Unfortunately those are two subjects that no matter how hard you try and avoid -- people will bring them up because a lot of things touch base on death, the after life, moral debacles, or religion. Thing is you can't worry about stepping on peoples toes. People have to watch their reactions when you step on those toes. Look in the religion thread. Kirai keeps preaching his religion. I went off on him. I would have had no problem with him had he not been so preachy.

Some people have certain preferences to what they believe is debatable. Your MJ thread would be fine if you hadn't made it so close after his death. The news and other stations -both radio and t.v.- beat his story to death trying to get ratings.

    But yes back on topic:

I was going to type up an entire story about a Doctor Who episode but this might be quicker.

When you see someone die, or no longer see them around and don't interact with you, or you've been told their dead, or what ever the hundreds of possibilities are, you assume someone no longer interacts with the material world. You perceive through a series of events what a physical death is, and by experiencing this label what is death.

ok cool, so your saying that if you dont do that, they wont be dead in your eyes?

Well.. Yes and no. Physically they'll be dead. However -this is where religion touches- you essence -or soul- does not die. Even if you don't believe in religion you have to ask yourself, where does all the energy from our bodies go?
