime to assure that she was safe.

 

Gyran lowered his arms, and he looked at her, "I just wanted to know what that women meant by 'chosen,' I won't tell anyone, I promise," Gyran smiled at her, but he had a feeling that she wouldn't believe him, so he continued, "What can I do to make you trust me? Surely you don't think all those of the Light are your enemies...."

 

Hino stared at the cat for another moment before looking at the entrance himself."Probably best to keep the lights off for now.Dont want to attract those soilders."He muttered,the electricity on his rods dying down before dissapearing.He slid down the wall to the ground,sighing."This is not my day.No sign of the twins,Light soilders everywhere.Atleast its night,it will be harder for them to find anyone right in this darkness."He said to himself before putting his hands into his pockets.Soon a smile came to his face as he brought out small bag."Atleast I have food!"He said before he started to eat.Pausing midway through,he glanced at the cat again before breaking off a piece of an apple and holding it out towards the cat."Want some kitty?"

 

Jean looked at him. Hime could be in trouble.

"You tell me how you beings of the light came to our world." Jean told him. She hoped to find out some of the things she and her sister would need to know for their quest.

'I don't know where you are, but stay hidden the best you can.' Jean called to her sister.

 

Gyran sighed in relief, "Simple enough. When a small boy told of your world, we listened. Most of us grew afraid that you would attack us, but some of us were overjoyed that we were not alone. The story spread, and eventually, the (OOC: is it a king or a prime minister or what?) heard it. He demanded to know where this world was, so the boy took him to a very strange structure. It was a portal that connects our two worlds. They ventured in and they were afraid of the world, so it was not long until soldiers were sent in. And, well........" Gyran looked down in shame, "You know the rest."

 

"A small structure? A structure of what?" Jean asked the boy. A structure, if the council listened to that guy instead of killing him, things would be so much easier right now. Jean thought to herself. She looked around.

"Do you know how to go to your world from ours?" Jean asked.

 

"Well yes, of course, but I've answered one of your questions, now I am allowed one: Who are you exactly?" Gyran asked, he began to grow cautious, but as much as he wanted the war to end and the two worlds live in peace, he did not know if those of the Dark wanted Peace like he did, or the destruction of the Light

 

"A teenage girl living in the dark world. That's all I can tell you for now, to find out everything else you would need to continue answering my questions." Jean told him. Because I cannot you risk going to tell your troops and come after us. She thought to herself.

"Unless..." jean came up with an idea. "You'd be willing to help us, for the light has prooved multiple times they want the destruction of beings such as us controling dark magic." Jean spoke and a small ball of black energy appeared floating in the palm of her hand.

 

Upon seeing the black energy, Gyran took a step back and gazed in wonderment at it, "How do you do that?" he asked. He looked at her, and, seeing he was not going to get an answer, he sighed, "What exactly do you need me to help you with? I will not help you destroy the Light. Whether you choose to believe it or not, I want peace between our worlds, not destruction."

 

"That's what we want, my sister and I." Jean started. "We were sent by the dark, but we will not fight the light unless we are fought. Some people of the dark are against us because they want to try and conguer the light instead of doing what we were sent to do, to make peace and end this war." Jean explained. Hime is going to kill me for doing this, but this may be helpful. Jean thought to herself.

"The light though keeps killing us, very few people can use magic anymore because of the light. A few of us who do learn magic are afraid to use it because it's an instant death by the light." Jean explained making the orb disappear.
