Your right and your wrong. The rapist should be punished, but in the situation of rape it does get touchy. The woman was a victim of the rapist, and sees through the intelligience of our modern science, the genes of a beast living inside of her. She'll be changed forever. So your idea demon is giving a life to an inoscent child that through modern science's eyes could infact be a violent rapist.....and taking away a life of an inoscent woman. She becomes an empty shell...violated.....unwanted.....different.

 

The only thing that matters is what is right and wrong. Wether the woman sees it as a beast or not, is her opinion and her opinion is wrong. So the right thing to do is to let the child live. If she aborts it then she is no better than the rapist himself.

 

not really. What if the child is bad? What if the child does become a murderer or a rapist? You'd support the birth of a murderer? Because he is a product of rape, the child is more likely to be one himself. genetics

 

But that is not a for sure thing. All babies are innocent from the moment of conception. We cannot pre-judge an unborn child, that would wrong.

My dad smokes, but just because he does does'nt mean I will. The father was rapist, just because the father rapped someone does'nt mean the child would.

That baby is innocent and rape should not be a reason to have an abortion.

 

i agree, but my mom had an abortion, if she didnt, she and the child would both have died she was single at the time and i was 8 so if she died i would be addopted, witch in my opinion doesnt look too fun

 

When both lives are at risk is the only reason that abortion can be seen as just, in my opinion. So your mom made the right choice.

Adoption is'nt bad, a friend of my was adopted and she turned out great. She's a phsyciatrist now, and has a wonderful family.

Yes, the father should be punished but look at it's role model... The mother may never wanted the baby in the first place, then the child will grow up feeling unloved, and that can result into becoming a Rapist or Murderer... There also is another point i want to suggest, deformed fetus... What if the child in the womb is majorly deformed, like has no arms and twisted legs, should such a soul grow in a world like this where it may not even survive?...

 

But there is no gaurantee that the baby will be bad. Secondly, a mother who does not love her child is a bitch(Sorry for the language but it's true) The baby should still be able to live.

As for a deformed fetus that may a handicaps in life, I think that may also be justified but it is up to the parents in that situation.

 

I don't entirely agree, for the child will bring back memories to the mother about the event... It will haunt her for the rest of her life! and the kid will grow up not knowing it's real father, and once it finds out, it will hunt that Son of a B@%$#! I don't think it would be mentally healthy on both the mother and child...

 

That does not always happen, if it's not gauranteed than it is not a just reason to have an abortion.

 

Well what would you do if this was your situation?...

 

I would take care of the baby, love it, and raise it. I would never put any blame on the child or look at it like a mistake. There is a reason God wanted this child to be born and I will love it like any other baby.

 

I ask if there is any solution to trasnfer the fetus to another woman to prevent abortion. There should be a way. It's better to do this option rather than killing the baby, which it's not the baby's fault.

I would consider a murder as well.

 

I see... but lets say if it was a 13 year old who got raped at on her way home from school? it happens... but this 13 year old wanted to go to uni and become something big but dued to the unwanted experiance comes with the baby?... I don't like abortion, its like playing god on a whole new level... but i want to know is how would you go about in this situation?...

 

I would realize that this baby's life is more important than my dreams. If choose to murder this child just to live out my dreams than I would be selfish. So I would sacrifice my life to let the child live and let it have the chance at dreams. That would be good enough for me.

 

Rape is the problem, otherwise abortion is wrong, or "unjust"....truly people, its a bad thing.

 

So let's all do our part to make it illegal.

I don't think rape is a good reason to have an abortion. Only if lives are in danger or if it has a mental or physical problem is abortion right.
