Another Kingdom Hearts Story III~ Children of Light and the Dark

"Mirisa?" The demon said, thinking of why he had it done. "It's quite simple. There is something that has come to my attention. Someone actually. He shouldn't exist, and yet here he is. Now don't you think the best thing to do is to help him?"

 

Will struggled against the keys. "Who then, huh? Where are they? I would like to congradulate them on annoying you so bad!" He shouted.

 

"He doesn't annoy me." The demon told Will. "And there's only one person. Like I said, I want to help him. But, he isn't going to trust anybody right now. That's why Mirissa was needed. She will make it so he's more trusting."

 

Will's jaw dropped and he went limp, finally realizing. "Leave Koen out of this!!!" He roared, rushing forward against the keys, which creaked slightly.

 

"Koen? What do I want with him?" The demon asked, releasing Will's keyblades. Will's body flew from the force of him struggling to break free. "This newcomer's name is Tom. So what does Koen or any other of Niki's children have to do with this?"

 

Will swung, knowing he was tormenting Will. "Koen likes Merisa, so why capture her? Just to torment my nephew, eh?" He roared, light folwing from the blades in waves.

 

"Naw, I have nothing against your nephew." The demon told him as the attacks passed by his body. "I don't believe anybody would get hurt from this. If you were all alone in this world, wouldn't you like to have someone be there to help you get accustomed to everything?"

 

Will stood back from the offense, remembering how he had felt when he first discovered the form he was in now. Wings, claws. He had felt like a monster, a demon.

 

"So brother, think that form will help you?" The demon asked him. "Actually, it would make it that much easier for me to possess you if I wanted to. But surely you see how good I'm being by staying out of your body."

 

Will felt his anger flare more. "Just leave us alone and do your buisiness. Give us back Merisa now." He said, form fading and keyblades morphing.

 

"Like I told you moments ago. I kinda need Mirissa. The only other person I can think of that would be able to help would be your daughter. So, do you want to pick who it would be who helps our newcomer?"

 

"I am not in control of Mirissa." He replied, passing right through Kate. "Don't worry. I promise you that I will have her back to you guys once I'm done. Until then, please be patient."

 

The demon sighed. "Well, I'm just gonna guess that you didn't hear me explain to Will. There is this person.... He shouldn't exist, and yet he does. Now, he doesn't trust anybody. Mirissa is gonna help him be more trusting around everybody."

 

"Well, she's the one to help him because she's a woman. Honestly, the best way to open up a guy's heart for him to be trusting of others is with a kind woman. His name is Tom, and he's not that much older than her." He looked down at the amulet. "Take it. It doesn't have a use for me right now."

 

"Okay. Do I care if she's in a previous engagement? I'm not a matchmaker. I'm not trying to get her to fall in love with another. My only goal is making a stranger feel welcome in a world he doesn't belong in. Why does everybody think I have some other goal? Cause I'm related to Azazel? He was a fiend. Why would I want to be like him?"
