God is the begining and the end. He is eternal, he has always existed and always will exist. He had no begining and he has no end.

 

Because your mother love's you, planed you and decided not to abort you? That's why you have the chance to live.

ON TOPIC- Abortion should be legal. There should always be the option of it there. It can't/shouldn't be deemed murderous or illegal as its down to ethic's and cultural belief's, not god's fact.

 

How is that fair to my aborted brother/sister? What about them? My whole life I would feel guilty cause I live and they did not. And when I died I would beg my aborted brother/sister to forgive me, because I lived their life.

He is the begining. It was because of him that everything else could begin. Know one created God, he has just always existed. It's that simple. Human have to have a begining to exist but God has always exist, he did'nt need a begining.

 

Sorry but how could he have just existed? That could mean that earth could always have 'just existed' and not needed a creator.

 

It's not that simple, if that was the case then everyone would believe in God. You got to question your faith sometimes.

 

It's hard for humans to understand because we ourselves are living limited lives. Only God can grasp enternity, so I can't even explain but something in me tells me that God is real and that he loves me, though I don't deserve it. I don't deserve anything but yet God loves me and because of that I can do nothing but make him happy because I love him so much. He's my best friend and I will always love him so I will fight for what he says is right and I don't care if it kills me, I will do what I know to be right. I don't care if you call me a monster or say i'm bad, as long as God is happy then that is all that matters to me.

You people don't even care about his emotions. People take his name in vain, they say he does'nt exist, they mock him, and he still allows us to exist. But it probably hurts his feelings, knowing that his children hate him. That's why I can't stand the world, because the world hates God and they hurt his feelings. Why?

That is what i'm talking about. How can you compare him to those monsters who attacked the trade center? That hurts God that you say something like that. Without him you would'nt exist and yet you say things like that. Why do you hate God?

Anyway, not everyone sees themselves as a child of God. If you don't believe in him, why should you have to please him? Your fully entitled to think what you want and I respect that. But so what if we don't care? We're obviously not catholic then? We are given life by our parents. There is no governing power who allows us to exist, humanity will exist as long as we can satisfy basic needs.

Because, man is a force to be reckoned with. We kill, corrupt and lock our own kind up in prison. Humanity is dull

 

The very monsters who attacked the trade center are the spawn of your oh so powerful "God". Nothing is perfect. Something went massively wrong in our "creation", and that was the fact that we have free will and reasoning.

Humanity + free will = Terrible idea.

There wouldn't be a society without free will. But its that same free will which gives way to evil intentions.

You wouldn't be living their life. You'd be living your life. Since you believe in God, you must understand that everybody is on Earth for a reason. Once their reason is fulfilled, then that's when they'd die. So you can't be living their life based on what I said.

And I say prove it. Prove what God says isn't fact. Which gets to a fun point that I'm pretty certain got argued over in the religion thread.

Technically speaking, yes (I'm obviously going off of what I believe). Since I think that God is all powerful and all knowing, then surely God would be everywhere at once.

Okay, then here's a question for you. Should it be legal for a minor to get an abortion without the consent of their parent?

At least for a moment, please think that God is everything that people say He is and that He created everybody. Have you ever wondered why God gave us free will? Knowing every bad thing humanity will do until the world ends? (By the way, this should probably go to the religion thread.)

No, it's scientifically proven that nothing is in a vacuum, so technically no, but maybe faithfully there is. I'm a science person and I believe in the conveyed, so I say no

(Just for a moment) God gave us free will knowing full well what we would be capable of. Humanity thrives off selfishness and war. I guess he gave us free will so we could maybe create a society to thrive on, but at the price of evil intention

 

Did they not believe there god was the creator? Where they not willing to kill for him, die for him? What seperate's you from them. Apart from the fact the 'your god is the right one', which obviously isn't the case.

 

Everyone has freedom of choice, that was God who provided us. He didn't creat robots to adore him and obey him, he made human beings who can reason. Is there a purpose? Yes it is. Right now he is comparing how 'man' makes his own step. But technachly, there haven't been peace.

Wars come, deaths(abortion), the economy etc. Do you think Man can fix things by himself? Clearly, it's false. God is the only one to do so.

Fix what? What we created? We did what we have done knowing full well what the outcome was. If it's your belief that God will fix it, fair enough, but I don't think there is a solution. There's always a winner and a loser in the world. Where one side of the earth is "prosperous"(supposedley) there is always another side that suffers, i.e, the third world, people who are taken advantage of. As long as man has the chance to corrupt man shall do so. That's my outlook on humanity. There won't be a compromise
