Another Kingdom Hearts Story III~ Children of Light and the Dark

Yata just smiled.
"Heh, you outsmarted me...go figure"
Yata suddenly disappeared out of sight and reappeared inside a dark room with a pedestal, standing on a higher platform.
"Soon, I will be able to kill Koen, that brat and possibly Kate...once I become a demon, I will destroy that world" he thought outloud.

 

Yata just laughed.
"So be it, you foul waste of flesh"
He vanished from sight, away from Dark. He wasn't ready to fight Dark....not yet.

 

Koen ran towards his brother, Ale on the beach and he was relieved to see he was okay. He also noticed his girlfriend was alright too.
"Ale, let's find Erin and find Kate!"
John and Erin were standiong by the water fountain.
"So are you free tonight?" John asked Erin.

 

Erin nodded. "Yeah, what do you want to do?" She asked, fiddling with her hair. Will was sitting in his studio at the house, fiddling with his instruments. Something felt wrong but he couldn't tell what.

 

"How about we go and have a picnic on the beach?" he said
Koen ran towards them and John looked worried. Koen seemed as though, he was in a panic.
"Koen, what's wrong?"
"No time to explain right now, we have to go"

 

Erin looked at im. "Wait, what's going on Koen?" She asked. Will just couldn't concentrate so he went to check the shop. "Jasmine, I'll take over for the rest of the day." He said. She nodded and walked off.

 

Tom and Kate reached the ruined town. This world was so quiet and calm. Everything looked so nice. The ruins had grass growing in them and looked like they hadn't been touched for years. "I like this place Kate." Tom smiled.

 

"Yata attacked us and Kate and Tom are missing, we have to find them"
Koen sprinted down the sandhill and tripped over because he was so frantic. He got up and reached the gummi ship.

 

Koen looked at Alex leaving. He wanted to leave Mirisa, a message.
"Hey Alex, tell Mirisa, those flowers came from me"
Koen answered "I don't know, Ale...."
Koen looked at the co-ordinates, that Ale put in.
"Why do you think they are in Radiant Gardens?"

 

Koen nodded and sat down on his seat, hoping Mirisa would be okay. They set off throughout space and in a matter of hours, they found themselves in the marketplace in Radiant Gardens. Suddenly heartless surrounded them and Yata stepped out from them, holding his dark keyblade towards the gummi hanger door.
Koen saw Yata and ran outside. It was time to end this.
He faced Yata and raised his blade.
"You will leave my friends alone or I'll finish you"
"You!? Don't make me laugh!" Yata mocked.
"Call off these heartless and let the others through. I want to fight you myself" Koen said, with no fear in his voice. He wanted to fight for Mirisa.

 

"You guys go find Kate and Tom, I'll take Yata"
"So be it" he hissed, with a sinister smile. He clicked his fingers and a dark dome covered them over. Koen couldn't see Ale or John anymore. He couldn't see because the darkness was so dense. He turned back towards Yata but he seemed to be more powerful. Wings grew on his back and his nails became incredibly sharp. His eyes turned blood red and his teeth became vampire like. He seemed alot more intimidating.
"I will kill you NOW!" Yata screamed, as he rushed towards him.
Koen readied himself with his kingdom key out towards him.

Shino suddenly fell to the ground and closed his eyes. He saw what was going on. He stood back up.
"Niki, Koen's in mortal danger...." he said, sounding worried.

John looked at the great dome of darkness which began to suck in buildings from around them. The replica of a wizard's hat, that was placed ontop of a buildings went soaring inside, making the dome increase in size.
"Ale...is Koen going to be okay?...what if he?...."
John suddenly stopped. He didn't want Ale to worry even further. He was supposed to be their protector.

 

Light revolved around Koen, as he blocked Yata's first attack. He pushed Yata away from him and then slammed the heartless to the floor but Yata pushed off the ground, before Koen could hit him again and he was ontop of him. His nails started to pierce through Koen's skin. Koen started to shriek.
"Yes, suffer from my power, SUFFER FROM THE DARKNESS YOU BETRAYED!!!"
Koen closed his eyes and focused on an energy blast made from light. His hands started glowing brightly and a ball of white light made Yata go flying towards the other side of the room. Koen staggered to get up and he felt the blood from his hands drip down his arms and pain spreaded throughout his legs because Koen's toenails were sharp too. They were like daggers.
"You will pay for making me look like a fool!!!" Yata screamed. He zoomed towards Koen and slammed him down onto the ground. It seemed as though yata moved at the speed of light. Yata, then continiously slam his dark keyblade down at Koen with hatred.
"YOU WILL DIE!!!" Yata screeched. It sounded like a demon's screech.
"Is it over for me? Is this the end?" Koen thought. A tear dripped onto the dark floor, as the scars burned throughout his body. It was unbearable.

John looked at Ale.
"We have to go find Kate and Tom. They might be in peril"

 

The ruined town seemed somewhat familiar to Tom. He felt like he was there before, except when the buildings were still standing and people lived there. "I gotta admit. I like how peaceful this world is. I wouldn't mind being stuck here for a while." He told Kate.
