Avatar: The Battle for the 4 Nations

Krons smiled. "What, no form of respect for proper introductions!" He yelled at her as he spun to the left, her spear carving through the smoky air of where he had stood only a moment ago. Spinning with his momentum, his grip writhed free one of his twin flatblades and swung horizontally with the momentum of his spin, the obvious trajectory for the girls neck as she landed on the ground from her attack.

 

Teva lifted the shaft of her spear, parrying the sword with the metal in her hands. She then quickly leapt back and glared at him. "I don't give any respect to Overos scum." Teva stomped her feat as she charged up, each stom raising a piece of stone while the next would launch it at Kronos. When she got a few feet near him, she attemted a stab with her spear.

 

Kronos smiled. He felt it was time for acrobatics. He leapt to the side, spinning wildly through the barrage of stones, over and over again as the stones kept on coming. Landing on his feet, he swiftly rolled to the side out of the way of the girls spear, spinning on the ground sweeping his leg aiming to trip the girl from the back and carry his twinblade through her gut.

 

Teva was surprised the Firebender so easily jumped around all the stones, and was even more shocked that he tripped her after dodging her spear. She spun her spear to block his sword and then slammed her fist on the ground to cause spike to erupt around her. She slowly got up while surrounded by the stone and tried to think of a plan. Damn, he's good. And he said he's Neferius' right hand man? There's no way I'm gonna be able to win this. I just gotta hope I last long enough for someone to come help me. Teva lowered the stone back into the ground and used a pillar to launch herself up to the rooftops. "I'm not going to die here. I've gotta help this city survive!" Teva slammed her foot and sent a large boulder crashing down towards him.

 

Kronos' smile faded from his face. This Earth bender was a wily one, and very resilient. It would take more than jsut brute force to deal with her. "You cannot escape from me...." Kronos snarled as he leapt into the air and used the pillar as a stepping stone to launch himself towards the girl, encasing himself in flames and spiralling down towards her like a flaming torpedo, the result of which would either barrel through her and incinerate her body, or reduce the rooftop upon which she stood to ash and cinders.

 

Teva could see she was outclassed, so now her plan was to reduce the damage he could do to the city and warn the populas about the mercenary. She wasn't surprised he dodged the boulder, but she was surprised about the flaming tornado he covered himself in. That'll brake this rooftop! I've gotta stop him! Teva began launching multiple rocks at the twister to slow his decent. When he finally landed she was thrown back by the force of it. Luckily she landed safely on a nearby roof. She looked to see he didn't destroy the roof as she hoped. Teva sighed but then quickly got back to her feet. "I've gotta warn everyone."

 

Kronos grumbled. The girl was very quick and nimble, and had a thorough understanding of bending for her age. However, he was not about to let that stop him. He sheathed his blade and grabbed hold of his holstered whip, swinging his arm violently at the girl and letting the metal of the whip sing as it whirled through the air aiming to wrap around her midsection.
